After 2 days of dropping my car off I had received a voicemail of the individual I was working with that had a massive inflated price. In which they had changed multiple times..I had a legal issue with the damage to my car, and when I communicated that I was laughed hard at. They continued to change pricing of my damaged. Regardless of the fact they have a software that incorporates it all. When I was able to finally pick up my vehicle a week after then stated it had an additional 156 miles on it. Put in sport mode to hot rod it ( which I never have it in this mode ever) and my car having an alert for needing coolant.. (do to them driving my car hard). And of course any time I had questioned any of these matters I was treated with a bliss ignorance on their part. Do not take your car here.

A&D is a great company because I had no worries when I left my vehicle with them to repair they made sure I stayed informed of everything and every step. also the receptionist and associates was very polite and patient. Thank you A&D

A&D Auto Body was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have their car repaired. I brought my car in for an estimate on a Tuesday...dropped it off on Wednesday...Duane called me on Thursday to give me an update...and I picked up my car on Friday around noon. They did a fantastic job!

I had to get essentially my whole passenger side replaced, painted, blended, etc. This was over the last couple of weeks of December which is a tough time for everyone it feels like. The staff were very friendly, the communication was great, and the work done was excellent. They worked everything out so I could get a rental car, and I was able to leave it there when I picked mine back up. They cleaned my vehicle completely out and shined up the tires so it was sparkling when I got it back. The whole process was so easy. I would absolutely trust them again, however I hope I don't have the need.

Service was outstanding. Receptionist professional in setting up appt. Cody was very thorough in checking out damage for estimate. Gave great timeline for anticipated car rental and servicing time. Repair time was even quicker than we thought and we were very satisfied with body repair. Glad we chose local, family owned as opposed to larger company. Would definitely recommend A&D to anyone. Bad enough to have the need due any accidents, but these guys made the repair process quick and easy and as convenient as possible with perfect lead time expectations. I had a string of bad luck after purchasing my new vehicle two separate accidents less than a month apart the team there worked with me and got the repairs done as quickly as possible, some of the repairs I wasn't happy with and Nick (the owner) made it his own personal responsibility to take care of my concerns and really made my feedback feel valid. I went in with a crinkled car and came out with a Brand New car!Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations.I would recommend them and use them again!! (hopefully I won't need to.) I have used this shop on three different occasions to repair damage to my vehicle. Each time I have been impressed with the level of service and follow up from the shop that I got. I feel great dropping my car off to them knowing that if I have questions or concerns they will be addressed promptly. However, the most impressive part is the quality of the work. Each time I get my car back it looks brand new and every repair and new paint job has been perfect. I have really enjoyed the care that they take with my vehicle and how they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with the results. I recently had the pleasure to work with Kyle at the shop and he kept in touch with me via text and phone calls regularly. I was able to text him with several questions I had and he was always quick to reply, usually within the hour of my message. He even took the time to look at some damage that was not related to my initial reason for bringing in the vehicle and helped me understand what that would take to repair. He did an excellent job. Very satisfied with the work, communication and ease of drop off/pick up/estimate working with A&D auto body! I was in an accident and the other drivers insurance covered the work. A&D handled everything and made this not so convenient process as easy as can be!

My daughter was in a minor accident and we chose A and D auto body for the repair. They got her in earlier than we expected, and finished the car earlier than they promised. The repair work was completed as promised. You cannot tell anything happened to the car. They found additional damage than originally estimated - they told me about it but they managed all the discussion with the insurance company. The car was returned by the estimated date. Got into an accident mid-November and had to have serious repairs done on my truck. A&D Auto did an amazing job of keeping me informed of progress with my vehicle and made sure everything ran smoothly. Pricing was decent and they worked with my insurance no problem. Do you research, I was in a car accident and this was the closest shop my insurance would pay for so I agreed. I should of drove further to ensure my car would be fixed properly. I hate leaving bad reviews but I also hate when people make me feel like I don't know what I am talking about. I told the tech the repair looked cheap. It was not a good repair and he said that was out of his control because they got the replacement parts directly from the auto manufacture. Regardless the repair was not up to my standards. It's not a smooth finish and it doesn't look like the other side. I am a working mom, having a rental was already an inconvenience. When they called me to pick up my car I was not anticipating the repair would look like that. Because I had no more time to wait I just took the car as is. I don't have time to take it back nor will my ensure pay for another rental. Over all not a good experience and do not recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic shop, would have never thought I would "appreciate" a body shop but this was a different experience. This team did a fantastic job right out of the gate. Best estimate, and no disappointments with the work performed. The work is guaranteed for life so I have zero concerns for the longevity. Kyle was a rock star and went well above the expectation and made for a very pleasant interaction for a less than desirable cause. I HIGHLY recommend A&D Autobody for collision repairs. 5 Stars.

When I unfortunately hit something with my vehicle, Progressive Insurance highly recommended A & D. I truly cannot be more pleased with my decision to have my vehicle repaired there. They are easy to deal with and very professional. They had my vehicle towed in and delivered to me so I never had to leave my home. They gave me daily phone calls keeping me updated at the progress. They were fast as my car was towed in on Monday and returned to me on Friday. I highly recommend using A & D! They are top notch! I used the Peoria location.

