It was a great experience in that they not only fixed the problem (Quatro rumble) that others tried to fix but they also did it very efficiently. It was really nice to be able to communicate directly with the technician who then concentrated on fixing the problem rather than just replacing a part. I am super appreciative that I wasn't told the rumble was normal and not a problem which is what I have been told from the day I purchased the car new in 2017.

Brandon at Audi Peoria was awesome. Great customer service, took his time to explain things and went out of his way to make my license plate frame look so much better without having to buy a new one. Best service I have gotten in along time.

Never had such an amazing service experience. Brandon helped me during my visit and he was very prepared and friendly during our whole interaction. He was able to ensure all my questions were answered and my service was finished well before the estimated time provided. Amazing job!

I totally disagree with the $200.00 diagnostic fee that customers are hit with when I know what repair is need. This fee is merely up front profit and is no different than over selling additional service when paying. I have had recommendations for thousands of dollars, rejected them only to be informed on my next visit that all was fine.When I purchased the car I checked the air and cabin filters to be completely clogged causing serious restrictions for proper air to the engine and interior cabin.

The good: Brandon, my service rep was absolutely terrific.The bad: The appointment I booked at Audi was to repair a nail hole in my tire. When I arrived for my appointment (25 miles from home), I was informed that the service department does not repair flats! Why did they accept my appointment?The ugly: Audi quoted a price of "about" $500 to replace the damaged tire. When I shopped the cost of an installed OEM replacement tire online, I found a service facility within 3 miles of home with an installed price of $375. Audi said they would price match but I'm insulted that their first quote was almost 30% higher than open market.

Had appointment, still waited over 3 hours. Paid over 1500.00 for service warranty and was assured would more than pay for itself. Went in for brakes and told still has 1 yr left on warranty and to wait. Six months later told warranty was out of time. Was denied other services during warranty period. All said and done was not able to use a single service from this 1500.00 contract that I was told would more than pay for itself. I was lied to and feel very taken advantage of. Will NEVER buy another car from them including when I buy a new car next year. I went from feeling like I had the best car buying experience, to having the worst.

This time was not the service I was expecting. The phone system was not working, no staff in the greeting area, texting was only way of communicating. The few staff that was there, were attentive to my service and Joseph and Jesse delivered on the service. They were understanding and stayed late to get the job done. I commend them for their care and service!! The unexperienced staff did contribute to the delays. I hope the service gets better as we have 4 Audis in the family and I do all my service here before returning to North Dakota. Thank you to Joseph and Jesse!

Arrowhead Audi technicians and customer service reps are really knowledgeable about my vehicle even taking the time to show me issues within the engine. I really appreciate being offered a loaner rather than waiting all day for my vehicle to be finished and the transparency from the staff.

I dealt with Alexys in the service center and I was very impressed with how well she handled my questions regarding my Q7. She was so helpful and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. I would highly recommend using Arrowhead s service department

Totally dissatisfied. Due to mom being hospitalized in AZ, I traveled from Calif and decided to get car svc while I had down time. I called on March 11th-13th to schedule svc. Here it is Friday and still no call back. My employer Wld never allow me to not return customers calls, that s unprofessional. I was forced to seek assistance from Chandler Audi( which I will give an awesome review due to the fact they did everything to accommodate my needs. Thank you Chandler Audi for hearing me out

Let me first preface my review (it's a bit long). Audi Arrowhead (formerly Audi Peoria), is the closest Audi dealer to my home, but not the location where I bought my vehicle, which was Audi North Scottsdale (ANS). Having taken my 2018 Audi to both dealerships in the past, I had already found that I preferred ANS, but a 35 minute drive versus a 5 minute drive is not a hard choice to make when getting a "simple" oil change.Last week when I attempted to call to make an appointment at the Arrowhead dealership, I had a question before booking and asked for someone to call me back. After a couple of days, and a couple of times calling, I gave in and drove down to the dealership to make my appointment. When I spoke with the scheduler on duty, I was told "yeah, it's been kinda crazy, and we've really been swamped, the reason we didn't call you back wasn't for lack of interest, it was lack of time".Hmmm...not a great response.So even after this, I really did not feel like driving, 35 minutes, waiting for a couple of hours, and driving back another 35 minutes from ANS, so booked my appointment for yesterday. I had received an email with a discount coupon for the oil change service, and asked if they could apply it? To which, they said absolutely.Yesterday, I arrived about 10 minutes early, and was told more than a couple of times, by a couple of the service guys, that my scheduler was not feeling well and didn't come in, so it would be a few minutes before I could be helped. After about 15 minutes, they called my name, got my signature, and started the service.After 2.5 hours the scheduler again called my name and told me that he sent me some texts with "additional" recommended services (always the "up-sell"). When I reached the counter, the scheduler looked at me and said "well?" I told him that I would review them and let them know. He responded in a not so happy tone, "well I figured we could get them done while you are already here", but not wanting to spend another several hours waiting, I told him "I would let them know". He then offered me my work order to sign, and I noticed that he had not taken off the discount for for the service. When I showed him the email, he angrily stated that "you didn't show this to me!" I explained that I had shown it at the time of making my appointment, in person, and even asked if they would honor it, and was told that they would. He said "no, you have to show it to me when you come in." I told him that in the future, I now understood the procedure. During this exchange, I overheard them telling another customer that they do not have ANY loaner vehicles, which last time I was in was told myself, and a friend of mine was also not able to get a loaner, when he had taken his car in for service. Not sure the ongoing issue with loaners, but ANS always has loaners available. I signed the work order, and paid.My vehicle was brought out, freshly washed.So overall not the most horrible experience, but definitely not a good one. I may return to Arrowhead for smaller services like oil changes, but any major service will definitely be done by North Scottsdale.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Service quality has declined. Feels like their service department is constantly overbooked. I was suppose to get my rear shock absorber replaced last year, and was told there was a delay in receiving the parts. Totally understandable, but updates just stopped coming and I never heard anymore from them after a month. Went in today at 10am for a scheduled oil change and had specifically shared I would wait there and work from the dealership. They couldn t fit me in unless I could leave my car until EOD and had incorrectly noted me in the system as a drop off which apparently means you re last in line. I ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere moving forward.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
