I called around 5:30-6 pm. NTR went and picked up the radiator before 7pm closing of parts place. Gave an eta of 8:30-8:45 and was there around that time and had me back on the road by 12am.Did radiator on the side of the i40 needles.Cheaper than most other mechanics i found in the area.

Had my starter replaced. The young man was professional, friendly, and thorough also in explaining to me what he was doing and why it was being replaced. He showed up in a timely manner, got the job done and the pricing was spot-on. I would and have recommended to family and friends and I will use him again in the future

My husband called me frantic last night (Sunday) around 12am because he blew a tire out on the i40 around needles/ bullhead area and was having trouble getting ahold of someone to get out and see him before morning. I gave NTR a call and without hesitation they sent a mechanic out to assist him and had him back on the road faster than I was expecting. Extremely happy with the price and the time it took. The best diesel roadside repair service we ve had yet! Thank you!!

Hose popped off the manifold and all my coolant came out. I called up NTR and what I got was quick and knowledgeable service. Very helpful and got me back on the road. Would use them anytime.

Very professional, fair prices, good quality work, knowledgeable on big Riggs, I hope I never have to use him again but if I break down again and I m in his area definitely my first choice.

Mr. Norsworthy was one of the nicest people I ever met. He was very punctual and did a great job. Mr.Norsworthy worked on my head gaskets was quick and efficient, He did an awesome job in the middle of the night !!!! I really appreciate the knowledge that he Had, He only took a very short time to diagnose the issue, Thanks Mr. Norsworthy
