Do not go to this repair man! He gave me my car back and worse shape that I brought it in. When I brought the car in initially, I just wanted him to get the weird sound out when I stepped on the accelerator. When I came back the first time, he said I needed a water pump. I said OK when I got the car back the car overheated and you couldn't steer the car. He said I need a rack and pinion. I said OK. When I got the car back is still couldn't steer and it's still overheated. So I took my car back. He said he needed something to do with the intake. So I paid for that and the car still didn't run right. So I took the car to Pete's automotive and they told me that he didn't even hook up the oil stick to the engine. He left bolts laying all over the engine compartment. He broke my grill on my car. He broke the trim on the hood for the car. The hood didn't stay up like it did before when I brought it in and all he charge me 6000 some dollars and Pete's automotive said I had a blown head gasket he should not have charge me all of those charges. He should've told me it was not fixable. So this guy strung me along for 6000 bucks who knows what he will string you along for!

Got my front driver CV axle replaced here the end of October 2023. Turns out they installed it incorrectly and now just 4 months later not only am I having to replace the CV axle but also replace the rotors and breaks since their f up messed up and warped everything. I emailed them for insurance information and no answer yet my next step is to write the attorney general . I probably should have known they would mess up my car when they thought the part didn't fit and sent for another part, but turns out they just were installing it incorrectly.. the guys were nice but clearly incompetent.. I paid $500 for the original repair and now I had to pay nearly $2000 to repair the damage they caused!!The saddest part was I could have went driving without repairing the axle in the first place , and now it cost me $2000 total..

Im very disappointed I've done 2 oil changes here before without a problem however this last time was the worse experience ever. I went in for a oil change, tire rotation and a transmission flush with the Groupon coupons. But came out with a broken oil pan and having to pay 400 to fix it by someone else. It looks like they tightened the bolt to tight and it cracked the oil pan. Honestly I wouldn't recommend it. I just went because I'm a single mom so the Groupon deal seemed great but next time I'll just go to the dealer and save myself the headache.

Brought in my car for alignment and coolant flush, left with worse alignment after 3 tries and coolant leak after a month, never had coolant leak before on the car. They used universal coolant instead of the car specs required.

Worst experience EVER at a business. Had our car towed there because it died. An ENTIRE MONTH went by trying to contact the owner, he rarely answers the phone. Kept telling us he was going to test it in the next day or so. After a month of a complete run around we are having the car towed to another service center. Car has been left with the battery out on the ground and now has a flat tire. Owner said he didn't have a compressor that would reach. Service center next door came out and aired up our tire. Shame on you for treating people this way.

Lied about my sons girlfriends truck. Total con artist, avoid at all cost or pay for fake labor charges. Have pictures from before the job but added several hundred dollars to the job...Look eles where or watch TV 3

I usually don t like to write bad reviews but I definitely find it necessary after the extreme wait through Groupon to get my money back, which at first they were NOT going to give back. Back in August I bought a Groupon for a brake pad change and installation keep in mind no information on Groupon talks about fees and out of pocket cost .. I go in early one morning and I could already tell by the owner s demeanor something was off.I proceed to tell him that I have a voucher for a brake change and right away he tells me there s still a service fee of $100 and explains that Groupon gets most of the money, which honestly wasn t my problem if this place was promoted by Groupon you know? But the fact was that the page on Groupon doesn t disclose this info which is pretty misleading. At the moment I just really wanted new brake pads and only needed the rear pads since my fronts still look barely worn, so I go along with it and he tells me it will be done in about 3 hours. After I m on my way home to wait, I go on the Groupon app and noticed my voucher was redeemed but usually the shop is supposed to wait till you pay, but he legit claimed my voucher without me even showing him my app. I found it odd but this was one of the many red flags in this situation. I then look up this place and read some pretty devastating reviews, at that point I had a feeling something was wrong with this place.3 hours later I get a call from the shop and HIGHLY doubt they even looked at my car because he tells me yeah there s nothing wrong with the brakes. You can come pick it up they look brand new I have a friend out of state who has shown me exactly how pads look when it s time to change and even know what noise it makes when the pads are really low on the padding. So at this point I don t even trust them I just wanted my car honestly. I get to the shop and he hands me my keys and tells me again yeah it must be the wheel bearings cause we do hear a squeak, but the brakes are fine, call us if you want to set up an appointment I just smiled and walked out I was so shocked that a car shop would be so grimeyThrough extensive emails through Groupon (they don t have a number btw) it took about a MONTH to get at least some credit, it was a huge hassle just to get reimbursed as I claimed NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED, they even contacted the place as well and they confirmed they did not perform service and tried telling me to go back to the place and get service, I was like NOOOooo I literally told them I don t trust this place and the many reviews stating why. Finally I got reimbursed with credit but they only gave me 24 hours to claim the credit and had to make a purchase same day basically but I used it for Midas and got the best service possible, they confirmed I indeed needed new brakes and routers as well but I legit only paid about $200 for new brakes and new routers when the original total was going to be about $500 I d say I got the moneys worth and it took a very long while and took lots of patience but I thank God for his protection, I avoided paying this place, I will always read reviews for now on and don t make the same mistake I did. I truly believe the reviews and experiences here. I pray for this place, may God bless you all!

