Asked for money upfront after doing one fourth the work and never came back and never answered my calls. Beware of the Andy Griffith presentation in truth you will have a theif and his family in your house. They drove a very expensive car and I paid dearly for it

I called 15 different people with calls back from only one. and even though his car was stuck in the snow, and he had to go home and get his truck unstuck from the snow, he still came quickly and kept me informed. Very nice. Very pleasant. Wonderful experience.

Chris saved the day when we were locked out of our new home, having left the keys at another house 2-1/2 hours away! He was friendly, professional and came out late to help rescue us! Definitey 5 Stars!

Chris was awesome!!!! Excellent five star service would give him 20 stars if I could. He programmed a key for our 2017 Nissan armada, he made it definitely painless and I didn t have to go to the valley or a big car dealership. Very inexpensive would definitely do business with again. Thank You Chris and Brittany!!!!!!

Chris was awesome and got my brother back into his pickup in a matter of a couple minutes! We caught him in the middle of dinner, and he had no problems with driving up to Strawberry at a late hour to help us out! Very friendly, courteous, and we highly recommend!!!

Chris was one of the most amazing people I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I was in the middle of moving and somehow lost my car keys and needed a locksmith. Due to the costs of moving, I was short on cash and couldn't afford a tow which is why I contacted Chris that beeline Lock and safe to cut a new key for my Jeep. This man came out to my house on four separate occasions after all his paying customers to try and help out with my situation. Unfortunately he found several other errors in software that were preventing him this entire time from programming new key for my Jeep. Not only did he come out all hours of the day and up to 10:30 one night he also had his child with him on one of the visits clearly going above and beyond anything I'd ever seen. So after 4 attempts to find out it was nothing on his end he actually gave me $40 so I could manage to pay for a tow before my appointment at Chapman Chevrolet. I will never use any other locksmith but Chris. Your amazing Chris! Thx.Barb

Lost my one and only key on a quad ride near happyjack, Chris came out as soon as he could and made and programmed me a key in the middle of the woods. Highly recommend

Chris showed up at my home in show low on 2-3-23. He told me my new ignition system was not going to work. He promised he would be back on Monday 2-6 23 to use my old system. All we needed at this point was to replace the slats in the cylinder where the key enters. I had everything ready even charged my battery. I called 8 times and texted 5 times to let him know it was snowing. I left a message to reschedule for Tuesday 2-7-23. I called until 8:00pm. I have never heard back from him. He has left me sand my car completely stranded.Also he brings his wife and little boy who talks to him during the time he is trying to focus. I gave the wife a deck of cards and let them sit in my RV to play cards so Chris could work.I could not have been more accommodating or nice. This is how I am repaid.I would not recommend this company.

We were locked out of our semi in Star Valley and Beeline Lock & Safe was there very quickly. The gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable. My coworker and I was out of there and back on the road in no time. Also the price was very reasonable.

These guys were amazing!!! Went above and beyond to get to us all the way in Happy Jack. They even drove through a massive rainstorm! Very responsive throughout the entire process. Very fair in price. They were able to fix our lock problem in just a few minutes and get us back inside. 10/10 review from us! Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member in need!!!!!

Great customer service! We had our house re-keyed, which is covered by our home warranty, but not everyone will work within a warranty claim. Chris showed up when scheduled, did all the locks efficiently, and then worked the phones with the warranty company to get our claim. I'd recommend them for sure!

UPDATE oops I did it again this time with someone s Taco Bell to deliver. He was so fast at getting to me and unlocking my vehicle that the food was still hot when I delivered!!! Thank you for being AMAZING!!! I may need to keep you on speed dial I locked my keys in the trunk while in the middle of a delivery. They were able to reach me quickly, even faster than quoted. I was back on the road in no time! The gentlemen was nice, professional and fast!!!! Thank you so so much!!!! I would recommend this service over and over again!!!!

Chris was awesome!! Responded immediately and adjusted his schedule to fit us in the next day to install an electronic lock on our cabin and rekey two doors. His wife came with him, and they were both friendly and very helpful! Even turned around and came back within a minute when we had a "jammed" error when trying to unlock the door with the app. Superior customer service and extremely reasonable! Beeline Locksmith and Safe provided outstanding, affordable and prompt service in responding to my vehicle lockout in Payson. It was late at night, the restaurant was closing and we were locked out of our rental car. Beeline responded quickly, picked me up at my hotel in town, drove back to the restaurant and expertly opened the car in minutes. What great service and very affordable too. Locked out of my car while visiting Payson with two young children. It was dark and getting chilly, waited over an hour for AAA and then a family member who knew we were waiting, found Beeline Lock and Safe. They arrived within 15 minutes, had the door unlocked in about one minute and we were in our way. Wish I would have just called them in the first place instead of AAA. Very friendly, would recommend to anyone locked out!! Thank you!

Beeline Lock & Safe came out in a timely manner and got me back into my house in a short period of time and they re-keyed all my locks! Very reasonable and very efficient! I would definitely recommend them!! They are a lifesaver!!
