I've been there lots of times, I'm not impressed by the parts counter guys ,they act like I'm a nuisance to them ,what they don't understand is I've been a napa account holder for many years and I definitely prefer the napa products, and their ordering system and of course the warranty they offer, I do miss my prolink account however, us guys should be able to keep those accounts if we've been active for 20 years, I like to bring my own part numbers when I go to the store.

Nice guys behind the counter.Good selection..I think young owner or manager but greeted you at the door.The way it should be!Window star fix it kit.

The guy was super helpful and even loaned us a tool to help us in our situation. We came right back and he immediately matched up what we needed and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Even was nice enough to let me use the employee restroom.

I ordered a part online and got a phone call from Jason in 30 minutes telling me he has my part. Went over there today and picked it up and since I'm travelling, I asked him if I could do the minor job in the parking lot, which he agreed to. It's a huge thing when you're on the road and people are helpful. Thanks!

The best customer service!! I'm not too savvy on changing light bulbs on my car's headlights (or too much else to be completely honest...) and the last 2 times I have needed to replace them, the sales associate (different person BOTH times) came out to my car and installed them for me. They were not obligated or even expected to do so but I was incredibly appreciative. You don't see that too often these days. Their facility is always neat, clean and the staff is genuinely courteous and helpful. As a woman, I never feel like a wounded animal traversing the Serengeti with a pack of hyenas nipping at my heels when I walk into NAPA. Ladies...you know exactly what I mean!!! If you need help, assistance or information from a knowledgeable and friendly staff personnel...save yourself the time and trouble of going anywhere else....LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Prices where comparable to the other auto parts places around only they know what there talking about & in most cases if they don't have what you need they'll have it as soon as 7 am the next day

Hmm. If I could rate zero, I would.Long story short, we got stranded at our vacation place in Big River.On Sunday, I put a call into the Havasu Napa (since Parker is closed), and ordered a part to be delivered to Parker on Monday mid-afternoon. The gal I ordered with at Havasu gave me the managers name, and assured me she would be making phone calls on Monday morning to make sure our part had come in, and that we would be coming to get it (mind you we were going to have to bring our off-road card into town down dirt roads!!!). I started calling a 7am, and I'm pretty sure that I spoke to everyone working on Monday to relay the game plan. I was instructed to call around 2:15 to make sure the part came in, which I did. At that time, I was told that they didn't have my part, and that it was on it's way to Havasu! WHAT THE HECK.Sales associate says he's going to call the driver, and call me back. 10 minutes later, crickets. So I call again, the Havasu Manager told Parker, that THEY WOULDN'T SEND THE PART BACK, because the only have one driver! WHAT!I explain again that we are literally stranded, and need to be home in the morning (2+ hours back home), and if I needed to obtain a rental car, I needed to do so quickly. I was assured that I would have the part by end of day, to make sure I could pick up my part, even if it meant that they would go to Havasu to pick up said part.CRICKETS.In the mean time, I called Parker Motor Company and got the same part (granted I paid more for it, but it was well worth it!), which was IN STOCK!, and THEY DELIVERED IT TO US!Napa in Parker, you should learn a lesson from Parker Motor Company. Super disappointed in your service, and follow through. As a business owner ourselves, customer service is #1. Shame, shame!

They always have the parts I need for our 2004 gmc truck they take care of there customers. today the battery went dead got a new one and found out the altenator wasn't charging they had it in stock and lent me the tools to put it on in and out in two hours thanks guys

Prices seem different here then online and no one was even wearing masks not even the cashier. So this is where all the immune people shop.
