People ( Staff ) are very Polite.One Employee, Eric, very professional and Knowledgeable. Super helpful.1 issue, need to hire some more help. Retail had 1 Employee and looked like, wholesale is in Back and only saw 1 Employee.

The young kid working there is one of the most retarded person to work at auto zone. I went in for a water pump and a serpentine belt. He looks up the belt on the computer and adds it to cart, but goes back and gives me a completely different belt than what he charged me for. Then when I go back to exchange it, they refused to exchange it because the belt part number does not match the part number on the receipt. That is because he added it through the computer instead of scanning the belt itself when ringing it up. Now not only do I still have the wrong belt, but I also lost 50 dollars for the wrong!! Seriously I would assume he would ve been able to tell the difference between the part number on and the numbers that is on the actual belt itself

Ricky and Bill are awesome . They put my battery in and some oil. These two are great guys. They made me laugh. This will be the only autozone I will go to. They have really good customer service. Put my mind at ease. Thank you very much.

I had to visit this store after work on Friday, 1/5/24, because I received a message about a dying battery or starter. Although they were incredibly busy, one woman (whose name I didn't get, sorry) who mentioned that she was due to clock out for the day, still took time to help me. She used her sensor to learn it was a battery and told me the price for theirs would total about $280. However, she also noticed the battery in my car was a different brand that was usually cheaper and took the time to research where I could find it. She even suggested to save money that I could go to WalMart down the street, which I did, saving myself nearly $100. I thought it was incredibly rare that a business would consider an employee's costs over its own sales. It takes a lot of integrity and desire to really help people and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the time and consideration. Even though I didn't spend money at AutoZone this time, it's treatment like this that will make me come back a thousand times whenever I do need help or parts.

My car wouldn't start after getting my battery changed there and luckily my wife knew what to do but they had someone put in a battery who doesn't know anything about cars and when I went back the manager told me they still need to teach him. How do you hire anyone at a car shop who don't know nothing about cars. If anything were to happen I wouldn't definitely sued this shop

This is by far the BEST & AMAZING customer service I've seen in a while. So my wife was having a bit of trouble getting our battery out to change it. Yes amazing prices too we got at this Auto Zone. So after having trouble, These men all came and help us out. I couldn't believe this. You need a Go-To Auto Zone.. THIS IS IT. So blessed and very proud of All you men at this Auto Zone. Even a Organized clean store on top of that. I love it. THANK YOU AUTO ZONE.

We just bought a battery from this location and the service we received really great service from Gustavo. He was so helpful, he had a great attitude and he was so informative!! He has a lot of knowledge on electric batteries!

Went there yesterday to have my battery checked in my 6 cylinder jeep. The guy who checked my battery said it was a good one I went to the store and again I had to get a jump start. So I took it toy Jeep dealership they did a full check on the jeep and found out it's the Battery that's BAD SO NOW I NEED to find a better place to start getting my jeep parts

Amazing service. I was in the need of a battery. Ole C. helped to get it removed. It was stuck with some sort of lead. He took the time to get it fixed plus helped me with the wiper blades. Awesome service. Thank you,

This is the best AutoZone I ve been to. I was having battery issues, after buying a battery from them, but went back and they tested the battery, the battery was good and I was told it was my alternator. Bojan, who works there let me know of a shop that could do it and they gave me an amazing price, and he even called the place for me to get an estimate. I ve never had an employee go above and beyond like that. Unlike Firestone, whose employee didn t care at all and didn t work with me (never go there). Thank you Bojan, you re an awesome employee and I hope AutoZone recognizes this review because you did an AMAZING job helping my wife and I out, we very much appreciate the time you took to help us.

Bought some parts from this AutoZone. I start talking to the employee on what I need and in the middle of our conversation he takes a personal phone call and stops helping me to do whatever it is his needs to do on his call, 15 minutes later I get my parts, only to find out from my mechanic that we were missing parts the mechanic purchased the missing parts and didn't charge me for it (great guy!). Went back after the fact to AutoZone and a young lady helped and made it right by crediting back the missing parts. I feel if the employee would have been paying attention from the get go this all would have been avoid it and I would have given the store a better rating.

