Seems they actually care about their customers. I've been stranded for 2 months trying to find the right parts and tools. O'Reilly ordered me the wrong parts 2 times. 3rd time was the charm thanks to the guys at Car Quest. For a small town this shop is truly a gem! Hope you all have the same quality experience I've had!!!

I've had less than favorable interactions in years prior, but I forced myself to visit because I needed a new section of fuel hose and I could not make it anywhere else within business hours.I was pleasantly surprised at ease and simplicity of this visit. I handed Kyle a donor piece to match and he returned quickly with the length I requested and a quality of material joke.Price was within my expectations at any of the chains, and I would place my total visit at less than 10 minutes, including the time consumed by the light banter one normally engages in at such establishments.

I stopped in on 12/27/2022 (Black Gladiator) because I had a broken tail light. Even though Scott and the rest of the fellas were booked solid with work, they made time to help me repair my taillight so I could get home legally and safely. These are good, hard-working, honest guys. I would definitely bring them more business. Well done fellas.

Stopped in several times on a Jeep trip, either had the parts or had them the next morning. The staff was great and I even got directions for an awesome trail the next day that could have easily created a lot of business for them. Recommend with strong 5 stars!!

It was fast and friendly service. The lady and gentil man who were working upfront were absolutely spot on with customer service. They helped me find what I needed very fast and saved me from an unnecessary purchase. I will most certainly be coming here for my future vehicle parts.

They changed my engine and happy with their hard work and constant care. Communication updates got a bit lost but all I cared is my car got fixed and it did, so happy.

Road trip through area and my van started running rough. Left the van with Oracle Auto Repair over the weekend and caught a ride with friends, spoke with the shop Monday, they quickly diagnosed the issue to a bad fuel pump, quoted me a good price for the repair, called me to let me know the van was fixed, and arranged for me to come back down and pick it up over the weekend while they were closed. Van is running great now, just drove it 850 miles back to Denver, no hiccups, stronger than ever. Great transaction, wish I'd actually met these guys in person, love a straightforward shop that can get it right the first time.

I'm kind of partial to this place because its in the town I live in, but it's a great place to shop and they are very knowledgeable. The prices are a little higher but factor in all the headaches of going in to Tucson for parts and the prices are just right..
