I went in to the dealership not really expecting to drive out of the dealership in any thing but Casey helped me get a couple options together and we bunkered down to see what my options were. Casey, Scott F., And John because a very long battle to get me an approval and I can tell that these gentlemen were doing everything in their power to make sure I would be leaving in a vehicle. Casey took hospitality to another level and Scott took the time to sit down with me and teach me about my credit and how to improve my credit health. It all paid off, I walked out with a vehicle that was better than the one I initially looked at, and with a very affordable payment with a warranty and GAP! Words can t really do justice to the appreciation I feel for Casey, Scott, and John for going above and beyond.

I d like to single-out 2 excellent employees at Bradley Chevrolet Parker. Service writer Kim L. is far and away the best in the business. Excellent communication, goes the extra mile. Had my driver window fail in the down position in July with temperature hovering around 116F. On short notice, Kim worked me in for a next day appointment. Kim even took the extra step before my appointment to ensure they had the part in stock. Never had a better service writer ever, Kim s a gem.Mechanic Mike B. had repair completed in just over an hour. Mike has also done work on my Cruze diesel in the past. Mike is an awesome diesel mechanic, does a great deal of work on the larger Duramax engines but handled my rare little 2.0 diesel like a pro.Can t say enough great things about Bradley, they ve always treated me great and they are one of the reasons I chose a Chevrolet, being a small town with few options for repair service. Thank you Kim and Mike.

This dealership literally had my family in tears because of how they treated us. From the management Scott to our salesman Ray, they all need An adjustment in customer service. They lie to the faces of locals about prices of vehicles, quality of vehicles, and so much more. We came in Ray showed us a vehical that was listed for 17,900, I came back 2 days later and was going to purchase the vehicle and now the price was over 21,000. I brought it up to Scott and he said well did you screenshot the price. Like seriously? Ray played absolutely dumb and said well you know about inflation right! So upsetting dealing with this after having a car accident and really needing a car. Purchased the car anyways, ac went out, said they fixed it and it went out again the next day, come to find out they didn t even fix it the first time, at least they were honest about that. Now they told me I have to take my vehicle to Nissan for service since they can t fix it. They have no title for my car and I went through 3 temporary plates already, my loan company has sent me multiple emails and letters saying they need more information from my car that I don t have, I ve had to explain it to my insurance company, save the hassle, save the money, and go somewhere else. The only good thing about this company is Arnold up in Havasu he definitely helped me and understood my problem.

Service associates need more training and more. Very low staffed dealership.Kinda pricey on services like tire rotation with no balance for $99. You're just setting the vehicle on the lift, unbolting wheels, moving them front front to back, reinstalling lug nuts, and them torquing them to the manufacturers specifications. 5 minutes for a season tech and only 10 or so minutes for even a new (green) tech of work to do.Chevrolet also has an issue with the transmissions in the 1500 pickups, and this dealership would not even hook up the diagnosis tool to check for the reason of the shimmy, shake, and shutter of the transmission. He wanted to charge me a diagnosis fee. I will just wait to take to my dealership back in Oklahoma, the home of true southern hospitality, and is up to date on all of Chevrolets issues and will address them properly.I love Chevrolets.......Our family actually owns 4 of Chevrolets' awesome trucks that take everything that we throw at them, and we put them through the ringer, and they have stood up to every challenge.Owned Chevrolets:2020 1500 4WD LT2021 1500 Z71 LT Blackout Addition2006 1 Ton DuallyAnd the pride and joy of my fleet....... My 1970 AWD Chevy C10 shortwide body on a custom K body molly tube chassis, with a four link, and stand alone engine and drivetrain management systems with a built 2019 1500 5.3 engine with upgraded internals, huge ported heads with titanium valves, twin turbos. The drivetrain is built to handle more power / torque. To the road in AWD, it puts down 400hp to 600hp on 93 octane on the street and 1200hp to 1500hp on much higher octane on the track. It's a freaking beast.

We had an awesome experience buying a new truck here. George Rowe was our salesman and he was terrific! There was absolutely no pressure, he answered all of our questions and was very patient. Scott (can't remember his last name, sorry) handled the financing part and he was equally terrific. Explained everything in detail and all paperwork was together. Anybody who has purchased a vehicle knows it isn't the speediest process, but we didn't even notice the time. It was a very pleasant experience and if you're looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend Bradley Chevrolet.

This place is the worst. They say the want to help but they will run your credit multiple times. They ran my credit 6 times. It was hard inquiries hurt, my credit even more than I was already hurting. Plus they say I will only be one inquiry if you buy a car with them like that magically fix your credit. Don t buy here. This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever been to.

I had no trouble with the sale. The trouble is they have not given me the title and now 90 days later I am unable to drive my PU do to I can not License my PU.

What a great experience!!! 2006 Chevy 3500 Duramax diesel HD thermostats replaced. Mike is an awesome mechanic, very knowledgeable and you could tell when he was done and checking everything out he wanted it perfect!!! Good to see a mechanic that has that ole school pride in his work. Kim the service manager was great too, fit me in on their busy schedule and very pleasant and professional. Nice shop and very clean. I will absolutely bring my diesel truck back to Bradley again!

