Loved the explanations they gave after diagnosing the issues with my transmission. They took me for a test drive so I could feel what they were explaining to me and showed me images of a transmission to explain all of the parts and what they do. They were quick to diagnose and call back with a quote and complete the service I asked for. I loved that I didn t have to follow up with them, they proactively did it exactly when they said they would. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent customer service !! Joe was amazing ! I went to get my transmission check out with in the day he was able to tell me what I needed. Turned out I needed a new transmission . He gave me various financing options . Unfortunately, for me I was not able to afford it and had to come by a week later. As soon as I walked into the shop Joe knew who I was and what I needed. I dropped of the car Wednesday morning and was given a call that my car was ready by Friday afternoon. I will definitely be coming back when the time comes :)

Joe is the absolute best! My car sat at the Aamco off of Highway 17 for over a month without being serviced by some lame manager named Monte, be ware! I picked up my car angry as F. Took it to Joe he had the part ordered & problem fixed in 24 hours! True professional thanks Joe they don t make em like you anymore!

Joe & Jason were awesome! We took our truck in for transmission issues with shifting. They did their due diligence in troubleshooting & diagnosing the problem. They could have just said we needed a whole new transmission but found a wiring issue that was a whole lot cheaper to fix. Thanks so much!! I took my 05 Crossfire to this please to work on my transmission and I just remember the name of the guy. His name is Joe this guy it s amazing. The dealership told us we needed a new transmission for almost $8,000. Thank goodness Joe did some further investigation and said it wasn t the transmission it was the Motor mount and shocks. He saved us $7,000 in repairs thanks to his compassion and caring for his customers. Thanks Joe! You are the best and will certainly get our service again!Service: Transmission

I've been coming here for over 4 years. Joe has never done us wrong with either car we brought in. When other places have lied to us he's always upfront and honest which is the best quality you can have in a mechanic. Knowledgeable staff that work hard and get the job done. A huge extra bonus is that they will take a look and be honest that if you keep driving with a problem that it will cause others. A huge example is the car started acting up. Took it to AutoZone because I thought it might be the battery. Autozones tests showed that the problem was the alternator and not the battery. As an extra measure while taking it in for an oil change I asked Joe to check as a secondary opinion before jumping on an alternator repair. His test showed there is a bad cell in the battery. So do the easier repair of a battery instead of an alternator.

First time using the shop, I had a great experience! I needed a lot of engine work on my Toyota . They called within 24 hours of me, dropping off the car with a quote for all the work it needed. 24 hours later I was able to pick up my car. They also honored the original quote. They gave me even though they realized there was a mistake with that quote. :)

I really appreciate this AAMCOs service! Joe and Jason were honest, polite, and exceeded their own timeline of completing the replacement of my motor and transmission mounts. They also saved me $250 on labor! If you need any automotive repairs, come here!!

Joe and his entire crew were absolutely amazing! What started out as a completely awful situation with my truck at another establishment, turned into a positively pleasant experience here at AAMCO! Joe didn't treat me as if I was a naive, he really took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my transmission. Joe also really took the time to help ensure that I was able to afford the work that was needing to be done with my truck. I would absolutely recommend anyone to take their vehicle here and ensure they will receive the best service both in and out of the shop! I had the transmission fluid changed in my car. Service was fast and professional. Cost was less than what was quoted by the auto repair garage that I normally go to. They have the ability to also diagnose and service large vehicles as they repaired my motorhome transmission last year. I will continue to use them for all of my transmission service needs. They apparently do other auto repair services but I haven't tried that yet.Service: Transmission

This team is fast, reliable and very accommodating. I was able to get in and get out in about an hour for just a general check up on my vehicle. Have a big trip planned and now I can rest easy knowing my vehicle is gonna get me through the trip. I ve been helped in the past with power steering, and other vehicle troubles. Excellent service. I started being my vehicle to Steve when his shop was about 3 weeks old. They stand by their work. My most recent visit was a mystery situation. I left my SUV on a Sunday so Joe the office manager could get it assigned. They had it for three days while the mechanics tried to replicate my concern. They could not find anything wrong and unlike dealerships didn't charge me a penny to diagnose the problem. I could have been told it was anything and would have said Fix It. They didn't. They don't scam, they're busy working on real problems so they don't have to invent them.I highly recommend this Aamco shop.

This business is the most honest mechanic shop I have dealt with. Lead by Joe the shop is reliable and fair. You can depend on this shop to put the customer before profit every time. More then making an extra dollar in these hard times Joe is just interested in helping people get to work safely and keep their vehicle in good order. This place was great. Joe was awesome and helped me out a lot, he let me know the company i had my oil changed with a week prior only did half the job and didn't even look at my filters. Joe and the team at AAMCO were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and worked on our 90 YJ with 4" Lift and 4x4 SYE kits and Heavy duty drive shafts.They installed a complete new clutch. And HD throw out bearing. In and out in no time at all. Runs perfect. Plus advice on when I was locked out of gear no fluids. How to get into second and drive it for repair..avoiding tow charges...5 stars

My husband took our 2002 jeep in for a rebuilt transmission in 2020 right when the pandemic started and guess what? An actual transmission expert told us that AMCO did the bare minimum. Already our 2 second gear synchro is out and others on the way so I guess if you want this to not last go for it but if you want your transmission to last do not go here! We are so disappointed by the quality of work and the cheap parts they used! Please take your money to anyone else!Service: Transmission

Been coming to these guys for years. Joe is the best in the business and you won t find anyone that knows more about cars than him. I ve had my truck in there for just about everything. Full trans rebuild, rear main seal, knock sensors. And every time I know the works gonna get done right and fast. Joe and his crew are an amazing group of individuals who were able to assist me with issues I had been having with my PT Cruiser. Bought from a "mechanic", it had been rigged to sort of run until it didn't for me anymore. Joe was able to determine all the issues, explain everything throughout as to what was wrong, and get me back on the road. I was expecting a crippling bill because of what was needed, but was very happy with all that was done for a very reasonable price. If your looking for that mechanic you know you can trust to not steer you the wrong way,trust Joe and the crew at Aamco. I have had my truck in this shop twice in one month. Both times my repairs were affordable, fast, and fantastic quality. I myself work at a shop and I have to say the men at this location have been outstanding. With out a doubt Steve and Jason are doing a killer job in not only service but customer satisfaction. I am recommending them to my family members. I only hope I have showed them the appreciation they deserve for such hard work. Keep it up men, your doing great.

Update March 2020: I chose the right place! I knew it needed several major repairs. I dropped it off with a list of things that I needed addressed. I didn't know how many I could fit into my budget. Joe kept me informed and helped me make decisions about what could wait and what couldn't. I feel that the price was fair and the the communication was phenomenal!Expect another update about the results.January 2020: Clean Lobby, Joe at the desk is very friendly and impressively knowledgeable. I'm getting ready to have them do a major repair on my 182,000 mile Jeep.

Steve, the owner, gives exceptional customer service and strives to accommodate his customers. I have had a hard time finding someone that could tell me why the Service Engine light was coming on in my 1990 Oldsmobile. They were able to do it with no problem.Jason, the mechanic that worked on my car was wonderful! He was able to fix my car with no problem. He also went above and beyond to explain things to me and make sure I understood.This is the most honest shop I have been to in quite some time. They are focused on quality service at a good price and customer service is the utmost importance. I will be using this shop from now on!!

Terrible service, they didn t want to take care of me because I don t speak English and I was accompanied by a person who speaks good English, who would explain the problem of the car and still the one who answered me by call refused
