Joe came to our rescue. We nearly lost a tire and our camper on a steep grade coming into Payson. Joe got us out of a dangerous spot and did so at no insignificant risk to his own safety on the side of a steep grade, just after a curve in the road, in failing light. He got me and my family to safe place which fire, police, and AAA could not do. Then he got the RV to his place replaced and beefed up the axels and springs so we won t have this problem again and got us back on the road.I usually have all my work done at a shop but Joe did good work, he did not overcharge me, and when no one else would help, he did.I prayed and Joe showed up. My family and I are very thankful for him and the work that he did to get us to safety and back on our way.Also Joe was very upbeat and positive. He encouraged me when I was experiencing our worst event in 7 years of full time RVing. He said, Don t worry. I m going to get you taken care of. It will be fine . He did and it was. Thanks Joe.

We are so Thankful for Joseph quick and confident service. We had a major rear wheel breakdown on Sat evening and could not even get a tow truck to look at our issue. After several attempts of speaking with possible repair people, we came across mobile 1 rv service . He answered the phone quickly,, spoke about issue and he immediately insisted on showing up to assist. We sent him our location and he showed quickly and ready to attack work. He was confident and addressed the issue and handled it within a few hours. We were able to get our truck and camper off the road way..

Call Mobile One! We are so thankful for Jo at mobile one! We broke a leaf spring pulling in to the Speedway gas station, on our way from CA to MO. We called Mobile One and Jo was there immediately, diagnosised our issue. There was no one who had the part locally so Jo found a place in Mesa that did. We were already stuck for the night but Jo was back installing the part for us as soon as we got it! Thanks so much Jo! We are truly grateful for you!

Joe is an amazing tech, knows his stuff. came to concho from Payson to fix our heater. knew what the problem was 30 seconds after getting here. This will be the only mobile rv repair company I will use

These guys really helped us out of a big jam. Broken leaf spring on our 5th wheel. Joseph was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If we find ourselves stranded again they'll be our 1st call.

Had an issue with my awning, on a Sunday. He came out, and fixed the problem. It took awhile, but he made sure everything was good before he left. Was glad to have met the man, and his son. Highly recommended!!

We friends planned to Payson but our car stuck in the middle. We stopped on S Beeline HWY on weekend. Nobody was responding to us but Joe answered the phone call and came suddenly to the spot. Because the car engine was too damaged later we took it to his garage. He gave us free shelter to stay for a night. He helped us with a tow service. Starting we were worried that we don t have nobody we can call ours but now Joe is ours . Thank you so much Joe from Nagaraj and Mallan.

Though he was the only game in town, he did get our slide in to allow us to travel on. Came up on a motorcycle because he said his truck was broke down and had no tools. Used my tools and ladder to get it in. He was kind and reasonable with price. Good for emergency use. Can t comment on if he can actually fix anything.

I love this place!I was on the highway broke down in my RV,joe towed me to his shop and didn't leave us stranded like the other mechanic who ripped us off for $620 and stoled our parts.The crew is very nice to us (thanks girls )and we spent a weekend at his shop till he gets us moving again,joe u r a life saver!the price is VERY reasonable, considering he is checking everything under my hood to make sure we travel safely, I recommend whoever is stranded or needs help on there vehicle to give joe a call!best mechanic ever,hands down he knows everything! Thanks Joe &crew

This is a place that reminds me why I love America and it s small towns.... Honest and hard working... Joe gave me a price and that s what it was and he went above and beyond by doing the little extra things that mattered..... I would highly recommend services over here vs the big dogs in my town.....

This place is the best. Note was very helpful and worked all day trying to get us back on the road. He explained everything he wad doing and even towed us to his place with his truck. Highly recommend using then for your RV repair needs.

Great family business, did an excellent job replacing both trailer springs after road hazard encounter. Worked us into the schedule immediately and had us back on the road in three hours. And reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommended!

Our refrigerator in our motor home went out on Saturday evening. They promptly responded to our request for service and came out early on Sunday morning to repair. Luckily it was a simple fix and our refrigerator was back up and running. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you so much for fixing our problem so quickly!!

My wife and I broke down on a Friday afternoon in our 40 foot diesel Pusher and required engine work to get us back on the road.We called Mobile one. Joe was out within 30 minutes ,called the CAT dealer in Mesa and sent someone to pick up the parts for us. He gave us a price and said he would be back in the morning to get us back on the road.Saturday morning Joe was there at our motorhome and proceeded to take our engine apart to make the necessary repairs.I could tell he was extremely experienced by the speed and accuracy of how quick Joe was in tearing down and re assembling our rig.Looked like he could have done this in his sleep.Joe had us back on the road in no time.I was also impressed with his honesty and integrity.He actually charged us less than he said he was going to charge us and brought us extra coolant for our rig and followed us past the rim to make sure we didn't have anymore problems, WHO DOES THAT?If you ever have the misfortune of breaking down I just hope it's in Payson where you are lucky enough to have such a hard working, honest and reliable top mechanic as Joe.YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!I have some other work I want done that I am having Joe do when we head back in fall.This guy is really good at what he does!Thank You Again Joe, see you in September!

Called mobile 1 on the beeline below Payson with a smoking r front tire. He talked us through what to do. Great help and was willing to come down to assist us. Highly recommend

I scheduled an appointment last weekend for a kitchen faucet replacement. Lady tells me "sure no problem, we are the only ones up here that works on RVs " I tell her morning would be the best. I drive up from Phoenix for the service. I call her at 9am and ask for an ETA. She says well the guy isn't here. He must have another appointment but he will call you. Well it is now past noon. No call no show and now no answer. I then look at their reviews. Banned from RV parks because he is a theif. I guess I am blessed he was so unprofessional. Now to find someone else that isn't a theif and actually shows up for the job. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY "COMPANY" 3 days later and not even a phone call period.

We were camped in the national Forrest and our slide out had no power. Called Mobile 1 and Joe drove almost 30 miles, found the problem in just 10 minutes. Great friendly service at a good value. Would recommend Joe anytime.His son Daniel was there for backup.

Daniel and Joe and Ginger are the best at taking care of the problem. Went to three other mechanics in town and these fine folk blew the others out of the water. Hands down the best service and realiability around. Problem solvers with hearts of gold! Can't say enough for how they fixed what seemed impossible, and made it work. These guys are amazing! Great work and very fast. They went above and beyond to get the job done. We were told the job would take months in Phoenix by Phoenix RV repair shops, however these guys had it done in a under an hour. Nice gentlemam! Would highly recommend.

Came out to fix a heater problem. Took out the heater control board Charged me $350 did not fix the problem. Then called On the Road Again. Bryan fixed what Joe screwed up and didn't charge me. All it was was a bad connection that kept coming loose. DO NOT USE Mobile One RV Service. Joe doesn't seem to know anything about RVs. Bryan at On the Road Again is the best.

DON'T USE JOE! Had our rig on his lot for sale, he entered it, stole the thermostat and heater control board to fix another unit. Left propane on to leak. After it sold we took it back, he put some used parts on it and it won't work. He won't fix it! He's lied about ordering parts, won't communicate. I would NOT recommend him to anyone. It's been a 3 month nightmare.

I'm a traveling artist and my 1974 RV is my home, when the brakes started to go out it was scary, especially since parts are hard to come by. When noone could find parts to fit, these guys were dedicated and did everything they could to get us on the road. They modified the parts and we were back on the road. Go see these Great people if you're rig needs any repairs, they will take great care of you.Service: Brakes