I bought a Groupon, I called to make an appointment the guy that answered the phone asked me if we were going to leave the vehicle there and I said no we were going to wait for it, so he's scheduled the appointment for a couple days later, I then told him that I was using a Groupon like we're supposed to do, I told him I only needed my two front brakes done that the back brakes were fine he did not even need to look at them because they were just done, the day of the appointment comes and my son brings my vehicle over there, and the guy tells him that he needs him to leave it because 1 of his mechanic had a heart attack, so of course with that information you feel bad so you're just going to leave it, my son pays like $15 to take an Uber home, right when he walks in the door the guy from the shop calls and proceeded to tell me that all four of my rotors needs to be changed and all the brake pads are bad, I told him that the back brakes were just done and he said well the rotors need to be replaced, and I said no they don't just replace the pads in the front and he said he couldn't do that because then the vehicle would not be safe, I told him to put my vehicle back together and that we would pick it up, we pay another $15 to get there I brought the car over to a mechanic and there was nothing at all wrong with my rotors or my back brakes. This guy is a big scam, whatever you do do not bring your car there. I really should have read all the reviews on the Groupon website first, because similar situations have happened to a lot of people. I usually never leave reviews, because I don't ever want to hurt somebody's business because of maybe an experience that I just had or maybe somebody was having a bad day, but now after reading the reviews on Groupon I feel it necessary to do it, to protect somebody else from them having to replace something that they don't need to. Or going there and this guy telling people that he changed the oil and he didn't.

This place is the absolute worst experience I ever had. I was overcharged 1,200 dollars for maintenance on my car, only for them to not screw the lug nuts onto my tire. A week later my tire fell off as I was driving. I broke down in the worst part of town and was nearly killed.When I demand that they repair the damage that was caused by their negligence, they were very rude and unsympathetic. Brian eventually did make some repairs, but did not fix the body damaged that was caused when my freaking tire fell off of my car. I had to take it to another shop and demanded that AZ tire and auto cover that invoice. They were bluntly rude over the matter, I had to fight them to cover less than 1/3 of the invoice.Honestly, if i wasn't so lazy, I would take these clowns to court and have them reimburse me everything. They completely ruined my car and never made things right. If your looking to get overcharged for them to wreck your car, then this is place for you. If you do not want to be overcharged and have your car be forever damaged, then go to ANYWHERE else.

We got a Groupon and decided to come here for our transmission flush. The transmission knocking got worse after the flush and 2 days later tons of lights turn on on our dashboard indicating issues with the transmission. Afterwards we called another mechanic who told us it is common knowledge that transmission flushes can be damaging to older cars. Go figure, the mechanic here forgot to mention that. So now it looks like we get to go somewhere else and pay more money to actually get the issue fixed.

I would never recommend this place especially if you are a female they will not honor a Groupon voucher even after you have paid for it they are fine over the phone then you go in and they want another 1 to 2 hundred dollars absolutely awful service don t waste your time keep it and go somewhere else u know you can trust

If i could give zero stars I would. This is the worst mechanic I've ever had work done by. They supposedly replaced our struts and the entire assembly but right after the work was done the noises from the suspension didn't fully go away and slowly got worse and they ended up sounding worse then before the work was done.I took our car to Ken's auto next door and was told the mounts were old and broken and had not been replaced at all. They redid the work for me and I haven't had a single issue.I tried to take the parts to AZ auto to get my money for the parts back since they had not even lasted me 6 months and I was charged for an entire assembly but didn't have that put into my car. They refused and the owner Brian even said those parts were not their parts. Which is bull. So I am taking this to small claims out of principle.DO NOT GET AS MUCH AS AN OIL CHANGE FROM THESES GUYS!!! My brother and nephew drove up from Tucson to visit our family in Glendale - they called about a half our outside of town and conveyed they may have a dangerous situation on their hand as there was a loud metal-sounding knocking sound in the right front wheel area, which was thought to maybe be a bad CV joint. They drove straight to Arizona Tire & Automotive Center on my suggestion.The owner Brian and his auto tech both took the car for a drive and couldn't hear the noise, but they took it out again for a spin at a higher rate of speed and found that the noise was simply a loose wheel-well lining that was flapping against the body metal at highway speeds.A few trim screws were replaced and the issue was resolved, and drove back to Tucson safely and without issue.Great job, Brian - thanks a million!

I purchased an oil change for me and one for my mom. My mom had to go six times (with it being a 30 minute drive each way) before finally receiving getting her oil change completed and it was only completed when I went down demanding a refund which was denied as "they do not give refunds" no matter what. Also, her alignment was a joke as when I took her vehicle to another shop it was still in the red. We now have to pay for the alignment again. Extremely unsatisfied.

