Totally got ripped off. $95 for an oil change and the service advisor conveniently forgot to take $15 off with the coupon I gave him before the work was started. I know the service advisors work on commission so all the more reason to get ripped off. On the other hand George Gomez who is a sales consultant is the best !

Steven in the service department is outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and a super nice guy. He helps me take great care of my MDX. Fast service and a nice waiting area that offers free refreshments is a bonus. I highly recommend Steven and Acura of Peoria s Service Dept!

Great service department, always well taken care of. Fast service had me in and out in less than an hour. Excellent environment, they provide refreshments free of charge to clientele. Not only was the maintenance on my car performed with excellent service and care, I purchased a badass Acura hat too. Taking your car to have maintenance done is not a dreadful experience when going to Acura of Peoria. Staff is exceptional, shout out to all the advisors there, they're all great. The follow-up service calls are also a great finishing touch to overall phenomenal service. As long as I own an Acura I'll take it to Acura of Peoria for life.

Went in complaining about the wobbly drive and shaking I felt while driving. It was very obviousThey said they won t be able to tell unless they run a full diag.Agreed and got a call back abt 3 hrs later saying that they didn t notice any shaking whatsoever and gave a list of recommended services amounting to about $4K+My issue wasn t address at all.

3 times I have been to this service department and ALL 3 I have been treated like trash. Service advisors never acknowledged you, I always have to fight for a loaner (even when performing a recall or a TSB) overall they are rude and don't really care to provide you with good customer experience, after all; you've already bought a car from them...Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys at the service department are totally Amazing. They actually care about you as a customer. Cesar and Vince are too notch!
