Terrible place. They call themselves Christian and how they are honest and will help you. Buyer beware. They are fraudulent and terrible.

10/5 stars hands down! ALL the staff were professional, polite, and honest with me throughout my entire experience. Also, the waiting area is CLASSY AND IMPECCABLY CLEAN!! Everything about my experience here was beyond expectation. Excellent, speedy, efficient service. All the staff were friendly and wonderful. I didn't for a moment feel that I was being upsold or not being told the whole truth. Definitely would reccomend coming here before going anywhere else. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!!

Excellent service!!! We we're traveling from California during Christmas week and we were staying in Scottsdale. We decided to visit Payson and on the way there we were having problems with our transmission. The guys from Southwest Transmission took care of our truck right away even though they were supper busy and we were on our way back to Scottsdale in no time. We are so grateful and thankful for their service.

My family and I were visiting Payson with some friends and to watch the fire works. We ended up getting a flat tire after hours. We called around for a couple hours to other places and everyone was closed. Southwest transmission was closed too but I went ahead and called a guy named Charles; he had answered and he listen to what I had to say. He went out of his way to help us and fixed our flat tire. I'm thankful because we had five kids and the youngest being 1 years old. We got back safely to Mesa and I couldn't be much happier for what he had done for our family. Thank you Charles and Southwest transmission for your kindness and willing to help us out.

So long story, and it's been a few years.I was headed up to our camping spot up on the rim. Wife, kid, dog, and a truckload full of camping gear. About 10 miles out of Payson my transmission blew a seal, or so I found out later. Had a tow truck come pick us up, he had a big cab and put the family and the dog in there to get us to Payson. He recommended Southwest so we went.It was a Friday morning, almost noon. They checked it out and said it was a seal. I had recently got it back from a Ford dealership. Southwest told me they would charge the dealership to fix it. A few phone calls later, the payment was taken care of, and they started the work.It took them a good 6 hours to do with a couple guys working on it. They worked past their closing time, even though they wanted to hit the lake. They let us hang out in their office, dog included. They were very nice, very polite, and fun.They got us off to our camping trip, just a little later than planned.Thanks guys!

I had SW Transmission put a new transmission in my Lexus RX300. It started acting up at less than 18,000 in 15 months miles but since I took it to a transmission shop at about 18,500 miles (sine I live in Montana) they won't honor the 18 month/18,000 mile warranty. I recommend that you go somewhere else where they stand behind their work. Most reputable shops will offer a 24 month/ 24,000 mile warranty.

Stupidity really errks me and this place is just that . Just called dude answers i give him tire size. He says oh yeah we prolly have those, but we aren't open right now. Damn man why answer ur damn phone then? For fun? Idiots

I called about a flat tire and the guy that answered was so unecessarily rude. He said, "if I have to go out and open the garage. The minute it opens, I'm charging 75 bucks". Worst costumer service!
