This place has some undeserving bad reviews. I had nothing but excellent service from A to Z and even when a piece of molding was broken off this place handled all the paperwork with the insurance company and got it fixed as soon as possible. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

Dreadful experience, they damaged the paint during the install on January 26th and I just now received payment for repairs. Said the truck has a recall on the paint not our fault, when that didn't work they blamed the tape manufacturer, that didn't work either. Our insurance called them and then they accepted blame. Took two months and endless phone calls and messages. NO ONE returned a call to me until I posted a scathing review on social media then they called me, the check will be overnighted for repairs I had quoted. Never, ever again.

Joshua (the tech) came out this morning to replace the windshield in my vehicle and recalibrate the front camera, which requires the tech to drive the vehicle. This was the second attempt, since the first try was unable to be completed due to a scratched shipment of glass. The call center employee who informed me of this seemed uncaring and lacking in knowledge. Thankfully, I did not need to have further contact with her.Joshua was on time, very efficient, and respectful. He did his job in a timely manner, was clean about his work, does not smoke, was careful with my vehicle, and was finished earlier than expected. He gave me a can of the professional auto glass cleaner the company uses, to make up for the unsuccessful first attempt.The online survey the company emails out did not arrive, but that's OK. It was the type that asks for a 1-10 numbered response and if the service and tech do not get all 10's, it creates a problem for the tech. It also affects the tech's pay grade. That is a biased survey, so since I was satisfied, I wrote my review here. I recommend Joshua and hope that this review gets him a raise.I chose Safelite since this was an insurance claim on a cracked windshield that was actively traveling horizontally across the windshield, reaching the halfway point, and thus it qualified for a replacement, NOT a repair.FYI: When Safelite gets ahold of one's contact information, which is necessary for installation, they do not let go. Expect repeated texts and emails for surveys, to say thank-you, etc. It quickly becomes spam mail, making it necessary to unsubscribe.Service: Auto windshield repair

The employees were really nice and they fixed my chip perfectly BUT... I'm guessing they are not as experienced doing rear frame less windows. The glue is bulged out inside and outside the window. I live in phoenix so I stopped into safelite there to get help and after two visits and two phone calls to the phoenix location I couldn't get the Payson location to call me after several emails and calls from the phoenix location. I now have to take my car to a body shop for repair. Which safelite will take care of the repairs so I will definitely use safelite again just maybe not the Payson location.

Was driving cross country when a dump truck lost some debris and put a huge chip in my windshield. This Safelite was right on my route and had an appointment for right when I was going to arrive. Couldn't have asked for better service, they were great!

Did a fantastic job replace windshield
