Coyote Auto helped me so much today!! I needed a seal pressed on an axle, and they had the tools, fit me in their schedule, and even ordered the correct seal. They saved my project and made my life so much easier and did it all with a smile and tips for me to have a successful install - can't thank you guys enough!!

The owner is a total prick and talks down to the clients who pay their way at Coyote. I'm retired Marine Corps and I don't allow idiots like that to be so unprofessional, condescending, and downright ugly and talk down to me.The mechanics that I encountered snarled at you if you wanted to check the work. I rolled up to this shop after I hit a deer in a rental car for a quick opinion from the guys. One of the techs got to me immediately and helped to assess the damage. Very friendly. I ended up driving off to get the car towed back to Phoenix and didn't even properly thank the guys for the quick help. I really appreciated their kindness and expertise when I needed them.

We were traveling and thought our U joint was failing and the owner drove it and checked it out free of charge.We were so grateful for the peace of mind. Highly recommend!!

So. Incredibly. Impressed!!! We blew the serpentine belt on our truck heading back to Phoenix from Happy Jack. We were towed into Payson and our tow truck driver suggested Coyote Auto. I m so glad he did!!! Dan was so great to us and understood our need to get back on the road. Everyone in the shop was personable, professional and really friendly. I really can t say enough about Coyote Auto. Simply the best

Me and my husband has never been treated so poorly. I'm not sure if it's because we are a gay couple, but my whole life in Payson I have never been treated so poorly at any place of business, unfortunately this is the only smart start service center but if you need repair go to firestone or miller auto works less then 2 minutes away.

Outstanding service, hard to find honest mechanics that are straight forward and dedicated to get your rig back on the road. I highly recommend this shop and will be my first and only choice in this area.

I was headed up to Happy Jack and my Jeep started to overheat. I barely made it into Payson, there was no way I was going to make it all the way to Happy Jack. I called around some shops and nobody had availability. Thankfully Coyote Auto took me in. Dan quickly started to troubleshoot the issue. 2 hours later I was back on the road. I'm in the process of moving here from Nevada. My vehicle broke down. Someone recommended this place to have a look. Awesome place. They helped me get it towed there. Then they got right on it, and had it done that day. When I get my move completed their gonna have a new customer. I think you should consider this place also.

Friendly, fast, service...got towed in due to car issues on a trip from CA back to OK. The owner took very good care of us and got us back on the road quickly. If I lived in the area, they would be my go to mechanics. This is not the kind of place to charge for blinker fluid or rotating the air in your tires...(you ain't gonna get ripped off)

We were heading home and had car troubles in Payson. Went to some of the brand name places and they couldn't help but one recommended I try Coyote Auto. They were very busy but due to our circumstances, they went above and beyond to help us and get us on the road again. I'm a pastor from Albuquerque and our children's group stopped at Sonic in Payson and then the van didn't start. After calling about 6 different auto shops (none of them had openings within a week), including one mobile service (who couldn't get to it that day), we were going to have to tow the van to a local church parking lot until a shop could get to it and rent a car to get the kids home.Dan went out to check it at the Sonic (even though they don't do mobile service and they were very busy) and fixed the starter that day. The price seemed reasonable too, especially considering what I would have had to pay to get a rental car (and get it back to Payson, since the rental car place didn't have any one-way cars). We were ecstatic that Dan and Keifer went above and beyond to help us.

I highly recommend I gave them five Stars the owner is one of the best in Payson az . His workers that he has all the employees there are the best they're all friendly and they will answer all you questions.thay take care all there customers the do the best.. they have a nice waiting room when they working on your car the place is clean comfortable atmosphere and temperature that's why business is always success. We called and were told they were very busy and they could only do a quick diagnostic test because they were booked solid. Dan and David were amazing. Kind , professional, and very knowledgeable. They actually ended up fixing our problem and were very reasonable. Saved our trip and were able to continue on way. Thank you guys again. Great work, knowledgeable and usually reasonable with their prices. They have done work on my 76 Bronco multiple times and my 2003 Dodge 3/4 ton and my Jeep TJ. There is a reason this shop always has cars parked in front of it and across the street, they are terribly inefficient. They had my truck for two weeks and supposedly couldn't get a hold of my warranty company, even though they stated their office manager would call my warranty company a week before my appointment (this was a lie, they didn't call my warranty company until after having my truck for four days)After two weeks of this shop just holding on to my truck, I took it to Steve Coury and they had my truck fixed in three days. I recommend Kate and the team at Steve Coury Ford over this shop any day.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was driving to Payson for the weekend when my car broke down. The tow truck driver recommended Coyote Auto Repair and I am so glad. The staff was very nice and professional. Fees are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

Great communication, Took my car in because autozone told me the alternator needed to be replaced. COYOTE did a test on the car and realized it was just the battery and only replaced that.They could have been dishonest with me and just replaced the alternator as well but they didn't do that they were honest.

I was traveling through Payson when my vehicle started making a noise. Being in a vulnerable position, I was a little leary, but I felt they were very honest and fair with me and getting me back on the road.
