I had a great experience with Az tire shop. Dennis and his brother Richard were great. Very informative with the whole process which is something I greatly appreciated. I had a 2 inch lift done with wheel and tire replacement on a 2015 Nissan Armada. Also complete brake job with suspension components. I could really tell that they care about the work they perform and that the customer is happy. Goes a long way in the tire and service industry. Also really like that they had a detailed receipt that showed everything that was done and charged. Line by line price of each part and labor cost. Any question that I had they had no problem answering it and explaining to me. Would definitely recommend all of my friends and family to them. Thanks again to your whole team for a great experience.

These guys are the best in the business! Dennis went over everything for my lifted truck. Size, functionality, style, ride, off road/on road options. Best experience, customer satisfaction is their business model!

These guys are great, friendly, detailed and on point when it comes to their services. I have now used them twice for my C8 Corvette. They installed an aero kit and have now installed my upgraded CAT and exhaust system. Richard and Dennis keep up the phenomenal work and great customer service. I definitely recommend and will use them again.

I was so clueless on what to do with my new car when my rims started to shed the paint do to tire degreaser. I found AZ Tire Shop through google for being the highest ranked facility for new rims. This was a new experience for me. However when I got there on a Saturday Dennis came up to me right away with with perfect customer service. He went above and beyond to help me more then he needed. He went out of his way even when he closed for the day to still contact me when he found rims and even sent pictures to me to see what I thought. I gave him my thoughts of what I wanted (which wasn't much) and he completely blew it out of the park. Dennis imaged what I wanted even though I really didn't know what I was going for and just shocked me with what he found for me. I had no hesitation but to say yes! It came out great. The price was very affordable. I feel even more confident driving my car. I would recommend this shop to anyone for wheels, was a great experience, a positive, and confidence feel. These guys are awesome. Had them do a 3.5 lift on my truck then I got 20 inch wheels with 35's so I needed them to function without rubbing. Not only were they able to do this with trimming and cutting but it was very professional and clean looking. They spent many hours to make this work. I highly recommend AZ tire shop. Great prices, friendly and high attention to detail. Thanks for everything.

Dennis and Richard are great to work with. It s obvious from the first moment you meet them, they enjoy what they do. Both of them went out of their way to take care of me before, during and after getting new tires and a lift installed on my 4x4 truck. My definition of great costumer service is Meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of your customer Dennis and Richard did exactly that and they keep doing it after the installation of new tires and lift. They are honest, friendly, fairly priced and truly care about the work they do. Peace

For a couple of years I ve been wanting to lift my 04 Tahoe but I didn t trust any shop to do the work until I came across Richard and Dennis. Customer service is a big thing for me and these 2 brothers went above and beyond my expectations. I found out there is more to lifting a truck rather than just showing a picture of what you want. I guess you can say they will interview you (in a good way) to find out how you use your truck to give you the best recommendation. I told them my Tahoe is our family truck that we use to go to Rocky Point, California, up north to Flagstaff when it snows, to the lake, to go off-roading and to haul my toys. They gave me the perfect recommendation to do all that. They will treat your vehicle as if it were their own. I wish I would of found this guys sooner but better late than never. Thank you guys for the hard work!

Update after going for 6 years. Still the best tire shop out there. Dennis and his guys are the best.2 years later I do still come back here. We now take both our cars here and will never go anywhere else as long as I'm in AZ. They now offer payment arrangements through Snap as well. Amazing guys!!!! Thank youGreat service. Took longer then I expected but that was a communication problem caused by me. But they quickly fixed the problem got us better tires for cheaper then every where else. When I was asking questions about breaks he explained it to me without talking to me like I'm stupid or tried to sell me something that I didn't need. 99% of car shops treat women like they are stupid and try to take advantage of them but not AZ Tire Shop. They were great respectful and kind. Definitely will be going back

Had 4" lift done on my 2014 Tacoma. Looks amazing.. workmanship is top notch, honest, he helped me pick out some sweet wheels and tires as well. I strongly recommend these guys.. from Dennis to Richard and his brother..forget his name.lol but they dropped me off and picked me back up too, amazing customer service and I'm absolutely going to go back and recommend to all my peeps ...thanks so much guys...my truck looks completely different!!,,,,,, Todd..

I chose AZ tire shop because it is family-owned localand the reviews were outstanding. I took a chance to take a different route than going with a big named company and I am so glad that I did because they helped me so much and they were very polite and very informative. I will be bringing my other vehicles to the shop. Thank u AZ tire shop for making me feel comfortable

Dennis and Richard made me feel welcome and were very attentive and knowledgeable. They were extremely responsive from the beginning and gave me a great deal. My jeep rides smooth and looks great with its new pair of shoes. Glad I found these guys and would recommend to anyone.

Found these guys on Google and read the reviews about how they treated people. The reviews are on the money! They gave the BEST customer service!! I am from Houston TX. on vacation and ended up needing 4 new tires. Not only did Dennis help me out, they kept their shop open and waited for me to get to their shop an hour after closing to install my tires! Thanks guys for everything!

Richard was Awesome! I bought my first truck and he took his time to answer my million questions about lifts VS a leveling kit. He put together multiple options and pricing to make sure I got exactly what I wanted with rims, tires and final appearance of the truck. I highly recommend AZ tire shop!!!!

Great customer service! The guys were very honest and did a great job installing my new shocks. Their prices were fair and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They even found damage left behind from another shop who installed my lift a year ago and quickly explained and offered to fix it for me. They got the replacement part in fast and managed to work with my work schedule. I will definitely be coming back for all my service needs and will be referring my friends and family.

