Let me start by saying that my go-to store is always O'Reilly auto parts, so it pains me to the core to leave a one-star rating, but people need to be called out when they represent a good store, to fix the situation. The men working the counter ignored my girlfriend's questions. They talked over both of us and were argumentative when we asked questions about the problem. We ordered a part, we're told we would be called when it arrived the next day. No call was received since ordering on the 14th, so we show up on the 20th, and they a. Couldn't find the order between two reps on their computer (while completely ignoring other customers who were visibly agitated). And b. When they finally found i, they said they shipped it back to the other store (but never called to let us know it arrived) after we drove 45 min in two large vans to get these parts. Corporate OReilly needs to step in here and fix this store asap! Sadly, this was not the only bad experience with them and I've only gone there one other separate time.

My partner and I are strictly O'Reilly Auto Parts purchasers due to all the amazing and excellent customer service we have received at every O'Reilly's we have ever been to until this one. I have never been so disrespected as a woman inside of an auto parts store and it was by the same two gentlemen both times that we visited. I specifically have to say there is one gentleman that takes O'Reilly's phone calls and put them on speakerphone and speaks very loudly through the entire store over the top of other employees trying to assist customers. Worst O'Reilly's ever.

They gave me the wrong oil filter for my truck which I didn't notice until I was trying to install it. Then when I brought it in they tried to tell me I couldn't exchange it for the right one.

While traveling back to Nevada I discovered that a blinker light was out. This store has easy accessibility from the main road and ample parking. Knowledgeable and friendly staff behind the counter greeted me upon entry. I told him what I needed and he quickly located the correct part. The blinker light was reasonably priced and I was in and out in about 4 minutes. There was an unexpected bonus when the clerk offered to install the light for me. Great customer service.

Was here many times and was happy with the personal. On the last visit in late July, the clerk was so lackadaisical & moved about as if he'd prefer to be elsewhere. Will not return, there are other auto stores in the town.

Fast service, they had the part we needed in stock here. Very small parking lot, so a tight fit when you are towing a trailer, but we managed to get in and out fairly easily. Had our vehicle been bigger we would have had to park and walk. There is a dirt lot behind the store, but no access from the main store parking lot.

Clean and knowledgeable staff for the most part. Nothing negative to say. They do offer free check engine light reading, and charging system check, as well as other things. Haven't had to do much here except order parts. Always have been satisfied.

Limited stock. Didn't have a single thing I needed (gallon jug of dex/merc, undiluted heavy duty coolant, straight weight 40, noon LED clearance lights, or a small 3" flange K&N). Plus... BONUS: Every customer (6+) and store employee (4)... Maskless. No social distancing.

Manager of this location was fantastic about a parts order that was placed and not received on time. Turned out to be a mistake in loging in the part. He actually sent an employee to find me at the local Walmart where I had mentioned going next. Great people.

Was surprised to see an auto parts store in Parker. I was wondering n my way up to Havasu when I noticed this O'Reilly's auto parts store. I needed a gas cap for my Pontiac Solstice. They stopped making this car years ago. So I pulled in and was surprised to see they had one. The parts counter people were kind and helpful. Saved going 60 miles to Havasu when I left ve in Quartzsite. This will now be my go to parts store for all my auto parts needs.

I won t be purchasing my parts or supplies from O Reillys again. They charged me 10$ more than the going rate for motor oil. Contacted corporate and received a rude robot. Keep the $10 it s the last you ll get from me.

Asked about a dana 60 kingpin rebuild kit. Manager was shaking his head no. Then asked what car was it on. No car ever had a dana 60 with kingpins. It came in chevy dodge and ford trucks. Up to 1991. Ya'll need a Manager with automotive experience. That guy has no clue what he is doing.

The staff was excellent. They analized our truck battery and found one was bad. They replaced the battery. The only negative this to say is they only had one battery in stock and no selection.

I seldom need Auto supplies when I'm in the south for the winter! But when I do I always get the help I need from friendly, knowledgeable sales individuals at reasonable prices!
