This place is great but they only offer Quakerstate oil so I suggest you bring your own if you want better quality. Besides that, I can't complain about anything here. The service was great, my car remained clean throughout the process, and they didn't aggressively try to upsell me other services. Another benefit is that my service showed up on my Carfax VIN report the next day!

Outstanding came in at 330pm for a new battery and air in the tires. Back home before 5pm;;! The guy behind the counter is absolutely brilliant!!!!!! So professional and really know what he is doing. He was wonderful. And the lady mancanic was super helpful and on point!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!! Can't wait for another 2 years to get another battery!!! Thanks Brad.. Brett ... Brian.... I'm horrible with names!!! But just made my day!!!!

Brad was awesome today. Sold me a set of 4 new tires with basically zero wait time on the install. I asked for an alignment check and authorized an alignment beforehand.They finished my tires, performed the check, and informed me that it was all within specs and did not need an alignment. Super honest mechanics! Thank you guys! Earned my future business for sure.

I went in this morning to get the leaking valve stems replaced on my 5th wheel travel trailer. I was greeted by a friendly employee and he was attentive and was able to get me back on the road in a reasonable time. They understood what I wanted and completed the job exactly as I wanted. They torqued the wheels and reset the TPMS system perfectly. The cost to do the work was too low in my opinion. I am very happy with the results and I will be back when I need any additional work.ThanksMike

I've been to two locations (Grand Ave and Peoria Ave) and have had excellent, fast service at both. The people I've dealt with have all been friendly and seem to know what they're talking about. I think the prices have been good as well, though I didn't do a comparison. They were recommended to me by a family member, so I went and haven't regretted it.

This is a nice shop with good service. They look out for the little stuff without being told to check and without an extra charge. Love that. Great initiative on that place. That will definitely keep customers coming. Keep up the great work!!!

I have been to this Big Brand Tires three times the past month--the first to fit a tire on my rim(that they did not charge for!), and the second and third for an oil change and power steering pressure hose replacement. Each time has been efficient and everyone that works there is so accommodating and friendly.Thank you so much for taking care of me and my Pilot!! :)

I walked in because my tire blew out. I got amazing customer service from the door from Julian. And he and his staff did not stop until they found the right tire for my van to help me and my family out. Thanks again to Julian at the front desk and the rest of the staff!

Great Customer Service!! I'm new to the area and, of course, needed a new tire ASAP. Ryan and Brandon were a great help in getting me back on the road quickly. They had to order my tire and were upfront and clear with the delivery expectation, and kept me updated on the status. I would highly recommend Big Brand Tire

I am not an easy person to please when it comes to retail locations and customer service. Big Brand Tires on Peoria Avenue, as well as the Grand Avenue location,are top notch. Their customer service was excellent, their locations were clean and inviting, and the competitive prices will keep me coming back. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with both locations of Big Brand Tires. If you're looking for a place to take your Auto for all your needs, with the exception of transmission, go nowhere else.Kudos to Anthony at the 99th Avenue and Peoria location for keeping that place spotless. Everyone was super helpful, and super patient, and super kind.I had both my golf cart tire and my car tire taken care of. I'm going to go back for my.Thank you Big Brand Tires

Excellent service!!!I will give them a 10 in service.One of the best tire shop I have ever been to.I went for a tire repair, the waiting time was only 30 minutes.They provided a fast and professional service.I highly recommend them!

This shop just became my favorite go to shop for my vehicle! Brandon was very professional and efficient. I needed a tire repair for my 2021 Altima. I dropped off my vehicle at 11:00am and it was ready for pickup same day by1:28pm.

Rented a car & ended up with a screw in the tire went flat. They took the tire, plugged it & helped get it back on the car. Went to pay and they did it for free !!! Awesome guys. I'll be going back when I need tires! You guys are Awesome, thanks again!!!!

Aside from the fact I m a straight idiot and backed my car into their little tire stack and they still waved me off with a smile, they re sooooo helpful and kind. Even to people like me, the dummies of the world haha. Thank you guys so much. It was air for my tire but that really brought my anxiety down and i was far less scared to drive. Y all even gave me a valve cap and I didn t know it was missing. 100000000 stars across the board from your favorite clutz lol. Sorry again!

Thought my vehicle needed some front end work and had it inspected. They found nothing wrong and showed me a copy of the the inspection numbers. Very courteous and there was no charge for the inspection.

Brandon was amazing. My buddy and I were headed back to California when he blew a tire on his RV. Must have called over 20 tire shops before we got ahold of Brandon. Not only did he find and get a tire from another store, but he stayed late till we arrived and got us taken care of. This store was great and great service. Wish we had more service centers with people like him here in California.

Amazing atmosphere, and they were able to figure out the problem with my car in no time. The people that work there have great personalities and laid everything out with ease to help me understand my problem and how they would go about it being fixed!! I would recommend them to anyone that has any problem with their vehicle and will be going back in the future for anything that pops up including my consistent oil changes.

Couldn't ask for better customer service. Brandon did absolutely everything he could to take care of us after we had a blowout in our RV trying to get home to California. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!
