Excellent customer service and great mechanic work. Had to rip apart and replace my suspension and so I made an appointment here to get the alignment done. When the auto parts store messed the order up and delayed everything a day, this shop worked with me to reschedule and get my car aligned quickly. Then I couldn't get the tie rod ends unstuck and just paid Lane Tire and AutoCare to swap them out. Mechanic did it faster than time quoted and the bill came in under what I was expecting! They have a small fridge with drinks and a coffee maker to keep you hydrated while you wait. Plus the office staff is courteous and quick. Having to pay to get a vehicle fixed is never fun, but this shop makes it as painless as possible. I would recommend them!

Our Smart Car broke down and we limped into Lanes Auto. Even though they were extremely busy, they took the time to determine the problem with our car the same day, overnight parts, and fix it the next day. Very responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and cheerful. Not many companies will work on a smart car but they have a 'Can Do' attitude.

We called Lane Tire & AutoCare when our truck was overheating.We were on our way home - at the time - which is more than 2000 miles away and didn't know anyone in the town or where to go to get it fixed. Justine told us to bring it in sothey could check it out for us. (Without an appointment).They were extremely busy but checked it out right away - diagnosed the problem - ordered the parts - then repaired it! We are very grateful to them and will always tell anyone we know how wonderful they are.

Met with Justine who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We checked the best tires for my RV van which were just like I had used 60,000 miles previously. Lane Tires procured the tires, sent notice for the date and time agreed to, were on and ready to go in the time promised and especially wonderful, agreed with the price quoted! So wonderful as I live full time in my rig and the waiting was as agreed! Everything is in order as far as new tires go! Great place to stop for my new tires!!!

Needed 6 new tires for the toy hauler. Didn t want to take RV there so took the old tires and wheels. They changed, mounted, balanced and disposed of old tires. Did a great job. The shop is very clean and organized. Would definitely go back to this shop for tires or service.

Very Happy I chose Lane to service my Tahoe s A/C and Water Pump. Friendly Greeting from Justine upon arrival. Al, Service MGR thoroughly explained problems and Solutions.Mechanics were very competent making necessary Repairs.Definitely a Travelers Dream Team . Thanks Lane !

My Patriot needed substantial repairs. These guys are on their game! Courteous, friendly and professional, even took care of all the leg work for the extended warranty. It's never fun to have to have to deal with major repairs, but these guys went above and beyond to make it all easier. Won't hesitate to use their services again.

I called Lane tire and automotive care and spoke to Justine. She scheduled me in for an oil change. I can no longer go to the quick lubes that appear to be ran by teenagers. I've had one too many bad experiences. But not with lane tire and auto care. They're highly qualified and trained technicians. They meticulously looked over my vehicle after changing my oil with a multi-point inspection. Places like Lane tire and auto care are becoming far and few between these days.I highly recommend them.

My van died in the middle of traffic. Called aaa and found this local shop with great reviews. They fit me in very fast. I thought it was the alternator or a bad battery. Turns out just a loose wire connection. They fixed it up and we were back on the road. I highly recommend this shop. They were very reasonably priced, very fast and professional

Being from out of state I researched and found Lane Tire and Auto Care well regarded. I called and was in the next day. They diagnosed the issue and had me out that day. Very professional, if you need excellent automotive service go to Lanes.

Excellent work! I returned to Lane s for a full synthetic oil change. I was impressed with the information text messaged to me regarding what was checked and what needed attention, to include photos noting potential trouble areas. These guys have this car maintenance thing figured out! I appreciate the no hassle, "you've got to fix this now" mentality.A week later, the night before I was to return to Lane s for additional work items, my truck wouldn t start. I had the truck towed the next morning. They diagnosed the starter needed to be replaced, which is what I thought was the issue. They were able to complete the original work and the new starter while I waited on premise. I am impressed with their quality of work, integrity, and customer service!

My husband asked that the technician tell him what the condition of the air cleaner was. Nothing was said about it when the oil change was done nor was it included on the report.Other than that, the oil change went well, the car was in the shop exactly at the time our appointment was scheduled, we received the report on the systems checked and you asked about satisfaction after the job. No other shop we've been to anywhere has done either of the last two items above. Great job overall! Thank you.

Lanes tire& auto are absolutely perfect, they did exactly what I needed them to do nothing more nothing less they quoted me a price ,they did the work in the time that they told me it was gonna take they didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. Really went out of their way to make sure I got to and from the shop! The manufacturer had discontinued a part for my car and they were able to lead me in the right direction to find it and get it shipped my 24 year old Hyundai elantra runs great thanks to Lanes auto! I highly recommend them!

Went in for an alignment even though they had a full schedule they managed to squeeze me in and get my vehicle back on the road in a very timely manner, every one I spoke to was super respectful and professional; will definitely use this establishment again

Last year we took our Jeep in for front end work (Jeep "wobble"). Work was done timely, Jeep is great. This year we took our tow rig (Suzuki) in for an oil change. Lane Tire found a serious brake problem our shop at home missed. They fixed our car for a fair price and we are safe driving it. Thank you Lane Tire & AutoCare.

I first went to Lane tire and Auto Care to get my oil changed. The service was so nice. I decided to get four tires on a second visit. They even let me charge my electric bike battery while I waited. Great service.

We were in dire straits having lost our brakes on our pickup and needing to be towed back to the rv park where our fifth wheel was parked. The following morning I called Lane Tire & Auto Care to see if we could get in quickly. They were very busy but had us tow the truck to their facility and would try to work us in. We had a deadline to meet, and they came through completing the job the following day. They even came out to where we were camped to take us in to pick up the truck. Justine is a sweetheart to work with. They're the best.

I had one of those mysterious electrical problems throwing check engine lights that can be a nightmare to track down in my camper van. Ken tracked it down to a melted wiring harness and spliced some new wires ln. Good job reasonable prices.

Last March i was traveling to Parker from Phoenix towing my camping trailer. My radiator decided to start leaking so i had to get it replaced in Parker. Lane's got it replaced same day i called them. Fast forward to couple weeks ago, radiator leaking again and under warranty. I called Lane's and i was going to travel to Parker but they said i could go to any Napa authorized repair place. They found me one and I went there and got a total run around from that repair place. Lane's got on the phone and found me another place and I was able to get it repaired same day. Lane's made all the calls for me and got the proper paperwork sent for me. They went above and beyond as to what i had not only expected but hoped for.

Lane s auto care has repaired my 2005 Dodge Quad cab Diesel several times and the work has always been done perfectly and they had me back on the road ASAP. Staff always friendly, professional and good for a ride if needed. Thanks for all you do Lane s Auto Care.

We brought our 2008 Ford Focus to Lanes Auto for a subsequent oil change. We made an appointment and they performed the work flawlessly and right on time as promised.
