Recently bought a 2014 Hennessey ZL1 from Mike. We had an excellent time in the showroom and the transaction was one of the easiest I've had. I'm looking forward to stopping by again.

I went into Choice to look at some motorcycles that Mike advertised on Cycle Trader. I found a beautiful 2014 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide that was VERY fairly priced and that I decided to purchase. I have NEVER had a vehicle purchase go as smoothly as this one did. Toni took all my information on a very simple one page application and I left. Two hours later she called and told me everything was ready. I spent maybe 10 mins signing paperwork and then was out the door.Such a beautiful motorcycle, great customer service and some really fun inventory to look at while in the store. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It was truly a great experience and I am a customer for life the next time I'm looking for a vehicle!

If you've never been in their showroom, you're robbing yourself of an adventure into the past except the cars are much nicer than anything most of us ever owned. Mike is very straightforward, honest and exhibits strong morals and ethics. Ethics. Do yourself a favor and check out Choice Auto!

I was looking for a ford mustang in my price range with lower miles. I chanced upon choice auto on a 3rd party site and found a car that met my needs. A standard shopping experience at that point. I talked a friend into a 50 mile trip to have a look and couldn't be happier that I took that gamble. Choice auto and truck operates under a level of professionalism and integrity that falls nothing short of extraordinary. A minor issue with the vehicle was discovered on our test drive and the owner, Mike, had it off to a mechanic before I even left the area. He went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was not only up to his standard, but mine as well. Not many other places have that kind of customer service. This dedicated team helped me through every step of the process and never once were they pushy or off putting (something one would normally expect out of a dealership.) These folks understand their customer well, believe me. When I went to pick up the car, Toni and Jerriko were willing to stay after their scheduled hours as I had to make the trip out there again, just another example of dedication to their customer. When a signature was accidentally missed on the application, Mike made the trip out to me to get it taken care of! Tell me what dealer does that for you? With a proven dedication to the customer in my own experience and how I have witnessed them with other potential customers, I can confidently confirm that this establishment is the best car dealership I have ever had dealings with and believe that they will continue to move forward and build a very loyal customer base. If you are dealing with choice auto and truck you have a win win situation and a team that will help you achieve your vehicular needs. Whether those needs are goals or dreams either way you are definitely in for a wild ride.

I sold a car to Mike the owner. He gave a very fair price and was very nice to my mother in law who was the owner. He made the sale transition easy and quickly as this was a difficult sale for her as her last form of independence. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Hello All ! John here on the East coast in Charleston, WVa. Two weeks ago I contacted Choice Auto & Truck (Arizona Muscle Cars) with regard to a very nice Chevelle auto the dealership had for sale. After several conversations with a friend who knew the company and the owner I subsequently purchased the car. And now I give you my absolute and swear-by assurance this was the best automobile purchase experience i've ever had (and I have purchased many cars and two Harley Davidsons over the years). Mike Kaiser, owner of Arizona Muscle Cars has personally spoken with me on many occasions since my purchase; keeping me informed of the car's safety, protection and service (it's awaiting transport to WVa). He has answered any question i've asked without hesitation. He and his staff are Excellent people to work with ! So let me again assure you, if you are looking for a Great dealership go to AMC for Excellence in Pricing, Personal Attention and Quality. You won't be disappointed.

We have been looking for a 3/4 ton Chevrolet Suburban for a couple of months, found a couple of good ones in Phoenix (we live north of Prescott) only to be lied to about prices. When a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban came up on Car Gurus around the same price the rest of the Suburbans was we was a little skeptical, to say the least, we called and told Mike we was already approved through our bank (just as we told everyone else who had Suburbans). Mike did exactly as he said and more to make the deal work for us. We drove the 2+ hour drive to his dealership and to our surprise the only thing different about the deal we had talked about on the phone, is he took a couple hundred dollars off so everything would work out and filled it up with gas for us driving so far. I would recommend Choice Auto to everyone who is looking for a great pre owned vehicle. Thank you Mike and Toni for the great service.

We bought a Jeep from Mike Kaiser several months back. We drove in from Ahwatukee to meet with Mike, by the time we got there it was almost closing time. Mike stayed late to get the sale done for us. He made it so painless that we will continue to buy all of our vehicles from him. He even went out of his way to track down the 2nd key fob and even drove to Chandler to meet with us so we could have it. Best customer service around by far. So if you want a no hassle, no pressure, no hidden fees kind of a deal we highly recommended them. You won t be disappointed. We will be contacting him again soon for another vehicle.Thanks again Eric and Tina

I recently wrote a negative revew about Choice Auto. And now I feel horrible about doing that. We purchased a beautiful looking Honda CRV. We was told, it came from a lady what passed away. A Couple of week's later we had some problems. Instead of calling Choice Auto about it, I got angry and wrote a negative revew. The Owner called us, very nice about the whole thing. He was as surprised as us to hear about the issue we had with the car. He told us, how sorry he was. He insured us, if he had known about the issue, he would have taking care of it. We was shocked, he offered to reimburse us for most of the repair cost. This made me happy and at the same time, I was feeling so bad. I should have called him before I decided to put a negative revew on line. I also realized that I was wrong. There are honest Dealer's out there. Choice Auto is one of them. My respect. I learned one thing out of all this. They are honest good people. After all this, I would buy my next car again from Choice Auto. Thank you Choice Auto. You proofed me wrong . I'm so sorry.

