This whole crew treated us great, and Carl kept me in the loop on pricing & scheduling. We were from out of town with a busted vehicle and instead of trying to rip us off they were very kind & helpful with options related to time and money that let us get our car home safely sooner and cheaper than expected. Thanks guys!

Visiting in-laws in Payson. Rental car gets a hole in rear tire. Going flat fast. Rental roadside assist is a joke. Call Firestone at 5:20 on Friday. "Get here ASAP and we'll look at it." Get there 5:35. They close at 6. By 5:59 Manager Brandon has handled the angry/buzzed guy in front of us like a pro, and gotten Clayton (young worker with a great attitude and sense of humor) to plug our tire, make us laugh through the stressful issue and cheaply get us on our way.THANK YOU +10! We were in a near panic, but, this business did do right by us and we REALLY appreciate you going above and beyond for customer service!!

Made appt yesterday for today at 10am too have tires balanced.Dropped truck off was told 1 hour or so and they would call me.At 2pm I went and found my truck un moved or looked at and they said they were unable too get too it yet.I run my own company and had several important meeting this afternoon I won't be attending now!Nor will I have my jeep that was scheduled for Sunday brought there or any other vehicle in my fleet.Carl actually tried too remedy the situation but the little old tweeker next too him started calling me a loar and kicked me out

Jason and Carl have a great store with wonderfully skilled mechanics. They are professional and personable and instill a lot of confidence in the customer. There have been times they have saved me money. I trust their honesty, integrity and their skillfulness with my vehicles and my adult children s vehicles. I highly recommend the store for your automotive needs!

I have had my vehicle worked on at this Firestone location for several visits, including oil changes and regular maintenance. They are always very professional, very quick and I rarely have to wait a long time for work to be completed. The staff there is friendly and courteous, always explaining the service they want to perform. They don't "find" problems that aren't there and I appreciate their honesty and hard work. I plan to have them do all the work on my vehicle. UPDATE: I had to bring my vehicle in and once again I am grateful for the professional work and the conscientious staff at this Firestone location. They are everything a auto repair location should be and more. Thank you again for the fine service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Stopped in while traveling cross country... I hit some hills that were absolutely terrifying and my car was shaking after doing tons of maintenance before the road trip. Stopped in real quick to make sure my car was okay and they let me know my new rotors were bad. They were available on Sunday to instantly replace them and get me and my family back on the road asap. Hands down, best service I've ever had from a auto shop. Would recommend to anyone traveling through

Donald and Brandon were incredibly friendly, helpful, and fast! Big O claimed they could not find an issue with the tires I purchased from them. Donald and Brandon found a bad patch job in the tire in question. They fixed it right up, and it's now holding air. I will be back as soon as I get my taxes back to get a whole new set of tires from these guys! Thank you gentlemen for your amazing help!!

I scheduled an appointment yesterday and they just called me and canceled it stating that someone called in sick and they can't do a simple oil change at all today. I'm from out of state, here visiting as I just lost my step-dad and my mom is in a hospital in PHX. I have to drive their truck 1400 miles to get home and it is overdue for an oil change. Will he following up with Firestone corporate over this. The guy who called didn't sound like he cared, and can't even handle a 10 minute oil change. I'll avoid ANY Firestone in the future. Too bad, as I was looking for tires as well. Customer service here is horrible!

My car broke down in town on Sunday the 14th of January, 2024. Friends attempted to use jumper cables, but were unsuccessful in their attempts. I contacted Firestone after arranging to have my car towed to the location, and based on the circumstances, despite being very busy, the staff personnel rearranged the schedule to accommodate me. The problem was the fuel filter. Costly, and labor intensive. One of the reps found some coupons to reduce the cost. When it appeared that the repair may go into the next day, the same rep offered to take me home. Fortunately that became unnecessary as the problem was resolved. The offer was above and beyond the call of duty, and I was most appreciative of the help, kindness, and courtesy that I was given. Sincerely, Beth P.

This review is a bit late, but I just wanted to give a very gratefull comment on the service we received. We awoke one morning to a flat tire on a Lifted Adventure Van and had no jack to fix. I called Firestone first thing in the morning and they said bring it on in and they would take care of it. They worked us in and we were on our way with little delay. Thanks again guys! Keep up the good work!

What an absolute disgrace to tire and lube shops. I installed 1 ton steering on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and then made an appointment with Firestone to get an alignment done and to grease the front end. An associate from your store called me shortly after I dropped my Jeep off after waiting 4 days for the appointment to tell me that you couldn t perform the alignment because the steering kit was outside of your realm of knowledge and to come pick the Jeep up. Then your same associate called me back to let me know your mechanic would attempt to align the tow setting and I said I d appreciate anything you could do. Upon picking the Jeep up and paying for a full alignment even though you did not perform one, and also was told that the front end did in fact get greased, I inspected the front end. I found that only 3 grease zerts were greased, my entire steering was loose, and grease rubbed onto my paint. I ve included pictures as proof. Upon asking for a refund I was told I ll think about it . Well I thought about this review. Enjoy it.

Always friendly (Jason is great!) and fast service and I've never been "upsold" or taken advantage of - that's hard to find! I've been taking my car here for service for several years and have always had great experiences!

The employees here at this particular 'Firestone' are absolutely the best! These people are people people! Ha Haa! Nice, courteous, happy, and very enthusiastic. What else can I say? Hmm? I got it.......Y'all get a well-deserved'Atta-boy!' How's that, fellas?Thank you for doing a great job each and every time we bring in the ol' clunker!

The staff is professional and friendly. I was able to get my cars problem diagnosed on the spot by one of the mechanics and make an appointment to get it fixed. Brought it back for the appointment and it was fixed correctly and in a shorter time then estimated allowing to back to my life.

Carl and Jason are my boys! I wanted to utilize the tire promotion going on but until that time I was constantly going back to Firestone to have them check my air pressure just to limp me along until today when I got my new tires. Carl took care of me for the majority of my visits and assured me I wasn't delusional. Today, Jason made sure I was able to afford all four tires when I thought I was only getting three because of cost. I am so ecstatically happy that these guys have my business for as long as I reside in Payson.Thank you so much,The Delusional Van Lady (lol)

Very convenient location right near the main road here in Payson. It wasn't too busy which was nice as in the city, the Firestone locations can get pretty crowded. Coming in and out was easy, and plenty of turnaround space in front of the repair garages. The area was neat, and the service was quick and fast. I am so thankful for their help because my car was up and running again for a safe drive home.

On a family trip Grandma's car started smoking out the bottom. The folks at Firestone were incredibly kind, quick, and thorough! Can't recommend them enough for saving our trip!

Got a flat while camping so i had to bring my tire and man wow this firestone was awesome, it was an hour wait time but since we tried before they closed the day before they remembered us so they put the tire on in 15 min without having to wait again. Shout out to Carl and Donald for their amazing customer service. horrible day but they definitely empathized with us and made it better Service: Tires

If I could I would give them 0 star. I got a flat tire 40 miles away from their location and all I needed was a tire I didn t even ask them to install it for me I just wanted to buy a tire. The guy working there was very rude he refused to sell me a tire.

It s a long story, but I arrived about 6:15 and they closed at 6:00. I had a rapidly developing flat and a great employee who was still there basically changed my tire for me by hand. The manager came out and offered to keep my tire and fix the flat first thing the next morning.They have earned my business!
