Amando L. went above and beyond on my last visit to Autozone on Mariposa. Every time I get this particular manager I know I ll be well taken care of. The last 3 times I ve visited he has personally seen to that I m taken care of and satisfied. Great workers and great environment!

Excellent service from Armando and Ramon, they went and beyond in pouring rain to help me and replace my windshield wipers. As a disabled woman I feel like this should be expected from an AutoZone worker!!

Came with battery problem on a Friday afternoon. Promptly tested and gave me the bad news "bad battery." But it was good news because that was the simplest cause for my no start problem and was an easy fix. Buy a new battery.Went over choices with me. Prompt installation. Friendly conversation. went yesterday to get car tested and worker said nothing was wrong later that same day car turns off so we figure battery issues because it wouldn t turn on at all went today looking for a new battery and manager or whatever was rude for no reason, lost 200 bucks but whatever this worker knows who he is fix your attitude before you work in customer service loser thanks for nothing

Store 3386 attended me excellent!! Luis Enrique Gomez gave me great customer service. He helped me with my battery and terminal change. Best experience I have ever had in any AutoZone store!

Stop by to get a replacement battery, they advertise they will replace you battery if you buy it from them! They tested the battery as not good, but refused to do a full service. Will be going somewhere else to have it replaced. You just lost a customer!

I went to Auto zone for some batteries for my F250 diesel truck. I knew that they would be expensive before i even went there. The young gentleman and i should have made a note of his name but i didn't. So he he rings up the batteries (Gold duralast)and it came out to just under $500.00 yes that is what they cost, witch is no surprise with the way prices are. So any how the young guy asks me if i wanted the felt washers that go on the batteries. I said to him if you are going to give them to me sure. But i will not buy them. If i am spending $500.00 dollars they should throw them in. So the manager on duty says give them to him. Now i don't fault the younger gentleman who was just doing his job. Overall not a bad place to do business. Today while i was looking at the receipt and i see that he did charge me $7.50 a battery installation kit witch i did not need or want . Since i have installed them i can not return them. In the future i will be more dillagent before i leave next time, if there is ONE!
