Outstanding, so nice to go to an auto parts store that has car people waiting on you and know what you need before they look it up. They won't ask you if your car has A/C when you're buying lug nuts.

They cheerfully honored an Interstate Battery warranty that the seller (to me) Big-O reneged on. Carquest did not have the exact Interstate in stock so they gave me the next better Interstate.

This is a great store, family-owned-and-operated. I've been a customer there for over 12 years. They have never let me down or failed to complete a task that I have given them. I highly recommend the store if you want personalized and Professional Service and advice.

This place was a life saver! They had the trailer leaf spring that I needed in stock! I m from California traveling to Texas and these guys came through and where super nice and help fill the whole time. I talked to Jesse and he was awesome. Jesse, thank you so much man! You helped me and my crew guy make the race for Formula Drift!

Found the employees to know what they were doing. Seems like they are "Motor Heads" like I am. The other places hire great people for part-time help but I don't want to waste my money on a guess. If you know what you're doing they will get you in the right direction. It might cost you a bit more but it's better than paying to do it twice the wrong way.

I not world's best auto mechanic, but faced with having to have my truck towed into Payson from 30 miles out or replace a water pump myself, I opted to make the repair. I'm glad that I chose to buy the parts at Payson Car Quest as I got some great advice to go along with the correct parts. I will be back. I should also add that they had the parts for my 30 year old truck in stock.

this place always smells like an ashtray they don't even want to recycle used oil when I asked the employee was asked what he does with his own used oil he said he returned it to the container and threw it in the trash

Bought some chains, tried to return them couple days later ( in box still sealed up ). Fifty percent restocking fee and would not even give me store credit. So much for shopping local.
