William was quick and efficient about getting my needs met with my car. I knew I needed new front brakes so I was prepared for that; I wasn't too sure about the back brake pads but wasn't surprised that needed replaced as well.The entire crew treated my car well; I took her in for new brakes and an oil change and was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of the crew at this Brake Masters.I've been a customer since I moved to Arizona 18 years ago and will continue to use Brake Masters.I definitely recommend this store in particular because they listened, didn't try to upsell me any unnecessary services. I truly appreciate their professionalism.10 out of 10 recommend.

Great place to get work done on your car. I've been going here for years and work is always done well. Prices are reasonable and inline, or less, than other places. I like that several of the mechanics have worked here for quite awhile and know what they are doing.

They did a great job we waited for new back breaks and had the brake fluid replaced. We will be coming back. 7/17/23 back to get my front brakes done I made an appointment so that helped because this is one busy place. Plus the day I was there only two employees were working that day and the rest called out. The one problem was someone ordered the wrong brake pads for my jeep so I was there 45 minutes longer. But otherwise it was a great visit.

No waiting when I dropped off the car. Call and let me know I needed a battery.When done they called and was like only about 1 1/2 hr. Then the next day I got a courteous call checking how the car was driving . It was better but I was very surprised/ never had a call like that before. I was impressed

I'm not too shabby when it comes to working on Cars so I generally can sense when I'm being taken advantage of and that wasn't the case at all with these guys.They're definitely going to become my regular mechanic for the work I'm unable to do myself. Excellent Service and valiant honesty. Their Mechanics aren't commission-based so you don't have to worry about them running a bill up, they're also honest about what may need to be replaced in the near future but will tell you something should hold for a few more commutes.Great guys, great experience. I highly Recommend this location.

My Ford does not REQUIRE synthetic oil. It RECOMMENDS synthetic. A quick Google search will tell you that. However, Brake Masters says it's required. They refused my request for conventional oil. So, I left.Everything is crazy expensive, and I am trying to save money. I don't need anyone else trying to rip me off. This company will no longer receive $$ from me. The employees at this location do NOT care. Don't waste your money.

The most trustworthy, friendly service with reasonable pricing. I recommended this location to a friend. She was pleasantly surprised with great customer and more than fair cost to fix her vehicle. They don t upsell or fix something that s not broken.Thank you guys for being awesome and honest. Both this location and the location on Bell and 55th Avenue are consistently amazing!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Just a bunch of rip off jerks. Went in to ask how much a new hose was. And to check my breaks. The lady said we can do a fast free inspection. 5 hours later sitting outside on the curb. Its going to be $2800 and 3 pages of repairs...... $500 for all the parts and 2300 for labor ......Took it up the street and the other repair shop said a couple hours and $80 bucks for a new hose.Being a girl sucks....

Paid for oil change, they empty the car but never filled it with new oil and filter. Thanks to the check engine light, I was able to take action. I'm never going back here.

Fast service even though they warned me that they were busy and it could take longer than normal. It was also nice that they followed up the next day asking if everything was running smoothly. Nice clean waiting room, friendly people. I d visit again.

Thought I needed brakes for sure. They did an inspection and advised me that i did not need to do the break job yet as I still had plenty of pad and they did not charge me a penny! An honest business in this day and age is something to celebrate and tell others about. James Welch and Alex Chavez Pineda, thank you!

Had brakes ,radiator flush ,brake fluid changed ,tires rotated, wheel alignment done, still need to get a couple more things done so I ll be going back ,all and all there pretty good ,they called me back the next day to see how everything was going ,who does that these days ,plus took it in the morning and it was done by end of day ,thank you brake masters .

They did a great job of replacing my rear pads and turning the rotors. Replacing brake fluid and pointing out some other issues, but, the original reason I brought it in was for a squeaky right front brake, it still is squeaking.

We were out doing errands and decided to do maintenance for brakes. Did paperwork left to go home drop off groceries. We came back to wait to be fitted into que. Sat there and people watched fellow customers. Watched this wonderful service clerk at the desk that had a difficult customer. The gentleman behind the desk never lost his cool. I had been in customer service for over 45 yrs just retired in July and have never seen such a great example of exemplary customer service. I didn't get his name but is he shown in picture attached. I hope the company appreciates this gentleman. Fyi,this is not the the difficult customer.

