The guys at victory Lane were very professional. I pulled in only expecting an oil change. But they did a full light inspection of my tail lights blinkers headlights to confirm they were working properly, they checked a number of different functions of my car to be sure it was functioning properly. Then they gave me some very valuable information about maintaining my vehicle which will prove to be very helpful. I give them five stars all day long

Drove in at the end of the day. The young man Marcus was very knowledgeable and a great salesman. He upsold which is great to his advantage as well as the customer making sure our car is in good running condition ! You may spend a little bit more $$$, however the customer service is worth it! God bless you guys.

The dudes in there are chill and quick as heck, always do my own changes but this process is incredibly easy and relatively competitive in price. Definitely recommend. 10% military discount as well!

1-4-2021Needed an oil change and received so much more.Victory's owner and Techniciansreally KNOW their cars.I arrived without an appointment around 4pm on Monday the 4th. In the waiting room I met Garrett he was just finishing lunch, since they were busy he kept working, so late lunch. That impressed me.Then I met the owner Steve Leonard he impressed me even more, with his honest matter of fact way of doing business which is no pressure. Because of this I gave him all my current matinance I was planning.1. Full Synthetic oil chg.2. Radiator flush & fill3. Power steering flush & fillSteve even worked on my car, he is a hands on working owner.I was also amazed by a tech that was having trouble removing a filter on a diesel truck and instead of possibly damaging the truck he came to the boss for help. No chastisement ONLY HELP from the boss. So nice to see.Would have given 10 stars If possible.Blessings, John

Really like this place , no hidden fees, you can look at the computer and look at everything you re being charged for which is a major plus. To many times I went places and they don t show you anything just give you a total at the end. The only thing I wish they had was a way to tip through cards instead of cash as I don t carry cash ever. Thank you for being a honest good business

Amazing experience! We needed our tire patched while traveling and every other place was a 3 hour wait but yet these guys although they don t do tires patched our tire for us within thirty minutes!!! Highly recommend

I ve been waiting 35-minutes to get an oil change. Still not in a bay.Update:Finally got in for an oil change. The crew is friendly, but there needs to be something done to ensure car sorting is fair. I had people arrive 15-minutes after me get in 10-minutes ahead of me. The guy in the truck ahead of me got out to smoke a pipe it took so long.Update 2:Went back a second time. Staff remain friendly and work hard. Raised score again.

First time for me and I am impressed with the whole operation. Sat in the Jeep the entire time, the techs showed me the dipstick before and after. Gone are the days of $19.95 Jiffy lube but the price is average for an oil change. Great personal too.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys made my day after I hit the bottom of my car in local hotel driveway too hard. I was concerned about being stranded. They took a picture of the bottom of my car and confirmed it was just a scrape on the skidplate. That was a huge relief.I went ahead and had them change the oil and they had a 20% off coupon for first time customers on their website. One victory after another!

Great service at Victory today as usual.Customer service today is horrible everywhere, but at Victory lane it is outstandingBecause it's so bad everywhere else it really makes Victory stand out.Service was fast and efficient, additional services were recommended but not shoved down my throat.Thank you Victory I'll see you next month to get my other car serviced.

Most overpriced oil change, have NEVER paid $125 for an oil change, we had a coupon that they wouldn't honor, they didn't offer any savings and I didn't know the price until they were all done, too late to go ANYWHERE ELSE! The 1 star is for how quickly they got it done, before we knew we were in a highway robbery lol.
