Parker Ford advertised a 69.95 package that included oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle needed an extra quart of oil. Upon paying found the bill to be 113.00. When questioned about this the only answer was thats what it costs. This is a scam. The good was the vehicle was serviced in a timely manner.

One of the best service experiences I've had at a Ford dealership to date.In and out in just over an hour for oil change, tire rotation, and multi point check that they actually did!I ask for tire pressures not to be adjusted and that request was actually honored by this dealership.Todd the service writer was friendly and professional and didn't try up selling me on anything.The waiting lounge was clean comfortable and dealership employees that walked through acknowledge me with a friendly hello and smile.Far cry from the huge Ford dealership I bought my truck from in the Northeast, and the one I've used in Florida where you were made to feel like cattle. Thank you to Todd, the technician, and all the staff for a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back!

What an awesome experience to buy a car, the sales person was great, did everything they said they would, the owner was very nice, and we made a deal and we re in and out of there and record time. Very nice thank you very much. We will absolutely recommend Parker motor Company and we will be back there again as we buy our next vehicle.

It took 2 months of we have to order a different part to fix my rear window. I ll call you when the part comes in never happened! I had to call them and ask. Yes the part is here but I can t make an appointment for you until next week. 2 months is a ridiculous amount of time! I don t care if it was warranty work!

First time at Parker Ford had a simple oil change performed. Service tech left my truck as clean as when it showed up and service was performed on time as scheduled. Staff very professional. I will return to Parker Ford for my Ford Truck needs.

Dropped off my car Thursday morning at 10 o clock as that was my scheduled appointment time for oil change, rotate all four tires, check one of the tire sensors as light came on, and check left front headlight possible out of position. I left my car over night to give ample time to get all work done. On the work order, I wrote down my husbands name and phone number for any questions that needed to be answered. I even verbally said to the manager the same. I ended up getting a phone call that afternoon from the manager asking a couple of questions. My response, isn t my husband and phone number written on the paperwork? We were told that one of our tire sensor had gone out. The quote for a new one was $120. We did not have it replaced. I picked up my car the following afternoon. We were told everything was done. As I was driving home my sensor lights came on for all four tires being low on air. I would ve thought that rotating tires would ve meant they would ve check the air pressure in all four tires that were rotated. I guess I was asking too much. Once my husband put air in all four tires, all the sensor lights went off, including the one they said was bad and wanted to charge us $120 to replace it. Obviously someone didn t do their job, or were they trying to rip us off. Not good guys. And you weren t even busy. I saw 2 cars on racks and it was a cool day for working outside. I expected more!

Traveling from Nevada to Yuma Arizona. Check engine light came on. Stopped at Parker Motor and the gentleman at the service desk could care less. He said I can't help you. He was too busy. No sorry, nothing. 5 minutes to read sensor, but he didn't have time. Auto Zone figured it out in 5 minutes. Terrible service.

Just before I got my oil changed my engine light came on. I forgot to mention it when I took my car for the oil change. When I picked it up after the oil change the light was still on so I told the guy it was still on,, he said they tried but couldn't get it to go off. I was dumbfounded. It was then I remembered about the engine light which is only about an inch away from the oil change light. Iasked him about the engine light and he asked if it was on before I said yes. He said we'd have to make another appointment to check that out. I understand about the engine light but I am a little befuddled about the oil light, they should have been able to figure that out and not "we couldn't get it to go off."

I am appreciative of the fast response from this dealership. But when I mentioned I have a warranty company I was told by the gentleman that he would not deal with them.Therefore I went to Lake Havasu s ford dealership where they will contact my warranty company. I will not go back to the ford dealership in Parker, Arizona.

Brought my truck in for brakes-all four. Called on our way down from the NW was on hold for a long time, was quoted for all four. Got there, they only put on rear brakes told me it would take 2 hours, it took 4. Pretty disappointed. Won t go back.

Our oil change was done in a short time. When we got out on the highway we noticed that the hood was not latched. Glad we noticed before it flew up on us. Had another oil change recently and again it was completed in a short time. Once AGAIN as we were driving down the highway we sawthe hood was not latched. This could cause a serious accident and we're lucky it didn't. This step needs to be added to your checklist .

Was disappointed that with "The Works" oil change that they did not check the transfer case or the differentials. The ad says top off the fluids, rotate tires, etc. But would not check the transfer case. Will go somewhere else I guess

Was scheduled quickly for a service appointment. The staff was very friendly. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Problem was that at no time during this appointment did a service tech inform me of needing brakes and tires. I found out after when I was going through my paperwork. I then had to track down someone for a quote because one was not provided.

I was having a battery issue and when I called and explained the issue the service employee was quick to agree with me and said he could swap out the battery that day. I was exceptionally pleased and drove right over and had it fixed and was in and out in 15 mins.. great service..Thank You

I expect the best service from Ford as I've been a ford owner for years over 40 and usually get amazing service at the dealership in PHX this was one of the worst customer service experience I've ever had from the service manager to the cashier not one welcomed me or even thanked me for the service of my vehicle I asked if I needed anything done I was instructed there's the info in my service contact red means it's needs it yellow means its getting close and green I'm good i had a coupon for 69.95 ended up paying 92 didnt question it just not one to return for that type of customer service def no stars from me have a nice day and ty for reaching out for my feedback