We were traveling and I got a check engine light on my 2021 diesel Denali. I stopped in to see if the dealership could read the code and at least see if it was something serious or if we could get to another dealership down the road. They could not even take the 10 minutes it would have taken to plug in and read the code. We ended up taking it to a dealership in Phoenix and they bent over backwards to get us back on road.

made appt for 10:45 am and dropped it off at 10:30 am. guy said to be back by noon as they were closing. came back at 11:30 and they just pulled it into garage. glad i didn t sit there and wait but then again I did have to for a half hour. not impressed. it was great making an appointment online however very disappointed about service and timeliness. will not go back

Brought my car to get an alignment. They couldn't fix it the first time because I needed new shocks. I got new shocks and came back for the alignment and they charged me around $60 for the first time I was here which was 2 weeks prior to getting my alignment. I was never told I would be charged anything the first time I brought it in. They also didn't charge me when I came to pick up my car the first time. After the alignment I had to come back after driving off because they forgot to align the steering wheel. I already waited 2 hours and now will have to wait another 30 minutes - hour. Very upset with the customer service. Would NOT recommend this place.*Update: They supposedly fixed the steering wheel not being aligned, but it's still off.

My husband and I have been looking at pickups for a long time. We stopped by Bradley Chevrolet to look at a blue pickup. Marcella met us in the parking lot. She was so helpful and sweet. She was never pushy. After shopping there several times, we bought a 2019 Silverado Z71. Everyone there works together beautifully. Marcella is very knowledgeable and professional! I recommend her to all of my friends!

I called a week earlier and made an appointment. When I arrived my appointment was not on their books. Nevertheless Kim, the service writer immediately got me set up for my 45000 mile service on my 2019 Chevy 2500HD Duramax. Service was completed promptly.

I had a problem with my truck it would start and not start took it in Kim said it was the key phob it's cost $444.00 to replace was still doing the same thing Mike looked at it and said that I didn't need the key phob that it was my battery to go over to auto zone and buy a new battery. I did needless to say the next day my truck was doing the same thing . Took it to Chevy in Havasu turned out to be the battery cables. 800.00 and something to fix it. Did Chevy in Parker give me my $444.00 back for a key phob I didn't need NO.

Our purchase of the Silverado was a very good experience, our salesman George was very nice and personable. Sale went very smooth. No pressure at all. Very happy with vehicle. Ceaser in the finance department was very nice and my wife loved his accent.We would send future buyers to George @ Parker Chevy in the future.

First and foremost i want to thank Mario for the best experience ive ever had. Even thou i didnt go in ready to purchase a vehicle but simply to look at them in person and test drive them , Mario gave me one awesome experience. The last dealership i was at , the guy helping me was bothered and actually told how i wasted his test driving 3 different cars just to not purchase none. I told Mario exactly what i was there for and he was not all bothered but excited to show me his inventory. Not once did Mario try to push a sell on me or push me to get something I knew i would not be able to afford. Mario, thank you for respecting me decision and i know when the time is right i know where ill be going to get my new car.

My car died right outside of Parker, and would not start. I know my car and I could hear it was the stater. Car was towed to Bradley Chevrolet because i wasn't familiar with the town town and wasn't sure who could handle repair. Kim at service desk was nice and helpful and quoted me a price for an aftermarket starter that would have to be delivered in. It would mean we would be there the whole day. I agreed and went to a hotel. Got a call and was told that that they did not know my car had headers. And was told it woul be more due to parts and labor. Parts being a gasket and labor meaning 6 bolts and a clamp. Over $400 more for that even though all cars have headers mine were just longer than usual either way long or not they still would have to be removed. This place knew I was between a rock and a hard place and they gave it to me hard. Not to mention the damage they did to the car. The tow truck was very carefull not to damage my car and you woukd think a chevy dealer would do the same. Not here.when I brought it to their attention they just answered it was like that when it came in we didn't do it. Well Mark the tow truck guy can confirm otherwise. That wasn't the ony thing, when I started car I noticed the a/c would not work. Again after telling them they just answered it was like that. I guarantee you I would not be traveling in 110 degree weather without a/c. I was told I could bring it back the next day for them to check. Even though they knew I was trying to get back home that day. I found out myself later that day that a line came loose and was done when removing the header. Typical dealership, quote you a price then jack it up higher because they know you have no choice either way. Avoid any service here especially if your from out of town. They don't care, they will damage your car and deny it, and they will bate you in with one amount but will find a way to charge you more, because what are you going to do? Avoid this place like its Covid at least with Covid you know what your getting.

We love working with Kim in the repair department. She always gets us in on a moment's notice. Tony drives us to anyplace we want to go while work to our vehicle is getting done and has a world of knowledge about the Parker area. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Employees were very helpful but nor pushy. Love my 2011 Ford Edge Sel I bought from them.. They gave me such a great deal that after a year. I just checkeck the kelly blue book and to my surprise my car is worth now what i paid for it a year ago. A I love the car.

I met the sales manager and he said he could finance anyone without issue, he wanted my Lincoln for his lot because Bradley has a Ford dealership in havasu as well. Guaranteed he could get financing for anyone and as I'd not to worry about my credit rating taking a hit.After 2 days of sending my credit to who ever he wanted I got no new car, 2 point hit on my credit, several inquiries from different lenders and not even a phone call from them saying they could not do as promised. Got it in a text message from a junior sales person.The car I was trying to buy they sent out for an over night test drive with a different coustomer.This is a bad dealer filled with shark oil salesmen.BEWARE BEWARECrooks... Claim that 6 hits on credit report is a soft hit when in fact the are hard hits and drop your credit rating.. they also claim that credit karma is not factual... I wouldn't buy a car from these lying thiefs
