We are so thankful to have found Munds RV Resort while passing through this area. Their property here is well maintained, safe, and even quiet! The Team at the front desk was helpful and welcoming while booking our reservation. Upon arrival, Alisha guided us to our site. She was so smiley and sweet. Candace, Sue, & Shannon in the office were very friendly! They helped us with anything we needed and made us feel at home :) The General Store on the property has the best variety of items sold we ve seen in an RV park/resort store. They have a laundromat on site and it was the cleanest laundromat I ve EVER used! I m very skeptical about washing my clothes in these kinds of places however I did not hesitate to use their machines. It smelled good in there too and there was a bathroom inside which was convenient while I was doing our laundry. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Sedona/Flagstaff again!

Assigned us to a new area still unfinished to setup our travel trailers. Uneven, muddy, undesirable does not look like their RV section that is shown on website.Management refused to move us to a established site was rude and would not refund our payment.

I just wanna say, I havent stayed here yet. but a while ago I drove by and bright colorful leaves on the trees caught my eye...they were so VIBRANT! anyways, I stopped in and asked the gal if i could walk around around and take pictures of the trees, she said yes and handed me a pamphlet with a layout of the park. Super friendly staff and views are amazing! will definitely be staying here in the future!

Clean park, great playground, clean pool, huge laundry room, amazing gym with tons of equipment and a great location. The spots were a little snug but overall one of my favorite campgrounds on our cross-country road trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Next to a VERY loud highway, some spots being only a few feet away. We booked our spot well before closing, and we showed up an after hour they closed. They had pamphlets out for late check ins with assigned site numbers but they did not have one for us and they do not provide that information ahead of time, so we had to use the map to try to pick a spot to stay out of the way. The front office was not very nice about that when we went in first thing in the morning to ensure our spot was okay, but we weren t in anyone s way and we were in the type of spot with amenities we booked (and let us stay there). I think they should check their systems before leaving for the night to try to accommodate the people paying very high rates in an area that s RIGHT next to a very loud highway.

My husband and I loved loved this resort. We rented a one bedroom apartment for our week stay. It was very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. General Store fully equipped with all your needs and souvenirs. Staff of the park was very nice and always there to help with anything we needed. Pool was super nice and clean with a very nice laundry room and play ground. ATV trails , Coffee Shop and Ice Cream Shop within walking distance. Camping sites was very spacious and well maintained. GREAT RV Resort. We will definitely be back!!!!

This place is amazing. We use to spend many seasons with family and friends under the old management. New management and they are doing great. Working to keep things nice and clean. We are very happy we were able to get a monthly spot and hope to continue next year. I have had the pleasure to work with Sue, Candace and recently Alisha. Very friendly and helpful.

Stayed 2 nights in pull through electric and water only spot #10. The utilities are set up where depending on which spot you get depends on which way you face to hook up because the hook-ups are in one location for both spots. Had great wi-fi. Friendly office staff. Office had store with snacks, beverages and such. Easy to get to dump station. The Park consists of nightly, seasonal and permanent residents. It's quite a large park. Lots of people have ATVs to get around so you do hear them throughout the day. There's a large fenced dog area in the back. A nice pool area with hot tub. And large laundry building. I went in the hot tub the first night and it was great. Unfortunately, the next night there were unsupervised kids playing in it. There's a sign that states children are not allowed in the hot tub and that they are supposed to be with an adult in the pool area but not all follow rules. Instead, I took a nice walk around the park. Nice tree lined gravel roads. Very friendly residents. Also a couple of homes for sale. There is some highway noise but nothing once you get in your RV. They hold community activities as well. The day I left they were having a cornhole tournament. Bathrooms and showers are very nice. They even have a workout room. It's a great location not far from Sedona. I would stay here again.

