I caught a flat coming out of the mountains on my Harley and everyone there was helpful and very friendly. They patched me up so I could continue on my way. This may sound cheesy but if it wasn't for them I would be stranded and up a creek without a paddle.

The guys at Tim County are absolute legends, they helped me get my BMW back on the road on a massive cross country tour, they are knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or repair off-road vehicles

I bought a quad that had a dirty carb, busted cv boots, needed a new drive belt, new brake pads and a new fuel pump. I told Travis what I needed and they told me they couldn't give me a quote for the work. ( Complete B.S. that should have been my first sign...) I asked them to give me an order of magnitude and they said $1500 to $2K. I dropped the bike off and it took them 5 weeks just to look at it. They called me back with a quote of $4200! I obviously wasn't going to pay more than I paid for the bike. When i asked them to just change the fluids and break fluid. They charged me 730 for that work and their diagnostic work. Bob, the manager was extremely rude on the phone and tried to humiliate me for asking for a a quote and was upset with me for not doing all the work with them. It took them another 2 weeks for them to just to do the fluid work. They also informed me that my bike was no longer running. I had driven for a week on a hunting trip prior to dropping it off...when I picked up the bike, they had to load it with a forklift because it wasn't working. When I got home, I found they had disconnected the fuel pump, one of the panels was disconnected and the air intake manifold fell off. I took it back and they fixed their mistakes, but they never apologized, offered a discount or anything. They have this attitude of, "its us first and if you want our help good if not fine.". Lo and behold my bike worked once they reconnected the fuel pump. I will never work with them again

I live in Buckeye, but I make the drive to Rim Country Power Sports whenever I need something for my Arctic Cat. The employees are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They display a genuine and vested interest in my issues. Travis is always helpful on the phone and behind the counter. Sean takes customer service to the next level. I needed a fuel pump, he came out with one right away, and not only explained to me how to install it and, but even swapped the parts from my old unit to the new one right in front of me. Rim Country is second to none in all aspects of a professionally ran business.

I just had my KRX 1000 repaired here. My taillight and mount was broken. They did a great repair and I had them add a lighting kit. They told me 3 weeks as they work on them in the order they come. 3 weeks later I got a call that it was done. Lights work good and I look forward to getting it out on the trails again. I do recommend.

It's really hard these days to find a shop with competent, much less excelent technicians. It's also even harder to have good communications and fair pricing. I have gotten so dissapointed by the standards of so many outfits and the way they are operated. Not this place. Kudos. I give you an excellent in all of the above. Thanks for the good work. I won't hesitate to come back and I will most certainly recommend you to others.

I've had vehicles serviced and bought products both from four seasons and Rim Country motorsports in Star valley. I have to say,I feel like im just a number in line with four seasons. Travis (TJ) at Rim Country makes the process from the beginning to the end fast and friendly like I was a real person. Providing solutions and personal experiences. Thanks for the human experience guys & techs

Shout out to Travis and rim country powersports for excellent customer service! Needed a spare tire for my rzr, after wasting an hour trying to get pricing and availability with 6 or 7 other businesses I was beyond frustrated!! Travis sensed my frustration took my information said he would call me right back, having heard the same thing multiple time that morning I expected to have to call them back. I was shocked when after less than 5 minutes Travis called me back to tell me he had a rim in stock and he found me a used tire that was suitable as a spare, saved mea ton of $$$$$!! Thanks Travis!!

Inventory was very low. They had prices on the vehicles. But, then they added shipping, doc fees, and a few other fees. Prices went up 3k. The sales man seemed nice, but he was a sales man. He gave us his reasons and explaintions on how the vehicle worked and why the price went up. When speaking to others it didn't match. Yes, we are novice regarding ATV's. But, we are not dumb. We do and will ask questions from experienced people on ATVs. We will keep looking, but not here.I rated as average, because I'd don't understand and know all that goes on at this business. We did see that they also do repairs. So I don't feel I can't rate it good or bad. Hopefully they are not all like this one.

I've taken several repair jobs to these guys over the last few years. Each time they went out of their way to explain and help. Further more they only did the work that I authorized.I recommend them highly.

Very knowledgeable people. Ordered my parts, no problem even though I have a Can Am. They do the maintenance on my side by side in a direct manner the same day. Gary is the go to guy when dealing with any matter from sales to service.

I own a 2013 Wildcat. Have had a few over heating problems after the warranty ran out. By 2016 my problem accured every time I took it out. After trying to avoid the cost of taking it to the shop. Saun the owner work with me one part at a time with replacement instructionsI still had a not knowing when overheating problem. Saun said I need to bring it in to the shop. After it and miss solutions to my problem. A hairline crack in a wire finally showed up after movement. This was a bad wire from the factory. They spent hours finding this problem and it didn't cost me a dime. What more can I say you can trust this company to make it right.

I have five ATVs All different brands they have always been very accommodating In any tuneups I may need . Any parts I may need if they didn t have them they could tell me where to get them . Their prices seem to be fair and reasonable and the employees are always very accommodating as seems like the owner is always there also which is a plus.

So far the service is great. Gary is very helpful and he isn't a pressure salesman. I think we got a good deal on our new buggy. Stop in and see them.

I Recently had two tires changed on my motorcycle at this place and I bought the tires. The cost was over $218 dollars and it took all day. Just so you know this is price gouging and completely out of line. FYI Brandon at go ride mountain which is now right across the street charges $20 per tire. Unfortunately Go ride mountain was moving to a new location at this time and I thought it would be fine to use Rim Country, lesson learned never again!!!

From the valley, had the dreaded case oil leak on my new to me '12 wildcat 1000. Bass pro in phx wouldnt attempt a repair and would only sell a short block at $3k+.. Called Rim Country PS and they said no big deal. They pulled my motor resealed the case (machining wasnt the cause of the leak) and serviced the Wildcat for less than 1/3 of what bass pro wanted! Fast turn around time left me down for only a week. Couldn't be happier with the labor cost and the service I received. Extreemly satisfied and will be a customer as long as I own an Arctic Cat product.