If I could leave no Stars I would. We took our vehicle in for a timing belt replacement. When the vehicle went into the shop the engine light was NOT on. The engine light came on immediately upon leaving the shop. After Six weeks of taking the car back the mechanic was never able to get the check engine light to go off and stay. Enough is enough it was obvious the mechanic did not know what he was doing. Upon taking the vehicle to another shop I found out the job was done incorrectly by AZ Tire. Don't waste your time going to this shop. The owner Brian will lie right to your face. Oh, plus they damaged the fender while the vehicle was in the shop and claimed they didn't do the damage, but tried to fix it. Please save yourself $'s, agony and grief. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I've been using Brian and his services for the past 3 years on my 2016 Acadia. His prices are fair and his service is great! He's helped me with oil/filter service, air conditioner issues, transmission issues, and I am quite happy to recommend this shop. Thanks Brian

This is a horrible mechanic. I am taking them to court. I brought my car to get the front shocks finished. They charged me over 1000 dollars and did not replace my shocks. They used old parts and charged me for brand new parts. I had to take it to another mechanic to fix it.

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought a Groupon and scheduled an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and the establishment is closed. The door is locked and no one is answering the phone. I am hoping Groupon will refund my money.

Purchased a Groupon, made appointment and informed him of my vehicle make and model while speaking to owner.I arrive and he tells me I didn t mention the Groupon nor my vehicle type when making the appointment. He then says that he will charge me more for a transmission flush. I told him there were no stipulations outlined in the 3rd party app. He was unwilling to honor without more money. Horrible customer service received.

I visited this shop yesterday for a brake fluid flush. My GPS guided me to their back service-bay area. They have a beautiful, clean and well-kept garage. The staff and owner were friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices on certain services are some of the best you will find! The shop was able to accommodate a same day appointment for me and I was surprised at how quickly they performed my service! I think I only waited 15 minutes! I performed this service as a general maintenance due to the mileage on my car, and after the service my car felt as though it stopped much smoother. I would highly recommend this independently owned shop!

Excellent service!!! I went in for an oil change with Groupon in hand and i wasn't prepared for the friendly service and great deals. I made an appointment for new brakes at another shop and when they gave me an incredible deal (saved me $100.) I was able to afford 2 front tires, which I knew I needed, and they gave me a price that was way better than those big tire shops.This is my go to place for all three of my cars.Teacher on a tight budget!!!

I did have this place rated with 5 stars, but since then, I've been left very disappointed. The owner told me that he rotated my tires, because I did of course pay him to, but after I got home, I realized they were not in fact rotated. He also told me he would wire the plastic scrape guard up because it was broken and dragging. I thought it was very nice of him to tell me that he would take care of it, however, he also did not do that. When I called the shop, after getting home, a woman answered their phone and tried to argue with me about whether or not I had paid for that work to be done. I explained that I did pay for a tire rotation, even though the invoice stated $0, because the owner had agreed to do it for the advertised groupon price. After she started raising her voice, I demanded to speak with the owner. He wouldn't rotate my tired that same day, even though they were still in the shop. I had to come pack three days later. I don't want to be yelled at, nor do I want to listen to the owners political views on the waiting area, AND I do expect the work to be done that's agreed upon, without being lied to about if it was actually done.

Oh boy, do you not want to come here. I bought the Groupon for the $39 alignment. I called and set an appointment for 1pm the next day. When I arrived at 1:03pm today because it's so hard to find the place, I was left waiting for 30 minutes before they got to my car.They then told me 20 minutes after that my 2014 Toyota Camry can't be aligned by them and that I have to take it to the dealership. They said I have electronic steering and lane departure and that the computer needs to be reset or else the alignment won't work. The 2014 Camry that I have has a power steering pump and does not have lane departure so their explanation was just completely false. Also, why did it take them 50 minutes to "discover" this? The Toyota Camry is one of the most popular cars on the planet and they should know whether or not they can align it when you set the appointment and tell them what vehicle you have. I've never been told this by any other shop!I think they have no idea what they are talking about and judging from some of these other reviews, I'm probably not wrong. Do not come here unless you want to waste an hour of your time for them to tell you they can't do anything and also refunding your Groupon order (outsourced CS so another 20 min of wasted time there). Wish I could give less than one star.

Bought a Groupon stating 3 oil changes for $30. Checked the fine print and there seemed to be no additional charges. Scheduled my appointment and after my girlfriend and I had our car's serviced the guy tells me there's a $7.50 charge per oil change; I ended up paying for it and he gave me a free oil change punch card. Went in to get my last oil change and he attempted to charge me another $7.50. In total, that's almost double the Groupon price. The only reason I'm putting 2 stars is because the work done was fine; as far as I know but who knows.
