You try to teach your kids the basics and inform them of car maintenance but one year later, they roll up to your house with squeaking brakes, complaining the car doesn't turn with the steering wheel and asking how much air goes into the tires.I booked an appointment online and was able to get my son's vehicle serviced a few days later, on a Saturday. Considering the car is at 130,000 miles and the milestone service check hadn't been made in dang near 2 years, I ordered a full diagnostic evaluation. The cost was applied to any work I authorized them to do. Granted it being a Honda service center, you know you're going to get raked over in pricing, but it's worth it, knowing I'm getting OEM parts and a solid warranty.The service department must have had 20 cars with people waiting in the service bay at 8am. The service advisor was pleasant and efficient in hearing my requests and getting us on our way. It took the entire morning and part of the afternoon to get back with me with the repair recommendations, but they were able to complete all the authorized work before they closed for the evening. I wasn't pressured into getting anything I didn't want and was able to tailor the service to my immediate needs. I was able to get a detailed report of their findings along with a CarFax, which was appreciated.After leaving, I did noticed my request for an estimate for frame repair wasn't perfomed. After the money I dropped into that car and my son that day, it wasn't a high priority of mine to seek out additional repair work. Other than that, the service advisor was awesome and communicative and made it an almost painless experience.The free car wash Honda throws in is always nice. Unfortunately, the water softener was having issues, so they bypassed it as to avoid the car smelling like rotten eggs. Hopefully it's fixed next time we're in.

I have another Honda dealership close to me. I drive all the way to this one because this service department is top notch!They always do the best job!They fixed my side view mirror/camera and made it look brand new.They didn't try to getw to replace unnecessary parts, they just offered to replace the top front cap and told me how much it would be before I said if I wanted it.Up front and honest. I wish all dealerships were like this.

My 2017 Red Accord needed front and rear brakes. Dereck Smith in service said he would try to get it done in under an hour which he did!!! They did front and rear pads and turned the rotors. Just like brand new. On top of that, they went ahead and replaced my front headlamps under a warranty situation due to the LEDs starting to fade. Anyhow, extremely pleased with the service and the customer service from arrowhead Honda in Peoria. Spend a little bit more to get it done right. Very pleased and my car is clean too..

I never take my Accord anywhere else for service. Fast, very thorough, quality work done at a fair price.I highly recommend their service department.

This was the best experience I've ever had taking my car in for service. The people are so friendly, they had shuttle service available to take me home and pick me up. They took care of all my issues and and they were so professional with everything. They even washed my car afterwards which I was very impressed, not many places do that anymore. Excellent service and it was a great experience when people care. Thank you all at Arrowhead Honda!
