Mark was wonderful. Made the experience of moving across state lines very smooth. He was able to get us into a unit last minute and even walked me around the property to see the sizes and pick the right one. Highly recommend. Unit was very clean.

So far so good! Process was super smooth and easy to get set up, great price for the size I got and I really like the 24hr access. Property attendant was so nice and helpful made the whole thing a good experience, would definitely recommend to others.

Absolutely great experience. We stored our belongings for about 6 months and never had an issue. Staff is friendly, which is greatly appreciated.

I love working with these people. Every year they are very professional and informative. I just wish the installing of the new storage units weren t so close to the RV storage spots. Got a bit difficult getting in and out.

Awesome place they have outlets to help aid you as in the best means possible to charge your phone and battery of absolute important needs will let you sleep in your unit occasionally so long as you wear terantula and carpet beetles poison (desert(1.5 cup food grade diatomaceous earth mixed with 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/3 cup sunscreen; mix through) due to no homeless shelters in Payson Arizona or local camping ability to be able to walk to the grocery store or a convenience store until you can find a place to stay.

we came late on a Saturday and Cindy stay open to help us and told us about different prices and sizes to choose from. my husband and I were very please with the sizes and price and took a 5 by 10 which was just right for us. I recommend coming here for all your storage. it's very good location and easy to find.

We have been storing our trailer up at Rim Country for a little over a year. It's super convenient, has a gated keypad, and they've always been super friendly. Cindy has been absolutely amazing to work with and we really couldn't be any happier. What more can be said about a storage place? Highly recommend.

Cindy and Jeff have been amazingly helpful as I was preparing to move to Payson since early February of 22 . I called immediately when I was first anticipating the move and was trying to determine if there were any storage options in the area. (Spoiler alert They were very hard to come by as are house rentals) I explained my situation to Cindy and she was kind enough the next few months to send me little alerts and messages about their units as well as letting me know through the grapevine of any possible house rentals (not normally a part of theirs services but it s an earmark if the kind nature of Paysonites). When I finally did get a job here, Cindy was able to get me into a storage unit that was just about to come up for a reasonable price. When I moved here I met Jeff and he was also as equally helpful in helping me get my uhaul trailer completed and released. I am very satisfied with this company and the folks working here are highly personable and responsible. You won t be disappointed.

Rented a U-Haul cargo trailer last Saturday. The experience was amazing! These folks were accommodating with a schedule change and worked hard to make sure that I had the equipment that I needed when I needed it. Couldn t be happier with the total experience. I would recommend seeing these folks for your U-Haul rental!!!!

My husband and I went in to change our U-Haul reservation only to find out that our equipment we reserved would not be there the day we made the reservation for. If it wasn't for Cindy, we would have shown up to pick up our truck and it not be there. She called another place and worked it out for us to get the truck before our needed date! Thank you, Cindy! You have amazing customer service skills.

Cindy took great care of me during the time I stored some things at Rim Country Self Storage. The unit was clean and stayed dry during rain storms. It remained free of insects too. I had a great overall experience

This was a great experience. Excellent customer service. Prompt attention to my needs. Complete explanation of requirements for renting a UHaul and best of all I was able to rent a storage space in my town! All in all it was a great experience.

We had a very pleasant experience dealing with Cindy at Rim Country Self Storage. She listened to our needs and went to work getting us the right storage unit, and suggesting a good solution to our plight when we were told there were no uhaul trucks available for our scheduled move. Cindy far exceeded our expectations, and I appreciate her efforts.
