Recently purchased a 2022 vehicle from Auto House in Peoria, AZ. It was a smooth enjoyable experience. I would like to give an overall excellent review of Mr. Taylor, our car salesman. The majority of this transaction was conducted via phone and email. Mr. Taylor was very professional, courteous, responsive, possessing excellent communication skills and a pleasure to conduct business with. This was clearly shown by his willingness to come in on his day off to finalize this purchase. Mr. Taylor's experience is these business dealings was clearly visible. Mr. Taylor was very attentive during of our conversation and provided all the information that was requested in an expedited manner. I would have no problem conducting future auto purchases with Mr. Taylor and your dealership. A slight unexpected delay came up in picking up the vehicle as planned but Mr. Taylor offered to personally deliver the vehicle to our residence 20 minutes away. Awesome experience.

Trevor was amazing! This positive experience will change the way we purchase a vehicle from now on! We shopped from home and Trevor made it all so easy and answered all our questions! The selection of vehicles was awesome, pricing competitive and no haggling. He came highly recommended because of the trust that he's built over the years. Edit: Dealership replied denying all claims of car over heating prior to purchase claiming if it wasn t on the CarFax then the service wasn t done? Dealership also claims no problems were found. Check engine light, no problem! Car over heating, no problem! Oil Leaks? No problems! At auto house you can get a vehicle with no problems at all hahahaMy experience with Autohouse Phoenix has been nothing short of a nightmare. I bought a car from them a few months ago, and the issues started immediately. The salesman Rocky was the best salesman ever, probably the only person who actually cared since day 1 and tried to help but he can only do so much. The car began overheating as soon as I left the dealership. When I brought it back, they told me it was a recurring problem and changed the thermostat, which had apparently been done before my purchase along with the radiator.Despite this, the car continued to overheat. I took it back about a week later, and they changed the thermostat and radiator again. So, within a month of my purchase, the thermostat was changed three times and the radiator twice. The problems persisted, and the service guy, Jason, who claimed to have worked at a Jeep dealership, insisted that Jeeps running hot was normal, saying it was usual for the car to run at 3/4 on the thermostat.The situation escalated when, a week later, I brought the car back, and Autohouse was adamant about charging me a diagnosis fee and even denied recalling me buying the car. I left, believing their assurances that everything was fine. But then, in less than a month, the car broke down in Winslow, Arizona. I had purchased an extended warranty from Ascent, but it was useless when I took the car to Flagstaff Mobile Mechanic. They found a loud engine noise, a non-functioning radiator and thermostat, and oil in places it shouldn't be. I had to pay for towing and inspection myself as the warranty didn't cover it.Months passed, and I was still making payments on a car I couldn t use. The extended warranty's inspector denied all damage despite the obvious and loud engine noise and visible damage. My claim was rejected. When I spoke to the dealership manager, Dan, he offered to buy back the car, but not at its original value. Instead, he proposed a price that deducted the repair costs, despite the issues being documented before my purchase.I traded in a very sentimental car and made a significant down payment, only to lose about $10,000. Now, I'm seeking legal advice as the car had to be repossessed. I'm deeply frustrated and financially hurt by a non-working car that had pre-existing issues. I strongly recommend staying away from Autohouse Phoenix. They may not pressure you into sales, but their lack of integrity and accountability is unacceptable.

Trevor worked with us to find a car for my son. He was very patient and listened to what our desires were and what budget we wanted to stay within. He did not try to upsell us on anything, was open with the car history, and coordinated a time to return to fill our tank and finalize the checks that we couldn't make at the time of purchase. Key item, he provided us the copy of the CarFax report for the car, that's coveted information in the world of car dealerships. Definitely and Highly recommend Trevor!

Auto house are great salesmen. They sell you a vehicle for thousands of dollars above blue book and provide great support. But buyer beware... always make sure to do your own inspection of the vehicle prior to purchase.I purchased a vehicle from Auto house which was from 2014, and still had the original battery in it. This battery proceeded to leak into the alternator and eat away at it. This was just one of the small mechanical issues that eventually became very expensive to fix.The car is old, and I recognize that this can be an issue, but for the price paid...one would think that the issues wouldn't come one after another.

The absolute worst experience buying a vehicle ever. I bought a truck from them and they tried to get me to take it with almost bald rear tires, I got them to replace them and drop it off to my house a couple days later (I live an hour away). The second they left my house the truck wouldn t start. They towed it back and worked on it. They brought it back to my house over 2 weeks later and it was still having the same issue. They offered to pull the deal and get me into something else but my credit was bad and I already came up with what I could down so I asked them to just fix it. They said they would fix it. They then spent more time fixing it and brought it to me. About a week later it started having issues again so I brought it to a diesel mechanic and he gave me a list of what was wrong . It was everything that the dealership supposedly replaced. I contacted them and they said they were done working on it and it s outside of any lemon law. I told them since it was an existing issue that wasn t true (per my lawyer). They then told me they d only talk to my lawyer and blocked my phone number. The truck ended up blowing up and I spent months fighting them until I had to get another vehicle for work and just had to take the hit on the truck repo because I can t take time off for court and to run around and play their games. Not only did I lose thousands of dollars but I also have to take a big credit hit thanks to them. NEVER buy a vehicle from them.

