Nick and Matt, and one other gentleman help me out like I couldn t believe. These guys are some great employees and I am super impressed with their professionalism and their level of help. The radiator cap broke off in my vehicle and I couldn t get the inner peace out. these guys came out and not only gave me the tools to get it out but I offered my family some water and air-conditioning while we were sitting out in the blazing sun. Their customer service was beyond reproach. I will be coming back to this O Reilly anytime I need some service on my vehicles. Thanks guys!

They wouldn't clear the codes on my vehicle so I could see if I had fixed it or not. Prefer Auto-Zone!!

I was driving and realized when my dog had to potty my lights were bad. So I pulled over the the nearest oreilys and was assisted by Tom. Tom was such a great help with getting me my lights and looking at the other levels of liquids in my car to endure my safety on my journey. I am so grateful for their staff for helping me! And delivering my great customer service. He was honest In pricing products for me as well. Thank you all.

Yesterday my partner and I went to get a new battery. We had problems at AutoZone and they were rude. The guy at O'Reilly's put the battery in, but the alarm wouldn't stop beeping and I didn't have an alarm key. We had to call for a tow truck and we're both crying because this was just another nail on the coffin of a series of disasters in our lives. The guy who was helping us became determined to help us and came up with a solution to fix it. I was so overjoyed I gave him a big hug. He is our knight in shining armor and an angel in our lives that day. Thank you Robin Mathews

Went in to dispose my used oil. As soon as I walked in the back door I was yelled at like a 3 year old. Horrible customer service. I informed the manager that the previous time I was told to go through the same door by an employee and the manager was calling me a liar stating that that s not true. I won t be back to this location. Horrible way to treat a paying customer. I was shocked at the experience. The manager is a evil individual. Beware

This place is amazing and knowledgeable they were the only ones in town really that were able to help me and my girlfriend when our car overheated or really the only ones really willing to try. Matt and the other staff here were amazing and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend going here

I was there September 11th and the young man who helped me went above and beyond to help me. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend O'Reily over any other auto parts store in Payson.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. I went to Payson on a family trip and my battery died. I was able to jump it & find this place since my battery was under warranty, because it was new in October. Telling the guy who seemed to be the manager Bill that I had to jump my car to get there, checked the battery and the alternator and starter. After all that, starter and alternator were fine, but he did inform me my battery was on its last quarter of life. So, instead of replacing my battery because I had the warranty, he advised me that he would jump my vehicle for me and take it to a shop to see if lose wiring was draining my battery because the one year batteries should last longer. He didn t even bother to look up my warranty or anything!! So immediately after I left, I called a different location, and they told me the guy should ve replaced my battery, and said I could go to their store to get it replaced. So after a 90min drive and other delays, I went to the first one I could & guess what? THEY REPLACED IT!!! I would NEVER return to this location or recommend it to anyone!!! Worst customer experience, no one should have to deal with this. I will be calling their corporate office to complain.

What a joke. Went in to get full synthetic oil for my new Triumph. Had the employee tell me that all oil are synthetic. After showing him he was clearly wrong! He said he didn't care he was only going to be there another 3 days and that's what his manager told him so that what he is going to continue to tell people!! Feel sorry for customers that actually don't know any better. And actually listen to these clowns!

They were extremely helpful. My previous purchase of an alternator from a different OReillys had left me stranded over and over. When I arrived here they helped me figure out what was wrong with my charging system, gave me the right alternator because it was warrentied, and assisted my friend in changing it out in the parking lot! Wonderful experience!

Brought my mom's car in to have them see why the check engine light was out. Turns out the battery was bad. They had the battery replaced and me back on the road in no time. So helpful. Thanks Tim!

Just a quick little repair was all we needed and all the shops of course were busy until next day. Austin helped out with a quick diagnostic test for codes. He even helped us get the replacement fluids and filters now we are back on the road! Thanks!

My fiance and I have done our own oil changes here for years on our vehicles. Up until today (07/8/19) we havent had any problems changing our oil here. Well all that changed today. I took the oil inside O'Reilly's after I was done with my cars oil change and asked the shift supervisor to empty out the oil for me and he forgot to screw the cap back on all the way. Trusting what seemed to be like a competent employee I went on my way. Well much to my delight when I got home the oil leaked all over my new kitchen floor, carpet, and outside in my backyard. Fortunately, most of the oil came up but it was a very close call and almost ruined my new kitchen floor and carpet. My fiance called to complain and the guy claimed, "he screwed the cap on all the way". Which was not the case. And offered us some carpet cleaner. But what is that supposed to do for my backyard concrete areas where the oil leaked? Might want to think twice or really watch it if you turn your oil in here.

I purchased an Alternator in 2007 from Checker auto parts, O'Reilly bought out Checker few years back so I was worried I would not get the lifetime warranty on a alternator that went bad now in 2018. O'Reilly stepped up and warranted my now bad alternator. They didn't have one in stock, but said they could have it at 8AM the next day. I arrived the next morning and it was sitting right there at the end of the counter waiting for me. Thank you O'Reillys for your good work. I would recommend O'Reillys for your auto parts, I would also recommend when you purchase a major part, you buy a "New" one with a lifetime warranty, So if that part ever fails you will always receive a new one in return, as long as you purchased the lifetime warranty. Great job guys. THANKS

I have needed this place more than I really want, but it never disappoints me. Seems to always have what I need or they can get it next day. Always have been pleased with the counter personnel and the store is always clean and organized Easy in and out,never have had to wait for someone to help you.

Spent over 200 dollars here for oil and air filter change on my Ford 250 super duty. Was.told by the clerk to bring the old oil back and they would dispose it. The next day when I brought the old oil back they said oh no we cant take it we are full. They would not even hold it there until their tanks were empty.Well they've lost all my future business. Good by O'Reilly. Bad customer service means no return customers. Plenty of other auto parts store to choose from. Hello Napa

I drive a big diesel crane truck, and we were in payson for the week working. The alternator went out in my truck in the middle of the job. Was able to get a jump, and get it back to the hotel next to this oreillys.After calling napa, and realizing we had a weird alternator, the guy there literally gave up. He literally had no interest in trying to help us. He didnt sound like he belonged at an auto parts store.So we went into this oreillys, expecting them to not be able to help us find this alternator. We were in there back and forth for probably an hour trying to figure this out, and the entire time, these guys were willing to go above and beyond to get us helped.Never did I feel like they were annoyed, and every question I had along the way from ordering to installation, they were more helpful than I would've expected.We wouldnt have gotten back on the road and back to work nearly as quickly if not for the manager bill, who let us use their tools and gave us expert advice on how to get this alternator installed properly.Honestly, I've never had a bad experience with oreillys in general, but these guys really went above and beyond.