*Pity there isn't an option for 10 stars! Purchasing my dream car from CHOICE Auto was an entirely pleasant and tension-free experience! Imagine! Mike effectively helped create a deal we both felt good about and I left the dealership happy and content. What a stark contrast from Any previous experience I'd had in the past with car salesmen and dealerships! I highly recommend that you continue to search the CHOICE lot when you are looking for a car to purchase, so that your experience can be as easy and comfortable as mine was! Shortly after my purchase, I visited Auto Zone and when I mentioned that I'd just had a great experience buying my dream car from CHOICE, the salesman there said, "Oh, I've heard from 7 or 8 other people who've said exactly the same thing!" So I'm clearly not the only one offering a Rave Review!!

Best experience bar none with a dealer. Every step easy, helpful, satisfying. From first inquiry on the classic I'd searched high and low for (and X fair price) to delivery in CO personally (unexpected!). They went above and beyond every step in the buying process. Bought a 2018 GMC Sierra equipped just how I wanted from Mike at Choice Auto Sales. Honestly I've purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, no transaction has ever gone so smoothly as this one did. Exceptionally clean vehicles to choose from, it's obvious they do their homework and are very honest dealer to purchase from. I would give 10 stars if I could!

In need of a used truck, my wife and I made our first stop at Choice Auto in Payson, AZ. We had expected to go to multiple used car locations in the area. However, after 20 minutes working with Mike Kaiser, (Owner/Auto Guru) I turned and said to my wife "Can it really be this easy?".I've read many other reviews of Choice Auto. It is difficult to not sound like a broken record since the other reviews are extremely positive and right on target. My thoughts ...First and most importantly Mike Kaiser is extremely knowledgeable, professional and knows how to create an outstanding experience for the (prospect) customer.There is absolutely NO pressure placed on the customer to make a decision or have a sales person say they have to check with the manager to see what price, etc. they can give you. Mike made sure he knew what we were looking for and offered suggestions to expand the options.The initial truck my wife fell in love with (2016 Chevy Silverado 1500) was above what we had budgeted. At Mike's desk he got on the internet and looked up all of the comparable trucks in Arizona with less than 100,000 miles ("our" selected vehicle had less than 80,000 and was in almost showroom condition!). His price was at or below other older like-vehicles available.Seeing we were indecisive, Mike said to take the truck home for a night or two before we make a decision. Being from the NYC metro area, I thought this was amazing!After driving the truck around for a day, I unfortunately got "cold feet" (due to the budget concerns) and, much to my wife's disappointment, brought the truck back. I explained to Mike that we would likely have to go for an older truck. He got on the Internet and changed the model year in our search criteria from 2016 to 2013 or 2014 to see if we could get closer to our budget. Amazingly, most of the Chevy Silverado 1500 vehicles with less than 100,000 were asking more than the 2016 at Choice Auto.We are now happy and proud owners of the 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500.I am retired now. However, I previously consulted with the leadership and strategic planning teams of global corporations on customer satisfaction and how to deliver the best overall customer experience. Our experience with Mike Kaiser and Choice Auto is one of the best ever.

My wife and I (she s Michelle which this is written under the name of) were in Payson for a getaway day and stopped in on a whim. While drooling over the beautiful classic cars we came across a mint condition 89 Heritage Softail. Mark offered us a phenomenal deal and even brought the bike to our home in Chandler at no cost. We could not be happier - great place to find a dream come true from a great guy! Thank you Mark!!

The dealership is a Class Act! Thank you Mike for extending your services beyond my expectation of any dealership! I'm on my wife's computer, and wanted to give my input on the '67 Plymouth Belvedere II I bought sight unseen from Mike Kaiser. which just arrived today, right to my driveway in WA state. Mike made me confident in taking the plunge.Oh, my! Mike was too modest about his version of the condition. Nice is one thing, but this car is pristine in every way, and MUCH more than I ever expected. What a jewel! It's absolutely perfect! I expected a "nice" driver, instead I now have a show car for the price of a nice driver. I was almost speechless after checking it out. Too many great things to list here.I'm a very picky guy when it comes to condition, so this says a lot. If you want an honest, forthright, fair and ethical salesman, CHOOSE THIS DEALERSHIP! Let me tell you, this is the most amazing dealer you'll ever find. Worth any drive to get here. Custo.er comes first with Mike Kaiser owner. Honest and straight forward and will help anyone he can to get you not just any car but the car you want. If you've seen his showroom some might say a museum, you'll know his love of cars and he wants to pass that love along to his customers.

I drove about 2 hours to see if I am able to get into a car! The dealership sale person was jerriko C.! Even though I was not able to get into a car this guy helped me out a lot better then any other place did he showed me what was on my credit he even broke it down for me! And instead of him trying to get me into a car he explained what was the best option for me at this time! I would like to give a Big Thank you to him for everything!!! And for all of the helpful information!!! No one has ever sat down with me and talked with me about all of the things we went over with today like he did! So Thank u Jerriko C you put my stress level at ease!!!