Got a few estimates around town, and as a female without a lot of car knowledge, I'm always wary of car shops. A & D beat both other estimates I got by almost $1k, the estimate guy and the front desk staff were all polite and helpful and I never felt like I was being talked "down to". I dropped my car off at 8:30am, and it was ready by 1pm. And the actual repair costs were below the estimate given to me, as they didn't need to use some of the parts they thought they did. Professional, honest, and the work they did was excellent.

Five stars all the way!!! Very impressed with their honesty and integrity. I recently brought my wife s Ford Explorer there. The outside driver s side door handle had somehow come off in her hand. I had all the pieces but no idea how to put it back together. I was kind of prepared to take it in the shorts for my ignorance. The estimator came out and looked at my problem and asked if I had 5 minutes. He took our car around back. I was figuring that s how they do estimates. Nope. He came back 5 minutes later and it was all fixed. I tried to pay him but he would have nothing to do with it. Just said, no charge . How cool is that??? Thanks A&D. They have been at this location a long time and always seem busy. The reviews look great. They must be doing something right. I wouldn t hesitate using them. Pretty cool experience.

Again this shop exceeds expectations, I took my car there for corrective repair after another shop(huge corporation) failed to complete the work. Ivan and his crew were constant professionals. I got updates as needed or when they needed me to reach out to the insurance company. I got my car back yesterday after they had it for 3 weeks and it looks amazing like it just rolled off the dealer lot. You can tell they care about the customers cars like they are their own and are willing to do anything to make sure the car comes back looking new.

Took my Aunt & her car in for an estimate at 450pm & they close at 5pm. We got stuck in traffic & I knew we were pushing the time. I debated on turning around but it would be another full week before I could bring her back so we went. Our insurance company recommended this company. I arrived & went in the office to check in. The girl upfront was training someone. She wasn't very friendly but she didnt turn me away or give me dirty looks either...which is great. She called a rep named Wayne up front to assist me. I will try to describe how AWESOME HE WAS. Here's how it went.... I apologized for arriving so close to closing time & he assured me it was no problem. He was kind, showed empathy for our situation (car wreck), worked quickly, was polite, friendly, professional & just AWESOME. I'm so glad we didn't turn around & go home because of the time.I understand that companies have hours posted which to me, that means a customer should be able to walk in the doors up till the time posted. This never happens to me though. Staff working want to be out the door at the time posted so they start closing down early & then they do not give 100% customer service. I usually get lots of rudwness and dirty looks( this is my experience in the past) WITH OTHER COMPANIES. I CANNOT SAY HOW SATISFIED AND GREATFUL THAT THIS DID NOT HAPPEN HERE.I hope the remaining process of getting her car repaired is as easy as the estimate was. Thank you Wayne & AD Auto Body. You have a wonderful employee working there, PLEASE let Wayne know that I really appreciate him & tell the gal upfront to smile once in awhile. It doesn't hurt.Thank you for exceeding my expectations. Keep up the good customer service Wayne!

S&S tire referred us to this auto body shop and what an amazing experience!!! Received 3 different quotes and their customer service was exceptionally great.Washed my vehicle after and completed everything on time as asked. Will definitely return if any work needs to be done in the future.

The best value in Glendale/Peoria area. True family run business. Juan handled my repairs, no surprises. The cost was what I was promised, and happened to be far less than the other 3 shops I had give estimates. The car looks like new. And I received a lifetime warranty on the repairs. If you want to avoid a claim and pay out of pocket for repairs I recommend A & D, this is the place for every situation. 5 stars for the whole team.

Professional services, the work is top notch. I got a quote from franchiser service King and it was $1,700 (over double for the same work) l. The work was completed on time. (Replace bumper, paint to match, includes labor and parts included) great customer service. I am a repeat customer. Please give them a try , free estimates.

The first time I dealt with them, they repaired our car promptly and as promised. This last time, however, was above and beyond. My son's car was backed into on our street, collapsing the corner of the front bumper, so I took it to A & D. Nick not only remembered that he had seen my name as being in recently, but after realizing we were going to pay out of pocket for the car, so as not to have it go against our insurance, Nick said he wanted to try and heat out the dent for us, as with our particular car, it was possible at times, so we wouldn't have to incur the personal cost. Nick took the car, and 15 minutes later: the heating worked and Nick saved us $700. Though you never hope to need an Auto Body place, if you do, there is no better place to go than A & D Auto Body! Thank you for your hard work and understanding how much saving people money during these tough times means. I appreciate A & D and Nick.

I picked this repair facility because it was guaranteed through my insurance company but I was paying out of pocket. It was also locally owned business and wanted to give them the business. Brought my daughter's car in for a repair from a rear-end accident. Estimator said they could replace the rear bumper or fix the one that was damaged and either way I would not be able to tell the difference. Everyone was very nice and car was done in a timely manner. Picked up the car and the paint look very nice and the color match was right on. When I got it home I could still see the stress marks in the original bumper and it appeared that the body work to the bumper had not been prooerly done as stress marks were still visible through the paint. Very disappointed in the workmanship of the repair. $1200 No Bueno.
