We had been looking for a nice family Tri-toon for a while now and decided to stop at River Sports RV and Marine in Parker Arizona. The sales team was amazing and treated us like we were family, especially Aida and Tracy. They showed us the perfect Tri-toon for our family which met all our requirements and has an amazing sound system and had the perfect size engine. Paul did a great job getting us approved and financed for our 2023 Viaggio Diamante 26U. We took the boat out and absolutely Love it, this is the best purchase I have made in a long time! I highly recommend River Sports RV and Marine.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I am a single woman traveling with my RV and was having some problems with water leaking and the slide out. They were not only helpful but were able diagnose the problems quickly and worked with my extended coverage plan and even helped clean off water stains. They ordered a part and got it all repaired efficiently and solved a problem and came up with a solution on slide out. Responsive, caring, and knowledgeable and showed me what they fixed and even offered some alternatives. Please if you are in the area there are a lot to choose from but these guys are the best! thank you Jason and Lathan for making my travels easier and stress free Happy New Year

Way too long of a story to properly write how poorly their customer service is ..all the way down to the owner .once they get that check, there is No communication, and they could care less .temporary tags were expired and I had to call to see that they have done the paperwork .nope .we had to pay for another temporary plate AND got the registration process started ..this is now 2 weeks after our 45 day temporary plate they gave us expired. They owe me a refund for the over charge of dmv fees. I m still waiting for that refund, 2 weeks and 3 days now after the owner assured me he d get right on it!

Paul and Brad wanted to give me the best boating experience possible. Paul and Brad are two of the most warming and genuine people I know. Paul and Brad listened to me about how I wanted to get into the boating scene. They took care of me from the second I signed the contract all the way through until I returned the boat. Both Paul and Brad made my boat rental experience beyond epic.Not only did Paul and Brad gaineda new friend, they also gained a new repeat customer that will rent from them again and again.Paul, Brad and team. Brad + team were amazing and the boat was great! If you re like me and were trying hard to find a boat to rent out here in Parker, trust me when I say these guys are the best option! Their prices are fair, the boat was in great condition, and their customer service was amazing!

This place is amazing! Their staff--Aida and Paul--made our buying experience a breeze and Jim and Jeremiah in the service division are also top notch. I would not hesitate to refer all my friends and family who are looking for a A+ experience in buying an RV or boat.

Terrible pr after they make the sell. I purchased a motorhome from them, they said they had just put in a new step motor and serviced the generator. The step had a trick you had to do to make it work. I found out after I got home that the breaker on the gen was off so I didn't even know that it would not power anything. Found out by the mechanic here that they hooked up the linkage wrong on the generator, and also wired the steps wrong. Also 5 months later I am still waiting for them to give the title to lien holder so I can get it registered since I am out of state. They do a lot to talk you into buying, and nothing after they get the sale! My sales rep was great, the mechanic and supervisor who refused to acknowledge their mistakes not so great.

It was my wife's birthday and at the last minute on a Saturday we decided to see if it was possible to find a ponton boat rental. Boy did we luck out in so many ways, not only did Brad have a boat available, but he also had it in the water and waiting for us at the time stated.As a novice to the river this was the easiest and most pleasurable experience.Thank you, Brad and River Sports Rentals.

During a 6 week road trip the generator on our C-Class RV started acting up. Everett was very accommodating in fitting us into their busy schedule before we left the Parker area. Dustin was very efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Great business operation and nice people to deal with.

River Sports RV and Marine is the only place to go. We purchased an RV at another dealer in LHC and they would not fix the warranty work in a timely fashion. We took our RV into River Sports with multiple problems from slide not working to multiple water leaks and awning problems. They kept us informed and are very knowledgeable. This is the only place to go for your RV and Marine Sales and Service. They have us as a customer for life. P.S. if you want one-stop-shopping Riversport RV and Marine is your new and only place to go. Paul and Sue ,Parker Arizona

well as most know that when buying a boat the stress level is so high and over whelming , as soon as we stepped foot into this Dealership the amount of respect and customer service was amazing. Brad was our salesman and he made us feel like we were apart of the River Sports family before even making a purchase! we are so incredibly happy with our boat purchase!!!! thanks guys for taking care of us.

Everyone at River Sports RV and Marine in Parker, AZ is awesome! They replaced my hot water heater for me in my motorhome today 10/26/22 and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. If your a veteran they will give you 10% off on parts. I will return to them next time I have any issues with my RV

Just purchased my brand new 2022 viaggio from River Sports RV & Marine in Parker, AZ. I never thought buying a boat could be so easy and seamless. The entire staff at River Sports were nothing less than professional ,courteous, and accommodating. I would highly recommend Rob and his staff to anybody looking for a New Boat or Trailer!

I bought my Forest River trailer from Paul in the sales department. Couple months later I had an issue with a light and Paul and Brad from service handled it right away and ordered and new light and replaced for me. I highly recommend Paul and Brad for your Rv needs. I ll be coming back to purchase my boat from them.

I pulled in because I towed my bass boat down there to fish the river and couldn't get my trolling motor to work. Brad came out and messed with my wiring for a few minutes and had it working and wouldn't let me pay him anything. Top notch guy!! If I ever need anything they can help me with down there, I will be back! Thanks Brad and River Sports!!

After taking my She ticket aka e ticket to several shop I took my boat to Brad in service and he was able to find the problem water testing the boat. Paul then delivered the boat back to my house after it got fixed. Brad even put in a loud kicker sound system.

There shop and mechanic was very efficient double checked everything jerimiah was very courteous help very helpful with what he done on my yeah camper and putting the hitch on I d recommend him to anybody that needed service

Had to stop in and see this new River Sports & Marina. It just opened and had to see some of the new off road trailers and some new 5th Wheels. What a show case. They have a big selection of Rvs including Boats. Still smells fresh and clean. Everything is in order from boats to trailers. Boats include pontoons to speed to ski. Inventory is all new and looks to be just delivered. The corner lot is Easley accessible off Riverside drive in Parker Arizona. The address is 410 W. Riverside drive. They offer Sales, Service, and best of all Rentals. Customer service can be with Brooke Cragun. Any questions give them a call. It's refreshing to see a new build and the planning and layout of there lot. Spoke to one of the sales people and answered all my questions regarding the new opening and down the road a location in Quartzite Arizona. Stop in and say hi. If your looking for a boat stop in and see what they have for you. Off road trailers are awesome and for all you desert Dogs come buy one of these. Looks like they can take any terrain you throw at them. I highly recommend this place and know you will too after stopping in. Shop here and take something home with you.