Great resort! We had such a great weekend. Enjoyed the availability to go riding right from our campsite. Everything was awesome! We look forward to going back after the cold seasonNearby activities: Off road riding is endless right from the resort.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night during Labor Day weekend this year. Candace and Shannon were very accommodating and were able to get us in at the last minute. The only reason for the three stars is because there s no water or sewer in the northern end of the park at this time but it s coming soon.Nearby activities: We rented ATVs right next-door to their facility and had a blast.Safety: This is a gated RV community and they keep a close eye on everyone that goes in and out.

Would have been perfect but for the Cottonwood tree fallout, which happens 2 weeks out of the year. Gave it 5 stars anyways. Cleaning tracks, fabric, zippers etc in rv isn't fun tho.The staff was warm and welcoming. Stellar service! On site general store was cool and well stocked. Very clean restrooms and showers. I highly recommend 50 weeks out of the year!!!!

First time there and glad I went. First and foremost the people that work there are very nice and accommodating which is important to me. The grounds very clean along with the RV spots we stayed in. Good riding in the surrounding areas. I will be back.Safety: The whole area looks like there is no crime or homelessness although I always carry and keep an eye on situational awareness, I felt very safe and comfortable.

As a full time RVer I have stayed in many parks. Munds Park RV Resort is one of the BEST. Not only is it located in a beautiful area with access to forest with tons of trails, the pool, hot tub and amazing laundromat amenities make this a true resort! I changed my stay several times and Candace in the office accommodated me every time! I will be back no doubt!!

We left Cornville and our truck broke down and Munds Park was the only place available.I booked a few nights to have a place until my truck was fixed.I ended up not needing the whole stay and the front desk and I worked a deal out that was a Win! Win!This park is awesome and they are adding more for ALL of to enjoy!Thanks Amanda for being a 10 Nearby activities: Everything

I booked this spot months ago, a premium corner lot. The website and images I poured over in planning showcased mature tree lined lots, tons of shade, a club house with a bar and full hook ups.A few weeks before our arrival, the park calls to explain they have permit issues with the city and full hook up isn't an option. They explained they will provide a water delivery truck to fill our fresh water tanks M/W/F. However, upon arrival and after 1 night stay, we got a knock on the door from maintenance telling us we can't hook up to sewer lines!?This was NOT covered when they called and we weren't prepared for power only. Supposedly a sewage pump truck also comes on M/W/F.Today was the first day for water and sewage service. The water truck left our fresh water cap off and didn't fill our tank! They only filled half the tank-not enough for 3 people across 2 days.THE KICKER?! OUR LOT IS A NEW PHASE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND IS LITERALLY A DIRT LOT, NO TREES. JUST DUST AND DIRT. The trees they attempted to plant have all died and there is ZERO shade.Oh, that bar and clubhouse? Been closed for a year due to floods. Their website advertises MANY locations and amenities that simply don't exist or aren't open. My husband had to walk to the pool house to shower so my son and I can use our own shower. This is ridiculous.Locals who live here full time said new owners within this year have no clue what they are doing and it's going to hell in a handbasket.This is false advertising at best.

We arrived and were expecting a "premium " site which we paid extra for expecting full hook ups and a large spot. The spot is large but the only hook up we have is electric. There are no trees so it feels like we are parked in a dirt lot. Understandable that they are expanding but the bookings on line are not what it's represented to be. We should have been offered a discount upon check in but that wasn't offered. Probably won't be staying here again any time soon if at all.

My experience there at the RV PARK was comfortable and the best time I ever had.Nick Green is the most wonderful person I have ever met. He answered all my questions, made me feel welcome and at home. Very very friendly nice person. Alisha Kountz is a very hard worker let me tell you every time I seen her she was always cleaning and doing something. She did an awesome job, keeping up the laundry and the bathrooms and the park up to par. very very beautiful clean place. Alisha is also very friendly, happy and very wonderful personI would definitely go back to visit

We are hopeful that when the construction is done, this park will be fantastic.Right now, phase 4 is not complete, and it's loud, dusty, and hot.It needs more shade and plant life.Rec center needs to get completed ASAP.You can't hook up to sewer or water, so our family has to be very aware of our usage.Phase 1 is condemned.The staff is great but they can only do so much.
