Jack came to help us with our ac units. He is very friendly and an expert at his job.He needed to do an exploration of our breaker box and found incorrect wiring . He fixed it and everything is working perfectly. I will recommend in a heart beat. God Bless Jack!

Called Jack Easter Sunday morning inquiring if he could help me out with a electric problem in my trailer not expecting a return call back until Monday at least. Needless to say he not only answered the call, but came out within a couple hours!He trouble shooted the problem, came prepared with parts and fixed it within a short time. Knowledgeable and efficient with a reasonable charge, he would be the 1st one I would call for any of my RV problems !I definitely recommend Jack at "Are Vee In A Fix Mobile RV Service".

Jack was super friendly, efficient and professional. He diagnosed our problem over a text message, phone call and a picture or two, had the part in stock and fixed it quickly. Even gave us and our camping friends some useful tips to help prevent future repairs. I would not hesitate to call him again if needed. Thx Jack!!!

We had a very difficult slide issue. Some of the problems were caused by us and some from the factory. Jack was very knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot and get it repaired in a timely manner. He explained to us how the slide works and let us observe the repair so that we would know more about it. He answered all of our questions. He was punctual. We would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Thanks Jack!

I called Jack yesterday because of a leak showing up on our carpet near the washer. Jack said he thought he could come by later in the day and, sure enough, he did. He assessed the problem as a valve leak that he saw in a panel alongside the washer (from inside the closet) we didn't even know we had! He cleaned up the valve, we ran the washer, no leak. This was an awesome result as far as we are concerned, and we are very grateful to have found him. Thanks, Jack!!

Stranded in the middle of no where so, we called Are Vee Fix and he was able to come out and fixed our slide out issue. Don't know what we would have done without him. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend his services.

Jack did a fix, but you better check his charges before hand.....or you'll get Jacked too. In a text he will tell you hes on his way to your town from afar, before he even has your location. Without disclosure, he will charge additional 150. per hr minimum for travel time but won't tell you that until it's time to pay for the repairs. Sleazy business practice

Very expensive for what it is. I leave more than one star because he was very convenient on the week-end.I had something to fix on my heater but it was silly, 4 screw out remove some cat hair and screw them back. It is my faut i know it was so easy but i forget how to do it and i didnt check on YouTube. 171$But the worst in my experience was that he get trouble with the visa payment and i followed him thay day to the atm then my card wont let me cash from there because i am from another country so we went to the bank but it was closed on the week end. We book an appointement then for "tomorrow" when bank will be open at 9 am.7am he called me, everything work so he asked me to join him in a restaurant. I said ill finish my breakfast and ill go. 8am i was on my way he texted me impatience "where are you at ? " where i finaly joined him.In the restaurant thing still wont work he get impatient again inside. The guy on the next table also told him to calm down. He was yelling, frustrated it was embarrassingFinaly i still follow him to the bank, for nothing he stayed in his car trying again to fix his stuff finaly it work. He charge me 175$, so more than the day before after all that waste of time n gaz.I wont suggest if you can wait for another specialist

Was quoted $250 to install air conditioner, ordered air conditioner from link I was provided from this guy. Ended up having to pay $635 to install. I am not happy and do not recommend

Follow up: OK. Another incident, another review.Jack came out to work on a problem for our next door neighbor and friends. While he was there we asked him to look at our door latch which wasn t working. He did and said it was fixed. 15 minutes, $135, no new parts involved. Four pulls later and it didn t work again. He had to come back for our friends repair and we told him the door latch was still broken. 15 more minutes and he said it was fixed and wouldn t break again. Four pulls later and it didn t work again.I called Jack to see if he had any kind of warranty on his work and he told me briskly how he spent so much time on the door latch and NO. Brisk turn to rude so I told him the conversation was over. No refund, no nice Jack, no door fix.Hey, it appears he s good at what he s good at, but his charges are darn high without a guarantee on his work.**********************Recently we had a very scary experience in the middle of the night with our washer/dryer, with lots of vile, nasty smoke and we believe we were seconds from a fire.Based on the reviews, I called Jack to check the electrical aftermath and he came out 30 minutes later. He s very knowledgeable and thorough, his price was much lower than I expected, and he s answered every question in a way that a layman can understand. Turns out we had two separate electrical issues and he directed us to the solution for the second problem with our new to us motorhome (4 new 6 volt batteries.)I never want to be as scared as we were the night of the terrible smoke. There were no beforehand hints of the arcing problem that caused it and we were very lucky. Knowing Jack now gives us great peace of mind that we have someone we can rely on in the future for quality service. Service: Electrical

This mobile RV repair service was amazing. I called late Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend for help repairing my city water connection. I needed the entire unit exchanged. Jack arrived quickly at my RV camp site and had my problem fixed within 15 minutes. He gave me a great rate.I will use Are Vee mobile repair should a future need arise and I highly recommend this service. FIVE STAR!

I came down to AZ from sub 0� Idaho. I couldn t prep my motor home before leaving but I thought everything was fine. It wasn t. Jack was called & came that morning. Some of the fixes were simple (non-starting generator), the frozen stabilizers had to be researched/you tubed but the answer was found and my hydraulic stabilizers were reset and now work. The plumbing was fixed so the water now runs & I can use my facilities.Jack was pleasant and worked on the problems, explaining what was wrong, what needed to be done and what I needed to do. He didn t talk down to me. I did do a couple of really dumb things, like I plugged my rig in but forgot the switch needed to be flipped on we laughed together and worked down my list. Jack s prices were more than reasonable. I sure appreciate having a heated, fully stabilized and working rig. Thanks Jack!!!

Jack came out to my campsite on blm land and repaired my trailer in less than an hour. He was amazing. I had struggled with the repairs myself for days. His rate was very affordable. I m so glad I found him online. He will be my RV repair guy in the Parker area from now on. Well done Jack. Thank you!

I'm not one to leave reviews. This is my first. I'm leaving it to warn others that if you do what i did and choose the vendor based on reviews, to beware.First, the good part. Jack called back right away and came out same day on a Pex plumbing under the sink water leak. ONE leak.Now the the not good part. Once he got here he said it was a simple fix.5 billed hours later at 145 an hour (not disclosed ahead of time....I know I should have asked before he started) we now have enough leaks to require 3 pans to catch the water.The trailer park has banned him from the property and taken down all his flyers after an incident at the park bathroom facilities and speeding through the park.Conclusion. Even if I wanted to have Jack come back and actually fix it this time, the trailer park won't allow him in. I've ordered parts and tools and will do it myself. At least if it still leaks I'll only have myself to blame.

Staying in a friend's 5th wheel the toilet was plugged up to the seat. I have no idea about RVs.. Jack was available on this Sunday. He fixed the problem very quickly, his price was more than reasonable. Gave me some helpful hints, and has the best personality to boot. Would highly recommend..

Called in today and spoke with Jack regarding some RV AC and generator questions and seeking advice. Jack immediately offered multiple suggested remedies - things to try and considerations for each, what products I d need if any, how to, and potential costs. Very helpful, did not fluff the conversation, clear and concise. I m grateful for him taking the time to help me out despite the fact I wasn t calling in for service. We needed some quick electrical service on our RV late in the day and we had just arrived in the area. I did a google search and Jack s business came up and I saw he was open until 8pm - Perfect - and he had good reviews. He was at our community very quickly. He was very diligent in searching out the problem it was not immediately apparent. However, he persevered and was successful and we had heat and lights for the evening. I called for a water leak he came same day and repaired that. Then had a hot water heater leaking he gave us ideas and then he came back and fixed that for us. I will call him again for any troubles that come up with my older Motorhome. Thanks again.
