Joseph s service was amazing! He saved me $1000 by adding adhesive glue to my door panel and fixing the fabric that was coming off. The dealership literally quoted me $1000 to remove the whole door panel when I just needed the fabric to be glued back. He also helped me find the best cleaning products for my car and doing tests to see if the product was the correct match for my car. Excellent service all around and I walked out with a product I know will clean my car right. Thank you for your help again Joseph!

The store manager Joseph B. Treated me horribly and discriminated against me as a female in that store. I needed to return two unused items that I ultimately didn't need. I originally bought them because my vehicle broke down in South Chandler, which is far away from where I live. I handed him the receipt and he just absolutely denied even trying to scan it and he said he was not going to do my return because the receipt was a little faded (it was still legible). I just purchased the items a few days ago. I even had my debit card that I bought the items with. But he refused to even scan it or try and scan it or enter it and, at first he said I had to go back to the original store to return the items which is not true. I told him that I cannot go all the way to South Chandler right now because we're up in Glendale and that is very inconvenient as that is an hour drive (I was down there before completing a job for work). Then he just said "I'm just not going to do it." That was very offensive to me. He didn't give me a reason for his denial other than the receipt was a little faded. Joseph B. straight up did not even help me as a loyal patron of Auto Zone . That is poor poor customer service and is discriminatory. This man shouldn't have that job there. As a person with many years in customer service, I was always trying to do everything I could to help the customer, not refuse service for no reason. I do understand that they have a right to refuse, but doing that out of the blue for no reason isn't fair. I can understand if the products were used or incorrect or I didn't have my receipt, but I had everything necessary and he seemed as though he wanted to find a reason to deny assistance without even trying and I don't know why? I'm a veteran with an honorable discharge, I shop at AutoZone loyally, I greet people kindly and genuinely, but I just feel like he was going to find a reason to deny me because he didn't like me being a female or maybe it was my race, or the color of my skin- I don't know but he straight up treated me like I didn't deserve to be helped and discriminated against me and this made me feel very sad and confused. AutoZone, this is disappointing and I have lost so much respect for your Company. Why would you allow this targeting behavior to a loyal customer??? Thank you for listening.

I pulled in with very little money and even less hope to get my car running better. When I asked for help, I was blown away by the service I was given. Joseph went way above and beyond his job duties description. Not only did my car sound and run better, he gave me a veterans discount, which made my wallet feel better. Lastly, this man encouraged me to come back come the weekend to be sure I m driving safely without any issues. Thank you so much Joseph!!! You ve restored my faith in auto parts stores!!! Being a female, I don t always get the best treatment by people in this field. So, thank you again, for the excellent service. More so, thank you for the kindness and respect you gave me.

My battery died on my van. So thank goodness for a warranty! We showed up, and this young man who has only been there for a month helped us. My husband and I could tell he was new, so we kept patient with him. He went through all the steps so that he got his training in without rushing or stressing. Well, he asked if we would like for him to connect it. We said sure because for a situation like this, I feel like it's a great learning opportunity for him. He never lost his patience, carried on a great conversation, and did the job right! It's hard to find GOOD HONEST work these days, but that young man just put a different face for that Auto Zone for us! We appreciate him and can't wait to see how much he grows with that company because it doesn't matter what job you have, what matters is what your attitude is, and your integrity. He was raised to be a polite young man. Great job, parents, and congratulations, Auto Zone, you have a star on your hands!!

Had a great experience at this location. Nancy was very helpful at getting me the parts needs to get my car.back on the road again after days of frustration and people giving me the wrong information at other places. She went above and beyond and is the reason I now only go to this location when able. Great customer service and was above my expectations from past experiences and I've been to alot of auto parts stores over the years. Thanks Nancy for all your help. It's not everyday you find someone that not only does their job going above and beyond but to be happy going to work everyday and loving what they do and how they can help customers like myself! I hope all your hard work pays off!

Joseph was amazing after helping me with my battery my car still would not star. He went above and beyond to help diagnose my starter issue, and when he reached the limits of his excellent customer service he found a mechanic close by that could fix it the same night!

Joseph is AMAZING!! My daughters car wouldn t start which is always scary for a mom. We finally got it jumped and drove straight to Auto Zone. Joseph quickly determined it was the battery, replaced it for us. All with a smile and great attitude! Truly best service ever! Kudos for a job well done. Joseph rocks!