The car buying experience can be so stressful, and to be honest, I am always dreading it. I was referred to Trevor definitely did not disappointed. Shortly after first texting him he responded back and was able to tell me how to look at inventory and even help me get pre-approved for what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend buying from him! I will definitely be referring everybody. I know who wants to buy a vehicle to him.

Tuesday I bought a Santa Cruz that apparently had a small tear on the front left tire that was not visible unless inspecting the tire. The tear exposed the steel belt of the tire and is serious risk for blowing at high speeds. When I drove the vehicle home, the low tire pressure lights came on for two tires and I thought it might be due to the weather. The next morning three low tire pressure lights came on, so I took it to Discount Tire, where they found the tear on the front left tire, requiring the replacement of the tire within the next 200 miles of vehicle operation. I called the service manager Jason, who said he would talk with the sales manager and call me back in the morning. He did not call me back. I called Jason later in the day and asked about the tire,He said that they would not pay for the replacement tire. When I explained the danger of blowing the tire and the 15 day/500 mile warranty, Jason said he would again speak to the sales manager and call me back. He still has not called me back. I replaced the tire at my own cost. Make sure that your and your salesman do a thorough inspection of any vehicle you buy from them and especially check the tires before leaving the warehouse at Auto House.

After a week of car shopping and dealing with some not so good dealers we were redirected to Auto House by our bank and I must say that our experience here was outstanding! Karl greeted us with kindness immediately as we walked in. He listened to what we were looking for, gave us so much information on each vehicle that we looked at and went above and beyond to get us in the right direction. Dan in financing was super patient and compassionate! We are so excited and pleased with not only how wonderful they treated us but also with our new suv. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends as well as for myself in the near future!! Hands down best experience car shopping we have had!!

Purchasing a car through Trevor Skoro at Auto House was a pleasant experience This is not the case going the traditional route dealer to dealer trying to negotiate a fair price. I was looking for a Hyundai Tucson. Trevor was able to locate the EXACT one I was looking for - color, trim and options I wanted. He accomplished all of this in one day so I could get the Hyundai 60 month 0% interest deal by the deadline. The price I received for my Tuscon was more than fair. It took about 15 minutes to complete the paperwork as he had it all prepared. It is by far the best way to purchase a vehicle with no stress. This is the second purchase our family made through Trevor at Auto House. His professionalism is much appreciated.

To start, Auto House has been an excellent fit for me after being referred by my credit union Alhambra and sending me to then salesman Danny. I love my car and Danny made sure everything was exactly what it should be before turning my car over to me. Danny went over all of my financial papers, including my warranty I purchased. Going forward, when I needed something looked at, Danny put me in place with Mike in service to take care of what was covered under my warranty. We had a problem with the part and the dealer had to resend another, however they got it fixed and continues to work great. Down the road quite a bit later, I had an issue needing to be looked at, as a device I have in my car that defects problems alerted us needing to call Auto House, in which I was put in place with Jason and Kayli. I was able to get my car in right away and couldn't have ask for better service. My son had picked my car up for me as I was at work, so when I got it I heard a noise and ask my son if he too heard it and he did. He thought maybe it was from being fixed and it just was reprogramming. When I continued hearing it, I became concerned and called as well as headed back in straight after work. Jason and Kayli were there and reassured me to never hesitate calling or coming in for assistance. I love this service team, they cause you to feel like family. Thank you. Kayli sent it back right away to have the mechanic listen to what I was hearing, let me know what the next step would be, which was a software update. Kayli, went over and above to make arrangements to get this done. When this did not correct the problem, Kayli let me know I could still drive it, however let me know I need to bring it back in. My warranty will cover this as well. I have total faith in Jason and Kayli and am in the process of getting my car back in to get this warranty work done. Jason and Kayli are a true asset to this dealership and need to be commended for excellent customer service. Kayli Pfeiler needs to know how truly valued she is and how going over and above really means alot to me as a customer and also to the business. Kayli causes a person to have patience with the process. Thank you Jason and Kayli.

I bought a Range Rover from them about a year ago the first day I bought it, went into limp mode and stopped working. They held onto it for 3 months and refused to fix it and had it towed back to my house. And is still broken to this day. I asked since it was literally and hour after I left if I could get my money back and they said not my problem you should have bought the gap insurance. So all around garbage place.

My daughter and I were nervous about shopping for a car because we've had bad experiences at other dealerships. Well, all I can say is WOW! Rocky treated us with great kindness, respect, and care. There was no pressure and our purchase went very smoothly. The finance team member got us a great interest rate and we even received a box of cookies as a thank you gift a few weeks later. We will definitely go back to Rocky and his team whenever we need to purchase a vehicle!!

What can I say that wasn't already said. But the experience was the most relaxed I've had in a while. It was between two dealerships and Auto House seemed a lot more fun. They had luxury used vehicles and I actually had a choice. A lot of other places tried to push me into one vehicle even though still nice, Auto House found a reliable vehicle that fit me and would be fun to drive years from now if I keep it that long. But the star of the show is Tammy M. She was so laid back that it didn't feel like she was selling to me, she made it clear my comfortability and happiness was her goal. She was knowledgeable and was just honest. I've never seen a dealership where everyone seemed so relaxed and seemingly happy. My experience was great and I believe yours will be too . So far I'm loving my Kia Telluride