Service was fine. We have been long-time customers at this Brake Masters, and have had a lot done here, with multiple vehicles, over the years. But when I went in for an oil change yesterday, I was stunned at how much the prices have increased! It used to be that they were accommodating to time, where you could always come in and they would fit you in, and the prices were very reasonable. This time, I had to schedule an appointment for 4 days after I originally asked if I could come in (and after calling again other days to see if they had time for an oil change but that was not an option). After waiting for an hour and a half, I went up to pay and was told it would be almost $94. I said they must have the wrong car. But they confirmed it was my Dodge. I asked what they did, then, because I only came in for an oil change. They said, "Yeah, 6 qtz of oil, lube, filter. . ." Nothing different from the other dozens of time I had been there with that exact vehicle. Usually, the MOST I had ever paid was maybe $42! The price has more than doubled! I said that was ridiculous, and the tech said he could do a coupon, and that brought it down to $77 - which is still ludicrous for a simple oil change. I was in such shock, I didn't even find out if they bothered inspecting anything else or topping off other fluids like they usually do, but since they didn't mention it I kind of doubt it. Very disappointed and disillusioned with this experience. We will be going elsewhere for oil changes from now on, where we (hopefully) won't get price-gouged.

My husband has brought his truck here a few times, so when my car overheated I made my way over to them. They were courteous and friendly. I left my car with them and when I picked it up, was asked if I'd like to see what they fixed, which I did. So they showed me and explained what they did to repair. They recommended a couple small things, which I will get done with them also. Another satisfied customer.

Left air filter box un latched on wife's 2022 corolla and loose with no new air filter. Took old air filter out but never replaced with new one. They made it right. Thank you for correcting the situation.

They didn't turn me away. I value that. I came here because another shop told me that I would need to drop my car off in the morning. My repair was actually something simple and less than 200. This place is Honest. They didn't try to take advantage of me at all and didn't turn me away. Thumbs Up Brake Masters!

The manager Dan, is respectful and professional. Dan offered to assist in repairing my breaks, diagnosing and correcting any issues found.I highly recommend Break Masters at 9240 W Peoria Ave.Thank you Dan! Much respect and appreciation for you and Break Masters.Dan inspected my breaks and is going above and beyond dealing with the issues found wrong with the break system. I haul heavy trailers for a living and started having the high pitch screech when i reversed. Heres a break down of how my visit went today-Checked in the truck-Scott (assistant store manager) came in said its probably dust and they will blow it out if its still doing it we can take the wheels off if i wanted to. I said that is fine and i want the wheels off if its still doing it.- blew them out, pulled it out of the bay , pulled it right back in and came and told me they are taking the wheels off.-After the wheel was taken off my Alex (my rockstar tech) they found a rock about the size of kidney beam jammed inside my brake caliper. How it got there no one can figure out but it must be rare as every single mechanic in the building came and looked at it even the IT guy there upgrading their computers.-30 minutes later Alex had the rock out and the truck put back together.- I would like to thank Scott for not just blowing it off and saying it brake dust getting it done right.- I would like to thank Alex for finding the rock as it was buried in there good he said had it gone any longer i would have had brake and rotar issues.-Both very profession, and the IT guy was a nice fellow as well we chewed the fat for the 30 minutes.As a small business owner im very thankful.Service: Brake service & repair

Took advantage of my situation and way overcharged me (over $400 to make a 2ft metal brake line and install 2 brake hoses that I provided) the work was sub-par (had to go back for them to fix a leak). Definitely do not recommend, I've used this shop several years ago and it was a great experience but it's definitely slipped.UPDATEThey later replied to my above review and seemed very concerned in regards to my experience, offered a corporate 1 800 number and a name of someone whom I should speak to - I later called the number and got a voice-mail, I left a message and to this day no response. This confirms this company could care less about their customers. RIP OFF ARTISTS

I've been taking my car here for over 9 years it was a new Caucasian guy at the front desk he act like he didn't want to service me for my oil change when I ask him how long of a wait he said 4 to 5 hours wait so I left then I called with my light voice he was like sure I can do your oil change what time works good for you he even ask could I come at the time I was speaking to him so I told him I'll be there in an hour when I got there he noticed me again and I had a appointment he told me I still had to wait 2 hours even with a scheduled appointment I guess it's just time for me to take my business elsewhere I've never experienced any issues here

Beware of the pricing you are given by this location. On an initial call I was offered a $20 off coupon for 4 individual services. When I came in I was told that they can not do that, and that they can give me 4 different coupons for each of the services. I reluctantly agreed and set an appointment. When I came in for the appointment, I was met with a different individual who said that the person who told me I can use multiple coupons was fired, and he kept arguing until he agreed to give me a general $40-off coupon for all the services. I ended up paying nearly $100 more than I was initially quoted due to a lack of communication between employees. The manager of the location followed up a day after the service but offered no solution other than to talk to him next time to see if I can get more coupons applied. Throughout the entire experience, almost ever associate I spoke with was very condescending and rude. Expect not to pay the quote you're initially given.
