We re out of all towels in all areas until I was about finished, and the guy at the head of the wash never bothers to put bug and tar remover on the front of my car. Without towels really hard to get warm weather bugs off my auto. Vacuums work great

I deleted another post because i had talked to their customer service representative and she took a lot of to help me with a complaint i had. They have a nice staff. My only issue is they need better easy to see disclaimer signs for use of the carwash. Or maybe I need better glasses.

This wash is amazing. They have everything you need and then some. The towels and wipes provided are next level. And the mat cleaning machine is amazing. Even the staff are extra nice! Everything really is better in rim country.

Went to the Ocean Blue in my town a while ago and was once again pleasantly surprised by how outgoing and helpful the employees can be!I have never been let-down or made uncomfortable by the staff, not even once. They always make my time at this location feel valued.Just today, I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy, who helped me get my coupon troubles resolved. He helped me through the process and got it all squared away as fast as possible. I have to give credit where it's due: he knows how to solve problems with care and efficiency!This is my personal go-to place for Car Washes. If you travel a lot or park under a tree often (like I do), then go here. Staff is great, the vacuums are useful, and the car wash will always leave you clean :)(P.S. The Complimentary Wipes and Car Air Fresheners work like a charm. Definitely worth getting!)

Brittanny was absolutely awesome. She goes above and beyond what is expected. She has friendly vibes and is always smiling! She makes running an errand fun and an enjoyable experience! This car wash is the best in town. Because of her alone I will be going back!

I was traveling through Payson on 2/17 and had a free car wash so I pulled in at exactly 7pm as I was trying to figure out if they were open or not. An attendant approached me as I was about to leave as google said they closed at 7. But he insisted that I got my car wash and assisted me in the process. As I pulled around I politely asked the lady with the pre spray to spray the back of my vehicle as well, and she did. Went through the car wash, my boys were super happy as they love car washes. Finished the wash and pulled up to the vacuums to toss some trash and noticed the vacuums were already turned off and another employee asked if I d like her to turn on the vacuums and I asked her please if she could so I could vacuum up the winter cinders picked up from walk ways. I had an excellent experience with my first visit to this car wash and I ll 100% be back on my trips through. Thank you for the excellent customer service above and beyond what was expected especially after closing time.

Jason and the other employees do a great job keeping everything running smooth.Drying towels are always stocked, the vacuums always work and if your windshield is nasty with bugs they'll scrub it before the wash.Thanks for the great service

Lilly B was so helpful getting me signed up for unlimited washes. I love the features this car wash has, good cloths, mat cleaners, two kinds of vacuums. Feel like my car is getting cleaner than ever.

Awesome car wash and super friendly staff. Andrew was the one who helped me and answered all my questions including the monthly membership. Car came out nice and clean and definitely recommend to everyone!

Paid for a 20 dollar wash today pulled up to get washed guy didn't even wash bugs off or scrub window went through wash still had bugs on windshield mirrors and grill wheels didn't get washed pulled around to dry off no towels guy was rude and said we dnt have any can't give u one looked for management there was no one in office to say the least lost my business

We're from Happy Valley Or. and can't find a car wash to take my 2011 Ford Raptor SVT through because it's to wide . And was so stoked when Jeramy mentioned my truck will go through no problem . Truck looks beautiful after going through wash the molten orange paint POPS !!!!

Love this car wash! Vacuum s are great and not to mention free anytime you want! Love that they always have towels to wipe things down and they always give you a dash cloth and air freshener everytime too. Shout out to Andrew in Payson, such a great attitude and is always willing to help out with anything & with a smile!! Specially when I accidentally vacuumed up a small Swiss Army knife lol and when my mom lost her jack in the box ball on her car antenna!

Justin was very helpful and kind. Ocean Blue was giving away free car washes today also which was super rad! I m here from Utah. I m a Car wash phile . Here visiting family a I parked under a tree and got sap on my car. My daughter recommended Ocean Blue. Brittany made my experience great and ALL their machines worked GREAT

This being the first time visit at Ocean Blue Car Wash. I must say the attendant was absolutely amazing to help me !! My car is now So pretty, I'm so happy . A terrific Car Wash after our almost 900 mile trip from California. I'll be back!! to Ocean Blue for Sure. Thank You!