8669 W Grand Avenue,Peoria, AZStore Manager, Jaime disrespectfully told me It says self check out as I approach to a register. Would have been a better service if the manager, a Kidager! That doesn t know customer service yet, in a friendly manner instructs customer, you can help yourself.There were two employees Kids younger than my kids at this location that didn t even greet customers and hide to not help.I came in with my 1 year old on my arms and the least you expect is to be helped.The Manager Jaime had air pods on, I m assuming listening to music.Corporate should look into this manager. Autozone just lost business from a construction company over a kid that doesn t care to customer service.The manager got me so upset i lost my cool and i threw to the floor what i was planning in buying and told them both you put it away now I won t do it now. That was my mistake and I m fully responsible if I damaged the $12 injector cleaner i was planning on buying. Call me if you need more details about my horrible experience.

Employees here look disturbed/annoyed because of us paying customers wanting help. The cashier that help me was not happy she seemed annoyed because I didn t not go to the correct checkout, how I m I supposed to know, you where standing at what it looked like the register and she quickly said this is it a register .

Store #2714 opens @ 7am. I get there early (6:52) no worries, I'll wait. It's now 7:08 when an employee shows up, unlocks the door and locks it behind him. Now 7:14am no sight of the employee, doors still locked. I called the District Mgr. listed on the sign to let him know I was standing out front of the store and the doors are locked. He said he would call them. It's 7:18 the employee finally unlocks the door. I grab what I needed (brake fluid, washer fluid) . Go up to the counter to check out, the employee is on the computer, still waiting a few and then the phone rings. Instead of even acknowledging that I was standing there he answered the phone, helped that customer "Let me go see if that's on the shelf." I'm waiting, he's back on the phone. I left the items on the counter and went a little further down the road to WalMart. Maybe if you're the only person working you should arrive early so your store can open on time and assist customers.

This store has always gone above and beyond every time I come here. Alternators to pitching machine tires they got me covered. Even if they can t do it themselves they ll recommend a decent alternative.

I mean this and I don't say this flippantly, Shannon has the best personality I've ever met. She's kind, charismatic, and goes well beyond what other employees do to help her customers. I walked in to get my engine light code read and I was handed the reader by another employee who expected me to do it myself which is fine, but it doesn't compare to the effort Shannon took to help and walk me through what each code meant and what to do about it. I was genuinely surprised at what a cool person I was in the presence of and it kinda threw me off. Shannon if you're reading this, you're amazing and you deserve a raise.

Just left autozone and I will definitely be coming back. I had 2 guys help me (forgot the 1st guys name, 2nd guy is called Adrian ). Both were super nice , talkative and helpful with my battery issue. They worked together to figure out which battery I need. Adrian was the one who helped me towards the end with paying and he even installed it for me!!! I have no clue about car parts and how to install so I was relieved when he said he ll cover it for me. He s a great guy and we had a wonderful conversation during the installation process. Thank you Adrian and also to the 1st guy that started the process!

I am currently at store 8669 Grand Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345. Elia manager is refusing to refund my $12.00 with original receipt due to I used a debit card that has now been closed and replaced. He informed me the system will not give me a refund with out my old stolen card. He can only give me a store credit. I asked to speak to a manager. I have an original receipt and requesting my refund. He smiled and said he is the ONLY manager. I want this resolved Corporate! I want my refund! I have an original receipt. It s $12.00! I expected this resolved immediately! I give Elia 1 star. He was very rude and very Unprofessional! He doesn t belong in CSR or anywhere near the cash registers. He s got terrible CSR service! Terrible at place to shop! DO NOT go here. They are Rip offs! And lie to steal your refunds!!! Go to Advanced Auto they are 5 star service!!
