I cannot recommend White Mountain Collision and Towing enough. I have used them for damage to multiple vehicles, accidents and for towing and they have gone above and beyond everytime. They do beautiful, high quality work, have a quick turn around time and are such a pleasure to work with. They make the whole experience easy and stress free after an accident. Thank you guys!!

We are traveling from Atlanta, GA, picked up a nail when we went to White Mountain Collison and Towing. We were greeted by a very friendly couple who immediately jump into action. They fixed our tire and would not accept payment not even a tip. I can't think of a more pleasant experience for a tire repair. If you find yourself needing service in the Hebert-Overguaard, AZ, area, give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I was so upset when somebody backed into my brand new truck. I brought it to White mountain collision and towing. And wow what an experience!! They put me completely at ease. They had my vehicle completed sooner than they had originally told me (they didn't promise but gave me a rough estimate of completion). They worked directly with my auto insurance company. All of my stresses were taken away by these guys. Not to mention the work they did. The paint was a perfect match. You can't even tell that it was damaged. They did an amazing job and we're so honest and communicated frequently. I would highly recommend this company. And let it be known that I will use them if I ever need towing as well. Great communication and customer service. They kept me informed through every step of the process which was surprisingly quick. I had them replace a bumper on my 4Runner and my paint color is funky(Lunar Rock). They matched it perfectly! Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place!!I have had 3 vehicles repaired here and this shop does excellent work. In particular they took on my service truck box bed and frame damage, which was a major job that 2 shops in Show Low turned down!! It was quite a process and took some extra time because parts weren't readily available, but their research and expertise prevailed.I can't even tell it had been damaged, and they also touched up some other flaws along the way The owners and employees are all pretty cool too, at least the ones I met. Didn't catch his name but Summers husband (owners) said he could even fix my damaged saddle bag on my Harley!! Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I know they'll be here for me. And my friends!!

I pulled over in a snow storm and got stuck on the side of the road in a corvette. I searched for a nearby towing company and found White Mountain Collision and Towing. They weren't the first result to come up, but I wanted a local towing company instead of a major company. William was there fast and he was so careful with my vehicle, he brought me and my car to a nearby town that was out of the storm. You will not get this level of care and service anywhere else, I highly recommend this company.

Just picked up my Hyundai ( after deer hit) and can't express the hard work and professionalism this shop delivers. Summer has a depth of knowledge on current standards and was a huge advocate for me since my insurance was not cooperative. Shannon was kind and extended that small town friendliness. Hands down, this shop is my " go to" for any future body work.

Had a dump truck back in to me and tear the front end up on my pickup truck. They worked with the responsible party and had it repaired in short order. I was updated continually and Couldn't be happier with their service.

I took my 4Runner in to replace front endShannon was great. Very helpful and customer skills were 10/10. The service was excellent and the turn around time was awesome! White Mountain Collision and Towing has been phenomenal to deal with! I've worked with Shannon over the last couple months and she was super informative and very good about giving me updates on everything. My truck was not a small project after the accident I was in. My truck looks like the day I drove it off the lot. I am super happy with how it turned out, I will recommend everybody to them.

Thank you Summer and William, considering the amount of extensive damage to my 2013 Dodge Ram that occurred in a recent accident I was amazed how quickly you repaired my truck, the color match was spot on and shiny like new. Summer thanks for going the extra mile and dealing with Insurance company, and giving me a ride back to Heber from Show Low when I returned the rental car, you two are fantastic. I had my vehicle repaired at White Mountain Collision and Towing after an accident. The repair and service were amazing! I couldn t even tell my car had been damaged. They walked me through the claims process from beginning to end, and they even took me to Show Low to pick up and drop off my rental car! 5 stars across the board!! Took our car in after an accident because the owner, Summer, told me she could easily take care of it through the at fault parties insurance and that was a plus for us. I had called a few times to check on my vehicle throughout it's stay at their shop.First Summer told me a certain day it would be done if all went to plan. That day came and went and then I was told a different day, that there was 2 cars ahead of mine waiting to be painted and mine would be painted Friday and cured over the weekend. I called back Monday and she was speaking to me as if she was annoyed I was calling again she informed me it hadn't been painted yet and honestly wasn't very nice about it.When I went to pick up my car she did apologize for being short with me because she had been extremely sick. I can understand having a bad day but it just rubs me the wrong way when I'm treated like I'm being an inconvenience, I wasn't rude to her- I was just trying to get information about when the car would be ready because the at fault parties insurance was telling me the rental was only available to me for a certain amount of days before I would start being charged for it out of pocket.I was extremely stressed out at the end of this experience. Luckily, I was called before the end of the week and told my car was going to be ready the next day. When we got there it looked nice and was washed up and ready to go. I'm just glad my car is back in my possession honestly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