Wasn't busy, but only one person working the counter. A few people walked out because they were tired of waiting. I wasn't in that big of a hurry so I waited. I don't know what the issue was with the customer ahead of me was, but they were checking different options on the parts. After they finally figured it out, then it still took them a while longer to pay and package up the parts. If there were one more person working the counter the other people probably wouldn't have left, and I could've gotten my part a lot quicker and left as well.

I have the auto zone app. to help me find the items I'm looking for. The people are friendly and helpful. My experience has been items that say in stock are actually there and for the same price. They open at 7 so come early and your in and out..

Omg I went to Auto Zone on 91st Ave & Northern & Joseph Barajas helped me find the Power steering my car needed but Not only that he noticed I needed windshield wipers and he found the right ones!! O Reilly s had told me I needed to find them at a dealership. He even installed them for me & gave me an awesome price! I went for one issue but took care of 2 issues on the spot! Thank you so much Auto Zone & Joseph for your help!

Nancy at Autozone on 91st and Northern is the best in customer service. Jose could not stop talking about how friendly, and helpful Nancy was, and how she solved his problem with a smile. Jose recommends that you see Nancy when you have automotive needs. (I am writing this review for my neighbor Jose who does not have internet access)

Joseph B helped so much and went above and beyond. My car died across the street at a gas station and he went out of his way to help ensure we made it to his store. Once there helped find the issue with my vehicle and changed out a battery for me in the dark. In a situation where we felt helpless he was able to give hope and solve the issue! Thank you Joseph B. Joseph and Shawn are absolutely AMAZING guys!!! I walked in at 5 till close with a battery on its last start praying they had the battery I needed. These two guys didn t skip a beat and had the warranty swap completed and battery in the car in 6 minutes. Im not kidding, I walked in at 855pm started the car with a new battery and drove away at 901pm. These guys are EXACTLY why I go to Autozone. The easily could have brushed me off but they didn t and took care of the Customer till the last minute. I hope Autozone Corporate recognizes these two outstanding employees!!!!! Thanks guys!! I greatly appreciate your dedication to me in my time of need!!

Joseph B is very professional and very polite gentlemen changed my battery. I bought the battery at Autozone store # 2714 were very rude to me and refused to install my new battery. But thanks to Joe B. My new battery is in my car now and running great!! Thank you Joe B.

10/10 recommend if any fellow in need of some mechanical issues go to the autozone on 91st Ave and Northern. I have been there multiple times with different problems and they are always so helpful no matter what the problem is. My favorite helpers are in after 4 throughout the week so go then and you'll get the best help you need. I go in here everytime with problems and leave with a smile and a working car.

Been very impressed with this location at 91st and and Northern. Helpful, knowledgeable and professional. No need to go lengthy in the review. I use to be an Advanced Auto customer but this location brought me to their store first and their employees bring me back over and over.

Joseph the store manager was AMAZING! He not only switched out my battery he went above and beyond to reconnect my windshield wiper fluid hose to the passenger dispenser. He also was extremely kind and spoke positivity towards my life. 10/10 recommend!

When they were the only store that had the PS pump with the pulley and reservoir as 1 assembly in stock, I made the 30 min trip to find no pulley attached. We picked out of stock for a pump with reservoir and a pulley purchased separately and was 140 bucks cheaper that route. In the end I'm glad they had an incomplete part in stock being that's on me for not researching better. Closer store had the puller for rent for 40 bucks return for refund

Joseph was tremendous and really went out his way to assist me!!!! I truly love this auto zone..always there for me in my auto needs!!!! Update- 6/29--went to get my oil and filter for my car and left cracking up the best evening ever!! Didn't know auto zone had such comedic people. Loved the service and the prices are legit!!! Thanks again Joseph and my awesome soon to be nail technician!!! Love you guys!Update 10/9/23 - had to make a trip to auto zone to get some brakes and was wonderfully taken care of by my two most amazing auto tech service reps there..Joseph ands Coors light man again the best auto zone ever. Do not hesitate to come by and get your auto parts or needs from this store . I guarantee you won't think twice!!!! Thank you guys for everything you do and the hard work you put in to every customer you tend to. Keep up the phenomenal work you do!!!