AZ TIRE SHOP is the ultimate customer service you can get!!! in town. Dennis and Richard are very super experience, knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, honest, friendly, professionals on tires, rims, truck lifts & more, you can't get any better an these guys.These guys will help YOU!!!, not ROB you on prices and they will not push you into buying anything you don't need like other shops do. I bought a set of 26in wheels and tires for my 02 Denali. I will not go anywhere else for tire service. You guys can count on me as a loyal customer, I will be back again. Dennis & Richard don't treat you as a customer, they treat you as a friend. Come and get your service here!!, these guys do high quality work " top notch " on service and they have very high ratings and reviews, trust me they are very good. These guys are great. I bought a set of tires from them in February and after some bad luck driving in construction zones everyday, have been back to replace a few tires. They re busy with lift kits and big jobs too, but have always made time to take care of me right away. Their honesty and trustworthiness is obvious and they ve treated me like a friend instead of a dollar sign. Huge difference between dealing with these business owners that love what they do vs some employee who happened to land a job at Pep Boys. Hopefully it ll be awhile, but I won t go anywhere else for my tires.

I have to say with all the car shops I've been using AZ Tire is top notch. Both Dennis and Richard are professional and the nicest guys in the business. They installed a lift on my car when other local shops would dare to do. I was so impressed I decided to get a set of tires too. They answered all my questions and are very accessible. You will not be disappointed.This is an update. Just received a follow up from AZ Tire to see how things were going after installing the lift and new tires. Who does that anymore? I will continue to come back.

Couldn t be happier. Glad I found AZ Tires PROS. After talking to a couple other big chain shops, I found AZ TIre Pros. Dennis and Richard were both very friendly and professional. Dennis took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for on my new truck. No hassle , No bull , No up sell, No pressure, just an honest informative conversation that helped me get the perfect look I wanted. These guys have definitely exceeded my expectations and offer the best prices in town. I would highly recommend AZ Tire Pros and I will def be using them again. They even text me a few hours after picking up my truck to ensure my satisfaction! That s Customer Service!

Just had AZ Tire Shop fix my suspension with a lift, control arms and updated shocks. Made the truck nice and level and ride better than the stock shock package. I discussed my concerns and what I wanted with a couple other shops that didn t seem to want to work with me or gave me excuses why I had to buy all sorts of other stuff. AZ Tire Shop guys discussed my options and asked me to what and how I would be driving my truck and then they discussed my options. They were very friendly and easy going, It was like talking to a couple old buddies about what was going on and they gave it to me straight and gave me a great deal. They also had great communication throughout the shipping and install planning. Great all around guys!

Hands Down, best experience that I've ever had buying new tires. I was in a tough position that I had an upcoming vacation that I had planned for my son & needed new tires before leaving for it. Due to an unexpected expense, I did not have all of the funds to purchase (4) new tires. I spent an entire afternoon calling valley tires shops finding no help. Thankfully I found Dennis! From my first call he was dedicated to help me and earn my business! I was SO grateful for his time, buying options, honest prices, and EXCEPTIONAL, quick service that he and his brother, Richard provided. Moving forward, I will be a customer for life! Thanks guys!!

After weeks of looking for rims to fit my car (it had a center cap that needed more room) and having no luck, I contacted AZ Tire Shop after reading their reviews, and was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of speaking with Dennis.Right off the bat, he was very focused, upbeat, extremely personable, and didn't try to rush me through the call or dismiss my request because it required some work on his end. I immediately felt comfortable with him and confident that he's going to do what he told me he was going to do.After answering some questions and texting back and forth (he responds to messaging fast) within a couple of hours, he sent me pictures of rims I could get locally or out-of-state. He was able to get the local ones quicker, so we opted to get the ones in-state, and since it was already Wednesday we thought we'd have to wait at least a few more days to get them installed. Dennis had them 2 days later! When we got there, he explained what the problem was in getting to correct rims, then he fitted them to see if they would work--and by some miracle they did!Dennis did 2 other things that blew us away---1st, the price was just as quoted (no upselling or surprises) and he told us to test drive the car to let the rims settle a little, and see how the car feels, then bring it right back so that he could tighten the rims a little more. When we got back, we thought we'd have to stay about another hour since he was busy, but no---we were in and out in just a few minutes. BEST EXPERIENCE GETTING RIMS EVER! I would rate AZ Tire Shop 10 stars if I could. For tires and rims, don't go anywhere else---call Dennis

Let me start by saying that I have always dealt with the bigger tire chains and worked for 1 for years. I always went to them and thought I always would. I figured I would give the bigger chains a call then try out AZ tire shop with the quotes of the bigger shops in mind. I was very impressed by the hospitality and knowledge of the guys and couldn't believe the price they gave me. Did not try to upsell me or force a better tire on me... good shop and both brothers were friendly. Definitely will be taking all my vehicles for all my tire needs. Good job guys!!!

I've purchased 2 sets of tires and wheels from these guys for my 2 trucks, (1 year apart) and they remembered me! Always felt like a respected customer from the time they spent researching products for me and suggesting what would look good and give me the best ride. Very knowledgeable and courteous, always helped me get the best deal in town!

Dennis and Richard were a fantastic help. They helped me identify the options for my truck lift to ensure I would be able to fit the tires that I wanted. They provided their honest opinions and were never pushy or salesy about any particular products like at other places. They performed quality work within the scope of time that they provided. Highly recommend you give Dennis a call if you're looking for a no nonsense experience to tire buying or lifting your truck.
