Restaurant is sorely lacking. No indoor restrooms due to construction, so your options are a port a John or the poorly maintained facilities shared by everyone using the boating area. Multiple dogs inside which were obviously there as pets, barking at us as soon as we entered with no one seeming to care. Waited 45 mins with our young kids for our food only to be told the order had never even been put in. We left. So disappointing, glad we didn t spend money there.

Rented a room for 2 months & had to leave for an emergency. When we returned after 2 weeks from 12 hrs away we couldn t access our room & mgmt had taken our possessions out & canceled our reservation although it was all paid with our ever contacting us. We will be suing for breach of contract. We did NOT sublet our room. You say we sublet our room. We gave our keys to a friend who stays in the campground and allowed a friend to use our room because you never gave us any rules to abide by. In fact when we returned you even said you had no page of rules for the Lake View rooms and you had NEVER given us ANY rules to adhere to. The bottom line here is communication your lack of it. A simple phone call to us would have allowed us the opportunity to address your concerns immediately. Instead we drove 11 hrs back to HSR and with you taking our possessions and canceling our reservation without any notification we had to drive home to Colorado another 11 hrs. YOUR mgmt. is atrocious and I hope another 500 individuals read our complaint and realize the terrible mgmt. skills your housekeeping, security dept, restaurant, office and owner exemplify. It s simply contagious at your mediocre resort.

This is a review of the Havasu Springs Restaurant. 3rd year snowbirds here, been going to this restaurant all 3 year's. Last year we noticed the food quality had really gone down and prices were up. This year we were excited to go for the prime rib special, big mistake! I should have known something was up when I noticed the parking lot was pretty empty on prime rib night. We had 4 other couples with us, and 7 of them ordered prime rib all had the same thing to say about it "it was horrible". I don't know what cut of meat it was, but it wasn't prime rib. Needless to say, they've lost our business and our friends business. Sad because this place used to have good food at reasonable prices.

They upgraded The kitchens and the flooring in the rooms. We have always had a great time at this location and have come back for years. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The river water is a great location for relaxing and kids. They have lots of options with rentals and boat launches. The pool rooms are great with the well manicured grass and covered picnic tables, charcoal grills. The pools get a little murky in the summer with the kids don't care

I've been coming here since I was 5. They've done a lot of nice renovations. The restaurant has great food selections and the outer harbor has fun games for kids, a small grocery area and a bar for adults. The pools are clean and fun too.

I went to the bar for drinks and dessert. The bar is awesome. Great view an amazing selection of bourbon and you can get a flight of bourbons. The bartender was such a delight. The carrot cake is off the charts delicious. Key lime pie was good but not amazing like the carrot cake.Seems like the vibe was just kicked back and relaxed.

Super cool location but ZERO cell service and the WiFi DOES NOT WORK at all even though it s advertised on the website it s pretty much non existent. We had a medical emergency and had to ask someone for directions to the hospital because we couldn t even call 911. Upon check in I wish someone would have told us what to do or who to call in case of an emergency. If you are camping with a group The only way you can guarantee to be next to your group is to arrive at the same timePlants around the campsites are overgrownBathrooms are clean and staff is friendly. Restaurant was good. Lots of amenities.

The only issue was at the restaurant. They used the chicken Fried steak white gravy for the fettuccine instead of Alfredo Sauce. My niece was not going to eat it so my sister sent it back. She was still charged for it along with the hamburger she ended up ordering instead. Otherwise it is a stunning place.

If you're on Havasu, stop in for a refreshment and enjoy the atmosphere. There is plenty of boat parking and the docks are wide, cleat placement accommodates most sizes of boats. We have a 21' chaparral, and docking is very smooth. We've seen much longer boats park here without issues.

Brother came to stay for 3 nights. A/C unit has not filter. Dead mosquitoes landed on top of near bed every day. Couldn't sleep on that bed for 3 nights. Room with Kitchen does not come with pots/pans, plates or silverware (nothing) except for nice size refrigerator. No use for stove. Instead of stove should have a microwave. Beds are so soft. Nice hallway facing pool but not plastic chairs available to seat outside rooms. Jacuzzi was not working properly. I was very disappointed that management charges $195.00 a day for those rooms. Our best friends are coming and we won't recommend the hotel.Place needs lots of improvements.

Went to their diner/bar for breakfast. Food was really good, service was good, the staff/waiter/waitress were nice and pleasant. And the view from both the restaurant area and the bar is fantastic. Good place to go to on an off holiday week/end. Been there on a holiday weekend and it's a madhouse with long wait. Overall, I give this place two thumbs up

A pleasant motorcycle ride from Lake Havasu City. The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived on a Sunday morning. We were able to order quickly & were served soon after. The food was some of the best I've had here. I enjoyed a well presented Eggs Benedict, served with country potatoes, that was so delicious. Our wait person was just delightful and so efficient at providing for all our requests. She had a such wonderful personality & made our visit fun. We always enjoy dining here. The prices are reasonable. The view of the river is good & watching some rather large striped bass and the antics of some wild ducks in the marina is always a a joy. 5 star rating more appropriate if 5 more stars are added.

We have visited this place for the last 14 years each time we're more than pleased with the service and the friendliness of the staff. The drinks are fantastic you want to try something good try one of their " big stick" or attitude adjustment guaranteed you'll be in a different mood when you leave better of course. As a veteran I fully respected and appreciated the fact that they had a table reserved for our fallen 13

When we were looking for a venue, we wanted a place near the water with beautiful scenery for photos and for an amazing experience for our guests. Havasu Springs is the perfect place for that! The views were breathtaking and our photos came out so amazing! The wedding coordinator Nichole was awesome! Quick to respond to all my questions and made the day happen so perfectly and I didn t even have to worry about a thing the day of! Food was great, cocktail hour was the best, and plenty of space for dancing! The best part is that we had all our guests stay on location so no one had to worry about driving home or driving far to a hotel and everyone had a great time! Havasu Springs was also budget friendly and our guests did not mind the dive to a place that was so beautiful along with other amenities to enjoy while there.

They did not have a warning sign on the docs saying that if you parked in the wrong spot they would literally lock up your boat and scratch it up! They locked up our boat to the doc and refused to let us leave until we paid 200 dollars, we accidentally parked in the wrong spot which they had no indication that we weren t aloud to park there then scratched up our boat when we complained about being locked up

I visited this RV Resort with our Colorado Rivers Membership and got to stay in COTTAGE #348. It was cute tiny house that accommodates a small family. I loved the porch and how close it was to the water. We stayed for a week and got to walk around the resort. I loved the beach area it has and the playground and pool for the kids. The "clubhouse" was the only downside. I hoped they had more activities for kids to be entertained and have fun.The closest town is Parker, AZ (15min away) that has fast food restaurants and Walmart. Then it would be Lake Havasu City (25 min away)We got to eat breakfast at the restaurant there at the resort. It was ok.Overall, nice place to for those who have boats and use the water. We had to drive to the closest cities or town to find something to do.Rooms: They have RV spots or cottages to rent.Food & drinks: They have a small store that sells drinks and a restaurant on the resort.

We went for the springs restaurant. Everyone in the group gave two thumbs up on their meals. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. Great place to be at for Sunday football games (plenty of TV's). Definitely recommend eating here. Will be coming back many more times.

Reception hall was amazing. Food was great and priced well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Downside is that the rooms are way overpriced for the quality. They haven't been updated since 1970. If your overweight, you ain't fitting in the shower.
