I had been driving around on a flat tire for a couple days due to my own irresponsibility and finally went in after work to put some air in my tire. It was a wonderful surprise when Alex s tire shop offered to patch my tire for FREE (because of how flat it was lol)! I insisted that I could Zelle them (since I didn t have cash or my debit card on me) and they said absolutely not, it s on the house!! This was my first time coming here but definitely won t be the last, and I m recommending all my friends and family to come here for all their car maintenance needs. Quick and reliable. And the customer service is something money can t buy. Absolutely amazing service, thank you gentlemen so much!

I didn't get any services here,but their staff was super friendly and ready to help youThe waiting room has complementary coffee, magazines and a TV.Big facilities and with enough services offered to fill most of my transportation needs, I will definitely be back.

Finding an honest and reliable mechanic can be a treacherous experience for anyone. However, I'm grateful that I found Alex's Tires! They have given me comfort in knowing that they care more about my safety, especially as a single mom, than they are about manipulating every penny out of me. I got a nail in my tires 10 min after they closed, but they still took care of me; I got stranded when my starter went out and they immediately sent a tow to rescue, even though they had a bay full of work to do; they even make sure I'm doing my oil changes on time and will take me into the bay to show me exactly what they are doing and why they're doing it. They are well aware of the experience that majority of women have with mechanics and they make sure to combat that stereotype with their actions. I feel cared for. They have a pretty cool rewards program too, which is incredibly nice when you're in an emergency that you weren't financially prepared for!

Went here on Saturday to get an oil change they were highly recommended by my fiance and her relatives.. I usually do my own oil changes but being how hot it is Outside and not having proper tools I figured I would bring it somewhere.. So per recommendation, I brought it there and not only was the staff EXTREMELY professional and Courteous, but they did the job quite fast and offered me a GREAT deal on some tires which I will be back soon to purchase.. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Alex Tires for being so professional and fast! I will definitely be back for future business for them!

We had the misfortune of our RV breaking down in Nogales on our way to Mexico, and then the incredible fortune and good luck of ending up at Alex's Tire Pros. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and squeezed us into their busy schedule so we could get on our way again as soon as possible. Absolutely fantastic service! Above and beyond.

I was a very faithful customer I used to take my car for oil changes often, til the day came that my car needed service , I was very disappointed at their service they never serviced my vehicle if they did they just did a short cut but not serviced it, but they did charge me an arm and a leg I would never go back or recommend this place for auto service NEVER GOING BACK.

Excellent service. Rene worked really hard to get me a great price on new tires, alignment, brakes, rotors, oil change and warranty for a great price. The work took a little longer because my car need a little extra work but they didn t finish until it was perfect. Definitely going back.

My wife and I were returning from Mexico late on a Saturday. Idler arm and ball joint were shot and falling off! We first met Ricardo, a service advisor...he could see the stress in us and immediately put the car on the rack. We were 700 miles from home and were no where near being able to get home. Immediately Ricardo was joined by 2 other mechanics and quickly realized the issues with my car. The way the car was diagnosed so quickly was amazing! Due to the late time in the day, 1.5 hours prior to closing, they advised me that the parts alone would take a little time to get there. Sunday was the next day and they were closed, understandingly. Unfortunately we had to stay the night and Sunday also and hope the parts would get to Alex's Monday morning. They did....and Alex's crew placed our car at the top of the priority list....I met the Service Manager Jose Monday morning and he assured me the car would be ready asap. By 12:30...we were thanking the staff for their speed, efficiency and helpful demeanor!At the end of the day, this is my message for potential future customers.....They were incredibly patient in explaining the problems...fixed the problems quickly and efficiently (the car drove home better than it has in years, and continues to do so), and while knowing that my wife and I have been out of work for 11 months, and that finances were tight, they fixed what was needed and advised us further. They did not force or imply "other" work that "had" to be done. In fact, Alex's was able to reuse certain parts that were still of sound working order rather than over-bill us for new parts and labor. I want to thank all of Alex's staff for their helpful, supportive demeanor and obviously, a quick accurate diagnosis and quality repair! Thank you so much...you took a very stressful situation and made it O.K.! Thank you!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I would recommend this place i was out of town and because of big o tires not even 2 days with new tires. We almost lost control on the highway because of a faulty tire and not done correctly. I am glad alex tires assisted us quickly and efficiently.

Called them to do an alignment for my car and was quoted a price, seemed fair compared to other places around and then was told that if it needed shims to actually adjust the alignment then it would be extra. Alot extra...... If the actual alignment isn't included in the initial cost then what is the initial cost for? I've used them in the past for other things and they are very professional and ok to deal with but this alignment problem is why the 2 stars and not more.

Alex came and got us when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere and needed a tow and allowed all 5 of us to ride back into town with him. They didn t have the exact tire that we really wanted on the truck, so while he was bringing us back into town, someone else had to go find a tire for us. They not only put the tire on, but wouldn t allow us to leave the shop without a spare. So they found a good used tire and wheel and made sure we had a spare before we left to continue our trip. Very professional, fair priced, and good people to work with.

Every service rendered by Alex's has been first class. This time a tech came out to unlock my wife's car, she having lost her keys in a wash (the outdoors type, not a machine), which he did in a wink, and provided us with a wealth of information about how to prevent that happening again, how to keep our Element in order, and generally, how best to enjoy being its owner. Just top notch.

