We were passing thru payson and were given recommendations to call due to battery and heat issues. Phone calls were very polite ,technicians were very helpful to try and problem-solve over the phone. Eded up stopping in Payson and after hours they came to fix the issue. Had new board needed to fix .....we got heat back and this issue solved. Awesome service. Thank you again. Glad we called.

On the Road Again RV Repair provided exceptional service when fixing my leaking sink. The repair was completed in less than an hour, and the team was efficient and professional. The owner was very kind and easy to talk to. I highly recommend their services.

We had On The Road Again RV repair help us a couple times when we had problems with our RV. Both times they found the problem quickly and had us up and going in no time! Being first time RV owners the second time we couldn't get our air conditioner to work. Dreading the expensive news we were probably going to get we were happy and surprised it was just a breaker on the generator! No charge and have a nice day!! What a wonderful honest business they are! I would give 10 stars if I could.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

My heater quit, they were here within a couple of days and worked till they found and fixed the problem and changed the anode in hot water heater. They had the parts needed on the spot. Fast, efficient and friendly. Great to find an rv repair place that will show up and do the job. Thank you!

Brian & John were very prompt on getting my leaking RV windows. They discovered it was a factory defect. Unfortunately the manufacturer company went out business. They figured the solution and explained & showed me the issue and fixed it before the next rain. Very knowledgeable and very polite. I strongly recommend them. I've used both La Mesa and Camping World for work on my RV, each time I have had trouble with them. I have had to go back to them several times for shoddy work and had them overcharge me for warranty work on a warranty they sold me.I figured it was time to try Brian from "On The Road Again RV". I was pleasantly surprised. Brian is an honest, knowledgeable, competent, RV mechanic. He's my new RV goto guy!

We are super happy with the service we received from On the Road Again RV.While camping, we suddenly had an electrical smell and smoke. We called On the Road Again RV. It ended up being the relay on the water heater which had shorted out and was about to catch fire. They got us right in, ordered the part, and we were ready to go the next day. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. We were so pleased with their professionalism that we asked them to do some additional repairs that were completed as promptly as possible. If you want honest folks with knowledge to work on your RV; this is the place. We saw our fifth wheels rear axle turn sideways at 60mph just east of Payson. We are thankful On The Road Again was there to help us. They made an awful situation less stressful. We now have a much stronger and reliable situation going on with our suspension and axles. Our toy hauler was damaged on the rear lower panel. These guys did great job with the repair, you can't even tell it was damaged. This is the second time we have used On the Road Again RV and they did not disappoint us at all. Dishonest business. I brought my fifth wheel in for a bearing inspection. I had one bad bearing that caused the seal to throw grease onto the brake drum, however the breaks were new. The dishonest mechanic at this shop insisted that the drum could not be cleaned and the drum and breaks needed to be replaced but only due to the grease present on the drum and breaks. When I stated that the breaks were new and that I knew for a fact that the drum could be cleaned, the mechanic said he would not do the job. I agreed to let him replace the one drum and breaks even though all that was needed was a cleaning and new wheel bearing. When I went to the shop to review the estimate the mechanic then insisted that all the drums and not just the one drum, by law, had to be replaced, this was a bold face lie. When I appealed to the owner he told the mechanic just to replace the one bearing, drum and break pads and repack the remaining three wheel bearings. I approved the shop to do the work and I paid for the one drum, breaks and wheel bearing to be replaced and for the other three bearings to be repacked; over $600.00; Robbery!! Two moths later I returned home to Washington State where I brought my fifth wheel into a Les Schwab for another wheel bearing inspection. Les Schwab informed me that if a wheel bearing blows the seal and deposits grease onto the break drum that all the is required, if the breaks are good, is to clean the drum; my breaks were new at the time On The Road first looked at the bearings. Moreover though I paid On The Road Again RV to replace the one wheel bearing and repack the remaining three wheel bearings, Les Schwab informed me that none of the other three wheel bearings were repacked. This company was not content with just lying and taking advantage of a customer, they also charged this customer for work the never preformed, namely repacking the other wheel bearings. I urge all to avoid this dishonest RV repair shop, they are void of morals.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Searched every where in Payson to replace a propane line for our RV. This place was the only place that had what we needed. That deserves a 5 star rating in my book.

Once again On The Road RV did a wonderful job! This time they installed a trailer hitch on the back of my RV. They had to beef up the crossbar and did a wonderful job.

I can t say enough about what a great experience we had. Owner Brian, and tech-John were so helpful. Quick turnaround, resolved all issues completely and spent time explaining to wife about using the sound and flat screens. Pricing was fair and a great value. We had brought our trailer up to Happy Jack to camp & found out our water pump wasn't working. It was almost time for them to close but they waited for us to drive there to buy a new one. They were very friendly & accommodating even providing wire nuts that my husband didn't have with him. They went above & beyond!

We found this place based on all the good reviews! The people who run this business are great, friendly people. I could tell they cared greatly about what they do! We had some minor things fixed and they even waived our inspection fee for us! They got everything done in just a couple hours and we were back on the road again! Thanks so much for your help! I will definitely return if we happen to be in the Payson/Star Valley area again.

OTRA has been fantastic for the fourth time since I moved up to a small community north of Payson. Because my fifth wheel is my home and not my temporary camping unit, OTRA has to make a trip up here every time I need them. They have handled themselves professionally and skillfully each time, tracking down an issue until they can effect a repair (and I have had some sticky ones). They first handled a propane leak and set up my sewer line, then an electrical item (a DSI fault), then a leak that had filled the underbelly, and now a wet floor. Each time, they are friendly and fun, continually reassuring me that I have NOT made a bad purchase and these are just normal issues that happen sometimes. They work hard so that labor costs are not outrageous, and they willingly share every step of discovery phase and give solid advice along the way. Without OTRA, I could not live the peaceful, rural life I've chosen. They really KNOW THEIR STUFF!! The one issue I have sometimes is hearing back from them to get on their schedule or necessarily always getting a call if they can't make an appointment, (which I believe some other reviewers have commented on). The reason I have still given five stars is because being that busy is actually a compliment to how much they are in demand. If they tighten up their communications, they will be absolutely perfect; so being close to perfect is good enough for me to grant five stars. I often find they have an instinct for how bad a problem really is, and I just need to be patient and trust them. They handle everything and do it well; they apparently just need a dozen more expert RV technicians on staff to handle the work load. ;-) (Only one other RV service comes recommended by locals, and that provider is equally as busy but even harder to get a response from or get on their schedule, so OTRA gets all my business because they seem to care more.)

Gina was extremely helpful when we were stuck with our slide in. We were on a time crunch as we are having family visit this week. We brought a brand new coach and she spent more time on the phone with us than the dealer did. She was full of great information and happily willing to share. We immediately booked an appointment for a thorough Walk-through and looking forward to doing future business with this awesome locally owned company

Brian was awesome! I can't tell you all the awesome things he did for me to try to get my new RV solar system to work properly because everyone would expect that kind of service from him. But I can tell you his service and fees were more than fair. I highly recommend him and his team. :)

Brian Teauge and his crew are on the road again RV deserve a big kudos from the Bowman family! Brian has always gone above and beyond to not only answer the phone but to help solve problems. Recently on my wife and I s hunting camp trip we overextended our front leveling jacks and the one 800 number try their best but wasn t able to help us get out of a sticky situation, luckily Brian Teauge answered the phone and diagnose the problem allowing my wife and I to manually retract the jacks and get the camper put in a better position. Thank you Brian and staff keep up the great work.
