Jennifer is absolutely amazing. Words cannot begin to express how thankful I am for her. My husband had to leave town for a family emergency. My car battery was dead. I had no one to ask for help. She offered to not only accept payment over the phone for the battery, but, to come over after work to install it for me! I have never experienced such outstanding customer service. My husband visits this store often and has always spoken so highly of the service there. This is over the top. Jennifer, you deserve a huge Christmas bonus for being such a lovely and wonderful blessing!I hope that some day, if you ever need help, that your kindness will be returned double. Thank you AutoZone for employing someone like Jennifer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Came in with some windshield wipers that were impossible to remove from my old Mazda. Gary came out with the right tools and graciously got them off for me. The staff are always eager to help and extremely personable. Great customer service!

Had a battery go bad in 2 1/2 years. They checked it out and found it was bad. Gave me a new one for free all in less then 15 minutes. Nice service installer was a retired Lincoln tech, nice guy! I m

Reid M was an awesome sales rep. He helped me select and fit the right air filter on an aftermarket intake. He literally installed and confirmed fit. Super friendly place and my bill was $80 less than the mechanic's quote. See you next time AutoZone and thanks to Reid!

Reid M. was extremely helpful with answering my questions about my vehicle. He did a great job installing my battery, which would have been difficult for me to have done due to the size of the old battery and its placement. I had an opportunity to work with Matt K. on a situation regarding a new air filter for my truck, and I must say that in todays societal interactions you just don t see best in class customer service like that. If I had one bit of advice for those in a position to officially recognize Matt K. for his ability to connect with the company s patrons. It would be to ensure that he is used as an example to other team members on what customer service means, and please provide him with some tangible recognition so he knows that you see his benefit to the company. In my opinion there are a lot of managers that just expect minimal effort, but every so often you ll find a leader who will recognize their team members as the integral parts that makes the whole thing work. My husband and I will NEVER go to any other part store. Yesterday we were in DESPERATE need of a battery for our car. We had limited funds, and the cheapest battery they had was well above what we had. Matt K came through for us in the most amazing way. Not only did he help us get the battery using autozone's price match policy, but he went well above and beyond in customer service. Matt K. is a true angel in our lives and because of his kindness and understanding we can work and live again. God bless Matt he deserves nothing but the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Monique, Ed & Reid at AutoZone today. It was under unique circumstances as my brother recently passed away and I am in charge of helping his wife settle his affairs. The battery in my brothers car needed to be replaced and I had had a very stressful day up to this point. I was met with smiles and care as I shared my situation. I normally don't do this type of thing, I leave it to my husband but he was not available, so I was on my own. Thanks to the team at AutoZone, I was able to get the new battery installed and paperwork completed in a timely manner. These 3 are great to work with!

I just want to say Thank you for Hiring Reid M. at your Peoria location at Union Hills and 83rd. Normally I don t leave a comment or review stores but I m glad that there are people as helpful as Reid. Always very polite and so helpful! Feel like I can ask and he will get the answer either by searching or something he already knows. Every time I go get a part, he helps me so fast and hassle free!

Reid was incredibly helpful. I stopped to get a new bulb for my headlight and he was able to help us select the right one. He went above and beyond and installed it for us.

Great location. Reid helped me twice, once reading the Check Engine light on my Toyota Tacoma and today installing my windshield wipers on my Acura. He s very polite and helpful which is very much appreciated.

Had a dead battery and lost a retention nut in my car, I appreciate the helpful staff at this store. They replaced the nut and bolt for my battery and even swapped my battery for me. Very nice

I came into the store with my check engine light on. Reid helped me read the code of what was going on. Then helped me replace the part. He saved me a trip to the mechanic which would of been double with the labor costs!!

Super slow service and no sense of urgency. Either pay them more or get a new manager.You did it! I'm changing my review from 2 stars to a 5! Outstanding service and Thomas Chance is a superb manager. I noticed him listen for a part number an employee was looking up for a customer. When the employee told the customer, "let me go see if it's in stock." Thomas quickly took off and said, "I'll check." Love the teamwork. I've seen previous managers go out of their way not to be helpful. Thomas is always helpful and seems to really care.

Matt was all alone at the counter with a decent line. Being 3rd in line, I was able to see his encounters with his customers. He was friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. Even tho he was thorough, he was efficient and the line moved fast. He was able to give me a print out for my check engine light code. Awesome service. My second time at this store, and service was great.
