I had a transmission flush and fill at this location. It was easy to schedule, they charged exactly what was quoted, and vehicle was ready for pickup at the time committed to. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Prices are very fair! Considerably less than the dealer quote!

We had a great experience getting our oil change at Brake Masters. The front of house team, it was an older gentleman and kind lady, who helped me get the best service at a great price! I will for sure recommend them to friends.

Had 2002 SUV serviced. Have used BM for many years and always satisfied. I think though in the current inflationary economy all business have pushed their prices beyond what necessary. $600 for a fluid flush is ridiculous and I declined. Oil change was a fair price and they followed up with a call the next day to see if I was satisfied. Nice folks. Will use them again.

Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn t sure about my filters so he looked it up and called me back to give me the 100% accurate information. I really respected him for acknowledging that he didn t know everything but looked it up and called me back. This act made me realize that I chose the right people to work on my car. Everyone was very helpful, professional, honest and kind. Thank you!

So you know, my 2002 Lexus LS430 car is getting older, as am I. I have maintained the car regularly and well. My experience with these folks was great. Tara helped me and she was terrific. Overall they were nice, polite, to the point, worked fast, and well. They fixed my Lexus' brakes for about half of what the dealer quoted. As noted in some other reviews, I was upsold for a brake line flush, but it hadn't been done in years and may well have been actually needed. Otherwise they quoted exactly the same items needed as the dealer had. So far, the car's brake feel much better and stopping distance on the freeway was good.

My experience- Great hospitality! I really appreciate the work this location does for me. Will be making this my main go to! Truck is running nice and straight again! Great Mechanics/Manager/Staff at this shop and you know thats worth every penny!

I had gone in for brakes, and they weren t bled properly making it very hard to stop and being very spongy. I will admit I was very frustrated and I had gotten in contact with brake masters and they had me come back in. They properly bled the brake system, feels 100 times better. Great service, and clearly they stand behind making things right.

Got the full snyth oil change and tire rotation. Was a walk in due to seeing a special on the oil change. Cara(?) got me in and out within her estimated time frame. She also gave me info on brake life and didn't try to upsell anything. Recommend and will return.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this place treated me well .like a woman that doesn t know anything about cars. Indeed, I don t know anything; they were right. I came in for diagnostics for a leak, paid $175, and was told I needed a new fuel pump. Asked for the cost to replace it and they handed me a break down of the cost. $1,165 for labor and parts ..oh and of course on top of that they couldn t knock off the diagnostic fee. So around $1,340 for the repair. I was also told I shouldn t drive anywhere because leaking fuel is absolutely dangerous and could cause a fire. Of course I googled it and they were right, it can. So I thought about it and decided I had to do it. But something felt off when I googled average cost for fuel pump repair and I kept getting $700-900. So I got smart and stepped outside to call a couple of local shops. Starting getting quotes of $700 .$850 $900 max. Walked back in to tell them I was going to risk the car fire (which by the way all the other shops told me every person drives in with a fuel leak) because their price was way above every other shop I called. All of a sudden Brandon got the price down to $830 and then could knock off the diagnostic fee. You couldn t help me with the price until you realized I called around to compare. You tried to take advantage of me, you weren t transparent, and you even lied. I will never step foot in your dishonest shop again. I ended up paying $700 at a different shop (brake masters kept my $175 and that s understandable). By the way .I m a mother of 4 kids, my car has 260k miles on it ..I clearly don t have a ton of money to put in your pocket or I d have a newer car. I ll never be back, and I urge you if you go in here call around and compare prices before you let them nickel and dime you.

Terrible experience! I went to get my brake pads changed, which were switched with no issues. They recommended a brake fluid flush, I declined and that was that. I came home to just check the brake fluid, only to find out they left my brake fluid reservoir uncapped, now my brake fluid is all dirty! I was lucky that the cap was still sitting next to the reservoir and it didn t fall, very frustrated!

Great job to the brake master gang off of Happy valley in Surprise Arizona. They saved my Lexus about 3 months ago from blowing its engine that had an oil clog in the oil filter and some other issues. My wife and I were walk-ins and they still had us in and out in under 2 hours. Customer service was great as well, they explained all of my options and didn't try to upsell me on anything extra or wasn't an emergency. And I appreciate that because we were on a limited budget that day. He advised me of some great options for keeping my car maintenance and running great! Thanks again. I scheduled a second trip today, so I'll give another review after this one

Professionalism is all I can say!! The staff at BreakMasters were professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did not push any service that I did not need on my car, just to make money.

This location is so amazing. Loved all the workers and mechanics I had the pleasure of interacting with on Wednesday 9/13. They helped me so much and made sure I wasn't being charged for things I didn't need and gave me the best price for the work they were doing!. Rick went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down. The whole situation was overwhelming for me and he took the time to research my options and honestly- it was nice feeling like someone was looking out for me in this whole situation. We have all experienced shops that try to milk your wallet . This team wasn t able to handle my issue (it s a recall/dealership issue)- so they didn t even charge me. This means so much as most shops charge for every dang thing

Last year,I took my car( 2013 Elantra) in for an AC inspection.It was not cooling very well.In a very clear and transparent manner,the staff explained all the possible problems that may be occurring.This gentleman said the repair can be simple and very inexpensive or the AC system may have failed.This options was expensive.Within an hours time,my car was ready and the fix was the simple ,low cost repair.Needless to say,I was relieved by this low cost repair and highly appreciative of this gentleman s honesty.Today ,I bought my 2017 Santa Fe in for a front brake inspection.As with my first experience with this helpful,honest and transparent Brake Master crew,my vehicle was given a thorough inspection.Before any work began,the gentleman gave me the results of their inspection ,their recommendations and the cost of each aspect of the repair.The brake quote was very competitive ( versus the very high quote I received from the dealership).Based on my two visit to this Brake Masters location,I will not bother to go to any other car repair company in the future for my vehicle repairs.A big thank to the crew you made my day!!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

This is a very clean and friendly place. I was impressed with the speed in which my car brakes were checked, estimate given and then brake repair done. Everything performed within 2 hours. The prices also seem fair.I highly recommend Brake Masters #224.

I brought my car in for brakes they weren't making noise or anything, but that time I had my oil changed, the guys told me I only had 2% of my brake pads left. I took my car to Brake Masters, they were friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was they called after I had dropped off my car, and started rambling off all these other things it needed, totally $1900.00, they said all my fluids needed flushing, plus other things, when I just had my transmission flushed 3 months ago. I was a bit disappointed. When I told them that, they said it would be $125.00 less. I told them to just do the brakes, and flush brake fluid. $500+ later and 3 hours it was done. I guess all the car places are trying to upsell us. But, I have to say, it should only cost $200, $300 tops for brakes. I used to do my own.

Made an appointment online and was a super easy process once I got there. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, which was especially nice since I stayed there and waited for my car. The alignment took about 30-45 mins and once it was done, I paid and they sent me on my way with all the documentation of what was completed! They automatically applied a deal they currently have going on without me even bringing it up. Overall, great experience!Service: Wheel alignment

I brought my car here for a second opinion, and they not only got my car serviced the same day, they saved me over $2,000 on the necessary repairs, and avoided unnecessary replacement of parts, that was recommended by the other repair facility. I am extremely satisfied with the integrity and service that I received, from all the staff. I will definitely recommend them, and will return for all my future automotive services.
