ANW was able to take my car in, diagnose it and make the repair all in the same day. The price was fair, the service is quality, professional and friendly. I have taken my truck to this shop for service since June of 2022 and I am happy to report the work that is done at this shop is great. They have fair pricing and as a woman going to a shop without feeling like I am going to get ripped off is another plus. The place is somewhat hidden so use GPS to locate it. There are two chairs in the office if you need to wait but I suggest leaving rather than waiting since it's a small area. Oh, another thing- my truck has 35's on a 6in lift kit, I mention this because not a lot of places are able to accommodate my truck due to size. ANW is able to work on my truck with no issues. Give them a shot- you won't be disappointed.

Easy communication, fair upfront pricing, quality work. Alvie will get you squared away. Even got a follow up message a couple of days after the work was done to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend.

My man ANW does what he say he s going to do. He is as honest as the day is long. For example I had a part that during normal wear and tear it in coming done from the bottom of where the headlights go underneath I guess it protects rocks and dust and dirt going in to the engine. To be honest I don t know the parts name anyways I wanted Alvie to order me a new one he checked and the party self was $200. Alvie said it s not gonna make a difference you might lose a little bit in your gas mileage on but it s not that big a deal and you don t need to spend that money plus the labor. That s honesty and it s best. I highly recommend ANW for servicing any vehicle.Service: Auto maintenance

Great service! Alvie knows his stuff. He kept me "in the loop" along the way. He had me in and out quickly. I'll be back next time I need a repair.Like I said, "I'll be back next time." I did for new issues now 2 months later. They got it done quick. I had concerns about rear suspension. They inspected it and it was fine. I can tell they keep customers by being honest. Thank you again Alvie.

DANGER Went in to mad hatter their neighbor shop, mad hatter directed me to them. Mad hatter spoke to them on my behalf. Theyre were supposed to check one part of my car. Got a phone call by ANW asking me for $300 for a part & diagnostics on the entire vehicle. They claimed to have worked on the car without my consent and services i never requested.

I was introduced to ANW when I was in a dealership and was told how much my repair was going to cost. Another customer overheard and told me to go to ANW instead. He said that he has several cars and only uses ANW because of the fair cost, good service and honesty of the owner. He said that he only goes to the dealership for the free inspection and their snack bar. This was a few years ago and I have been going to ANW ever since. Alvie at ANW has always returned my call immediately, he is honest and fair plus he does excellent work. I have referred others and always get good feedback from them. Alvie and team are great at what they do. He services a lot of our vehicles, including my niece's first car. He always checks in with us after each service by text, and sends reminders when our regular maintenance is due. The texts are non-invasive and he seems genuinely interested in making sure our vehicles are taken care of. Top notch vehicle service, and customer service. I called to have an oil change done on short notice. They were very accommodating and found me an appointment within a couple of hours of my call. When I asked for a time that was even more convenient for me, they quickly agreed to that time. Upon arriving for my appointment, they immediately took my car in and did the necessary work. I found their price to be very reasonable. All in all, It was a great experience and I will return for any work I need done in the future. Thank you for such great service.

I have been going to Alvie now for a few years, and certainly don't plan on taking my business anywhere else. Now my Grandsons are taking their vehicles to him. He has earned my trust with his honesty and excellent work. Alvi did a great job with my Chevy Equinox. I tried another shop for a repair first but the work was not done correctly. Alvi not only fixed the problem but also found that my car needed a bit more attention. He fixed the leak, replaced the serpentine belt and water pump. His price was very reasonable and the job was done right. The car is driving so much better. I am very happy with the work. He also keeps his shop super clean and tidy which tells me he loves his work.

Alvie is the best around. I have gotten taken advantage of at the multi-national wide chains like Pep boys and especially Midas. The Midas in Glendale AZ tries to get you to do all of this stuff that is not really needed. They wanted me to spend nearly $3,000 on my old car, I didn't believe them and then I took it to Alvies and he treats you very well and doesn't pressure you at all into fluid flushes and other near non-necessary work. I recommend him to everyone I possibly can. I love this shop.

ANW- Alvie's a straight shoot! Has always been straight forward when it comes to servicing my Toyota's... my 4Runner and now my FJ. Will only service or replace if necessary! Recently had my tires balance at another service center- and was told needed differential repair. Alvie checked and found my truck only required specialty balance "Road Force Balance". Saved some $$$. Also had my brakes completed in and out as promised.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Absolutely the best in town when it comes to Toyota. Any time out Sequoia starts to act up we take it to Alvie and his team is quick and very honest when it comes to pricing. Alvie is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained services to me so I understood what he was doing. He's also affordable. I went to midas to get my brake pads replaced and they told me I was going to need a ton of work done, which would end up costing about $500. I went to Alvie and he inspected my brakes, and told me what I actually needed, which is none of what Midas recommended to me. He saved me so much money, and so much stress!

Brought in my Celica for a 2nd opinion. I was losing coolant and overheating. Another shop said my head gasket was leaking and will be costly to fix and said I should sell the car before it gets worse! Alvie and his team checked it out and found out that the only problem was that a coolant hose was not on properly and causing the leak. He pressure tested the coolant system and found no other problems. Will be bringing all my cars to him from now on. Thanks guys.

I called every place in the west valley offering Toyota specific service price shopping for a timing belt and water pump replacement in my Toyota Tacoma. After lots of comparison I chose A N W for the price, quality parts used, and the 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. Could not be more happy with the service I received and the work that was done. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

Alvie is great. Truly an honest, and very knowledgeable mechanic who does quality work at a fair price. I fully intend to take my 2004 Tacoma back soon for a 60,000 mile service.

Alvie is the best! I never have to worry that any unnecessary work is being done! We have been going to ANW since they opened years ago and have never been disappointed. If you want a trustworthy mechanic, use ANW for all your mechanic needs!

ALFIE IS 'VERY, VERY' HONEST....and will not do unnecessary repair. He makes time even if you stop in to check an engine light warning...this happened to me when traveling on 101. He fixed it immediately even though he had a car in his bay shop. With Alfie's shop, you won't be dealing with a 'kid' right out of school.....he's from the old school....he's had many years of hands-on experience. THANKS Alfie for your patient service, and usually at a lower price then the 'big box stores'.A happy customer.....Judy. Hey ladies... ..this is your honest auto tech.

I hate being without my car! ANW was able to get my car in quickly and make the necessary repairs by the next day. They didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed and saved me a lot of money over the dealership. I feel they are trustworthy and have already recommended them to a friend.

A great place to get a thorough checkup, without worrying about unnecessary repairs and overcharges. I originally took my truck here for a second opinion on expensive repairs, and Alvie advise I did not need most of them. He took care of only what was needed. Labor is also very reasonable.
