I had great customer service with this employee name Alfredo Garcia. This gentleman was very respectful, helpful, and had a great smile on his face. Alfredo answered all of my questions as well he knew his parts in cars I was very impressed. I would definitely go back as well I thank him for a great service.

Purchased a battery today and Jeff was an amazing employee. Friendly, helpful and even changed my car battery for me. Customer service was above and beyond. Kudos to your employee.

Parker AutoZone went above and beyond! My AutoZone battery failed, so they tested it and stood by their warranty. They replaced the battery and I was up and running in no time. Thanks for the awesome customer service. It's great to know that I can count on you!

Jeffrey was awesome and so were the other employees! Traveling long ways and the car battery died, they were very quick to help and installed the battery. Literally saved my family, Thank you so much!!!

Needed help putting my new license plate on my car - I have a Phillips screwdriver, but not a socket set, which is what was needed. Not only did he greet me with a smile, and do the work cheerfully, but he also did it for free! I am so thankful for the awesome customer service! Thank you, AutoZone! I will definitely return.

A young salesman helped me to get a replacement battery for my RV housing. He quickly installed it for me and I was on my way back into the desert. What a wonderful experience to find someone so helpful and kind! I heartily recommend Parker s Auto Zone Store!

Tried to get a new key cut and programmed but the machine was broken. Jeffrey did everything to find the part he needed. Was willing to buy us lunch while we waited and was even going to drive to Havasu to get the part but they didn't have it. I will go there again for any parts needed. Thanks Jeffrey

Bought a blacklight for scorpions, $20 and its a little jenky lol and didn't have my brand for what i was looking for but was able to get an equivalent product. Staff were FUN!! We're from out of town but these folks made us feel like we were at home! The gal in there (I can't remember her name for the life of me but I adored her) was so awesome! And the guy with the 'El Jefe' chair and the knee scooter was funny!! Homey Autozone, here 5 stars because of the Staff! Haha

Visited this place on July 5, near closing time. Customer walked in, handed the young manager a spark plug and asked for it. No year, make or model whatsoever! Manager did his job and couldn't find the plug whatsoever. Said customer ended up talking to the next guy, in Spanish, gave him all that information and then before walking out cussed out the manager, telling him to do his job. Poor guy, didn't speak Spanish but had this mexican guy gettingad for not finding his part even though he gave him no info! Why does Autozone allow these customers to berate their employees?

Most employee's are super helpful! Store is smaller compared to most autozones I've visited, but if they don't have what u need today it will be there the very next day! Commercial Parts Delivery Drivers available which is great for all local businesses large or small! Missing 1 star due to a few bad experiences with with one of the male employees. Otherwise the atmosphere is great and everyone working is a delight!

They never laugh at me for knowing NOTHING about the part thingies I think I need cuz of a sound like....( )...Everytime I come in this store. They laugh with me, and we sort it out at the counter over a soda and service with a chuckle. I truely like shopping for car parts and thingies at this AutoZone.

I made a big mistake. I purchased a 12 volt truck batter yesterday from a local auto parts. I was on Parker today at auto zone and could of saved $30 on the same battery. Live and learn.

Its become one of my favorite stores to shop from. Mr. B. Smith is the manager there and he is always willing to help you out if he can and the staff is always willing to lend a hand if you need help with your vehicles needs , even if its parked outside.
