I couldn't possibly recommend this establishment. I went in for an oil change and was told I need a new air filter and battery. However, a quick stop at AutoZone to get the battery tested resulted in it being fully operational and when I got home only to find a nearly pristine air filter and two broken air filter housing clips that are clearly new due to the lack of dust build up anywhere but the broken portions. This kind of service suggests a environment where up selling services is forced so much that the mechanics have to lie to make sales.

It s a a fairly vacant retail space, however, I experienced great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable waiting area and clean toilets. They ll be nice to you.

Dropped off car walked to get groceries, when we came back the store was all locked up. Waited 45 minutes, had to persuade one of the guys out back that the door was locked. When we got in we waited 10 more minutes before a guy came to tell us they couldn't fix it because of a power issue. I understand the power issue, but locking us out and making us wait just to let us know they couldn't jack it up to fix a tire is ridiculous.

It was very good I chose Pep Boy's for my car servicesI was greeted very nice. Cashier 225836 is a very nice person and I have no, Words to Express my Gratitude as I had A fall outside the premises and he put me in a chair and fresh air. Thank you God Bless

I went in for an oil change and was back on the road quickly. Pep Boys had a 25% off coupon and offers free tire rotation so the price and overall value was better than most other shops. They also do an inspection of the vehicle and provide an electronic report, which is helpful.

Had an alignment and new tires done. Jonathan was handling things and his patience and attitude impressed me. I appreciated that i was given a print out of the alignment specs before and after. I always check the tire pressure and the torque on the lugs after getting new tires and found them both to spec. That is not typical, usually I have to correct the pressure and often the lugs are ridiculously over torqued. So kudos to the tech that handled my tire change. So, good on you pep boys of nogales.

Carlos the mechanic/technician who did this difficult job was fantastic. He researched various solutions and was very skilled at the methods he used. A big problem was taken care of smartly and intelligently.Jonathon R upfront at the service desk was very helpful explaining various procedures and possibilities. When I called checking on job progress he would consult with Carlos and give me the update. Five star top notch service.

I dislike having to write a bad review, but this review could save a life.Went in to Pep Boys for wheel balancing and to have the rear shocks replaced on my Toyota pickup. As I drove home on the highway, I noticed a thumping sound coming from the vehicle. I couldn't determine its cause.Next day we took the vehicle into town.... a short drive...and the thumping sound still there, but this time I was a passenger.The sound appeared to be coming from the front right side, so looked out the window while the vehicle was in motion and saw the R front tire wobbling. After dropping the vehicle at our mechanic to have the problem checked. We found that four of the five lug nuts on the front R tire HAD NOT BEEN TIGHTENED. All four of the loose lugs were TAKEN OFF MANUALLY by our mechanic and retightened correctly.Had the wheel flown off the vehicle while on the highway...AN ACCIDENT COULD HAVE OCCURED......MYSELF AND POSSIBLY OTHERS COULD HAVE BEEN INJURED OR EVEN KILLED.Also, our mechanic re-checked the wheels for balance and reported that they had not been balanced correctly, so he rebalanced the wheels at no charge to me.This incident demonstrates gross incompetence from a member of the Nogales Pep Boys staff. Because there was no accident or injuries, Pep Boys managed to avoid a lawsuit. I'm really angry.

Pep Boys in Nogales has a clean operations and the staff is professional. They provided services at a cost competitive price and delivered services/materials on time. I will definitely go back again for tires, rotation, oil changess and recommend friends.

Walked in to the service counter nobody was there to attend Me and another customer waited for 5 minutes and nobody showed up decided to walk into the work Bay area to see if I can find somebody and nobody was there After a few minutes somebody came out from the very back of the work area And check me and the other customer in Once checked in for the appointment Service attendant told me a change of tires would be done within 2 hours span The car set in the parking lot for an hour and 20 minutes Then the vehicle was pulled into the service area where it sat for another 40 minutes After that I decided to take my business somewhere else Told the service attendant I was leaving and seemed like he didn't care He put the tires I had paid for in the back of my car, printed it out a receipt of no charge and send me on my way.

About a year ago I wrote a review that was consistent with my bad experience. I m not sure when but this place has definitely changed for the better. I had my Cadillac CTS towed in for an alternator replacement a few days ago. Due to my horrible experience a year prior with a car that was worth MUCH LESS than my current vehicle I was prepared for another nightmare similar to the one I experienced a year prior. However, I have to admit that I was completely wrong. Not only did they do a wonderful and relatively quick repair, but Lacey kept in touch with me the during the entire repair process. Whenever there was an update or issue about my car, Lacey called me and explained. She went above and beyond to keep me informed about the process. The work was finished earlier than their initial estimate. They were fair and totally transparent about the parts and the labor process and even did a little extra work on an spare battery I asked them about. Didn t even charge me for that. The mechanics are obviously knowledgeable and worth every dollar in labor. They even charged me the lesser of the two estimates I was quoted. Just all around trustworthy and professional, experienced staff with excellent customer service skills and solid repair work I will definitely be back again for any future repairs. 10 stars.
