For the last 13 years, my cars have been serviced here. Today Jesus in service and Manuel a mechanic we fabulous. They helped and explained everything I needed for my 2017 Nissan today. I appreciate the service department greatly. The oil changes and minor repairs have always been perfect and the charges reasonably priced for a dealership.. They alert me when brakes and batterues arent performing well and I truly rely on them for my safety. I enjoy my rides home in the courtesy van . The driver is polite and a joy to converse with. Cropper"s is A+++ in my grade book.Thank you.Jan Flynt- Retired Nogales Teacher

Worth the trip. The whole team was courteous and professional. The buying process was smooth, the price is as fair as they come (especially given the market at the time I write this review) Luis Morales went above and beyond for me, and provided an excellent sales experience.

We had an amazing experience. Just got our truck, our salesman, Garavito made the process easy and stress free. The whole staff were great and very nice. Would recommend anyone to Croppers. 10/10

The collision dept manager Roberto is a very rude and inconsiderate person. We took our car to geet body work done and upon leaving the car we asked for a service doc showing that the vehicle was dropped off. He did not want to give us a letter showing the vehicle was dropped off. He just grabbed our keys and said take your car! After his rude amd unprofessional behavior I asked to speak to the manager and he said , "I am the manager" and laughed. I asked for the owners email address and he would not give it to me. He refused to let me speak to his supervisor. I do not recommend this facility. If they treat their customers that are paying for work to be done imagine how they will treat you once you buy a NEW car from them. I highly advise to stay away from this dealership and spend your money at a dealership nearby.

Bought a 2023 Tahoe and the salesmen Rodrigo Romo and Diego Perez were extremely helpful and had excellent people skills apart they were very informative about all the questions I asked. Thank you so much