Had an a bit of an emergency, traveling to Mexico and my generator quit working and needed maintenance. I thought they had it done the other day but apparently a place I went to in California missed it. With my four dogs and I it is imperative to be able to use it for air-conditioning in my travels. They got me in immediately and although they do not normally service such things they got it done! Thank you so much to all the staff there. Very kind and gracious!

They told me my front bumper was lose which was why my car was making a clacking noise. Not to mention I took it 3 times and they couldn t find the reason as to why it was making the noise. They were the ones who had recently done work on the tires and the breaks. I took it to another mechanic and he told me a new part they placed was not tightened correctly leading to it breaking due to the lack of tightness. The mechanic proceeded to tell me my tire could have fallen out as I was driving. They have terrible service and Rene has a terrible attitude towards customers. Told my father I had too much attitude when all I wanted was my car to be fixed. Don t go there. I got a couple of used tires here and had a great experience. The prices for the service and tires was very reasonable and it took them less than an hour from start to finish.

We had tires installed on our Motorhome. After considerable research, Alek's Tire service was the best price for what we needed, and we were told that they would beat anyone's price.When we stopped in to get a price quote they made a recommendation that made excellent sense.Upon installation the staff was extremely professional and courteous.We will be recommending Alex's service to all of our friends for future needs.Service: Tires

I got in touch with Renee to help me find some rear shocks for my Jeep TJ. I was worried that they would not be able to help me seeing as how I had gone to other shops in Tucson and they weren't able to complete the work due to the shock having a bolt that was welded on because of time, rust and wear. The guys at Alex Tires were able to help me, get it done and I was very happy and satisfied, prices were very reasonable too! They let us drop our car off that we couldn't get to start when it died driving down the freeway and leave it for nearly a week before we could come back to pick it up. We picked up our car that was running and have driven it nearly 200 miles with no issues. They said all they did was charge the battery (which died when we had hazzard lights flashing while waiting for the tow truck) so they didn't charge us a penny!

My daughter and I were in BFE taking monsoon pictures when our tire went flat. Alex's towing had great customer service, found us and saved the day. The driver was awesome, professional and courteous. I added them to my contact list if I ever need assistance. Thank guys!

Alex Tires never disappoints! They saved me and a friend from a lockout in Patagonia. As a Nogalense I was happy to see that our roadside coverage (AAA) selected a reliable local small business in Nogales to offer the service. In under an hour we were back on the road. I vouch for this business and the incredible owners. Thank you so much for making a common but regrettable human error so easy to correct.

Since I started coming to Alex's tires, mostly everything has been done to my liking. Unfortunately, they didn't fix my horn. Took truck in with new ball joints and tie Rods. I took it in for an alignment and they call me to get new ball joints replaced. 897.00 mind you these are new and installed at a certified shop. When I went in and they showed me the ball joints the mechanic that checked said there was no play. The salesman then said there was and had another tech say there was play. I appreciate a salesman that wants to upsell the customer but not to be too greedy. They checked the play with a pry bar and NOT A gauge up to ASE standards. So they are guessing the repair. I had an order I was going to place an order for our bobtail and trailers equaling 20 tires. I will take the business else where. This is not the first time this happens. After the first time they replaced my air pressure sensor without advising me and replacing with an aftermarket item due to their techs mistake. The first tine I gave them another chance. Now it's not acceptable. Lying to customers to make a sale is not right. Now they lost a loyal customer and 20 tired worth of sales over a lie and unprofessionalism. They couldn't even provide a reading for the ball joint play because they are guessing!Reply to Alex tires reply:For some reason I cannot reply to the comment. I took the truck to the shop where we had all the ball joints replaced and tie Rods to get inspected to no surprise they found NO issue.We took the truck to your shop to get aligned after the suspension repairs = 4 ball joints 4 tierods. The parts were brand new and there is no way 8 parts would be defective. Like I mentioned before your master tech didn't even have the correct equipment to check the play of the ball joints. He couldn't even tell us what the specs are for a faulty ball joint. With your reply it just secures the reason why we will not be returning back after being a customer for over 20 years. You cannot accept the problem= your salesman lied and so did your master tech. The correct way to check ball joint play is with a dial indicator. Not guessing with a broken pipe you use as a pry bar. The "MASTER " tech didnot even use a DIAL INDICATOR. Ask him. Review your cameras. I was there. I saw it. Your other tech checked the ball joint play and confirmed there wasn't any. Please have the dignity to at least state facts. For those reading I am not happy that it came to this point but they leave me no choice. Please do the research on your own and read the 1 star reviews. I gave them a second chance after they without, my consent or advising me , changed the tire sensor on another car i own. The reason they got caught was because it was a brand new car with zero miles from the lot and the dealership found the aftermarket part they installed when i bought new tires from Alex tires......beware if you use this company for any repairs. No way that 4 ball joints and 4 tie Rods can be defective that were installed brand new less than 30 miles in. The salesman got caught cheating plain and simple. Even your own tech said there was no play. Imagine how many others have been cheated out of their hard earned money attached is a picture of my brandnew ball joint still clean , no play no problem. Your sales guy got caught cheating and your "master tech" got caught lying as well when I asked him if he knew the specs for the play he didn't know. Then I asked him if he used the dial indicator he said he didn't. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
