2nd time I ve had an emergency and been serviced by A Toe Truck. Gabriel is amazing!! He changed a blowout late at night on the 10 fwy in the middle of nowhere. Today my Ram Diesel Super duty died in a parking lot with no warning . When all of their equipment couldn t get it started, he got me to a nearby Auto Zone where I bought 2 new batteries which was the only solution for that truck. Gabriel went over and above . Great representation for this Company.

Well this is a. True statement I had a accident which my boat came off trailer in which state trooper called a toe truck out the damage was fixable but first thing driver says it s totaled I said no it s not so to sum this up with pitures they damaged the Chevy Tahoe more than accident damage boat more than the accident then after I sent pitures to them they would look at damage never took blame for damage cause by thier company that s just the beginning then I wanted my stuff out of boat so I went to tow yard very rude people they would not allow me to get my stuff out of boat she said she could not leave her desk because she was only one there and could not leavr e the phone so I had to come back to Parker a few days later I was pissed so I got the owner to meet me there we had a discussion that I would pay $900 to get boat out and told him I will be back to pick it up I had to find and buy a trailer it took me 3 days to return called and let the know I was going to be there before they closed I am driving180 miles one way to deal with this so I pull up have trailer cash in my hand go into office and girl bring me a invoice for almost $2600 and said I did not keep my word owner would not talk to me and I even was going to give them $1200 she said I needed to leave or she is calling the police for trespassing i never once recieved no response from mail or phone call and they doubled charge me for boat and trailer boat could of been placed on trailer axle was bent don t use this company I hope they go out of businessServices: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

Wow!!! Can't believe the tow truck driver and tow.We have never experienced tow service like this company. The driver Johnny took the extra time to settle our nerves as we were terrified of being stuck with the traffic on the 95. The police showed up and helped with traffic control and Johnny help me walk from our truck to the tow truck never leaving my side and not rushing me getting into his truck. I'm not as fast or limber as I once was and his kindness was so meaningful. Thank you A Toe Truck!

My brother got stranded on the freeway and driver Daniel got there to help him very fast and very professional. He was such an amazing person. He even send me a picture of my brothers truck being loaded. Had such a great experience on this tow. Thank you Daniel and God bless.

Our hero! Saved us from spending the night in the ditch of Hwy 10 AZ with all the other shreds of tires and snakes, and memorial crosses. Towed our truck & travel trailer as it was our second flat tire in an hour and we had used our spare on the first one. Amazingly fast response. Our driver was kind and helpful far beyond expectations even though it was late on a Saturday evening. AAA left us in the dust. In July of this last Summer, they saved us, literally !We were on our way to the river, on rice road, a July morning (already 105 degrees) with 3 small kids.We were towing our boat behind an older heavier 4x van for the first time and ran out of gas not our best moment.I call AAA, tell them it s extremely urgent, we are about 3 miles from vidal junction couldn t cyphon the gas from our boat. I was going to ask for a ride but my husband wasn t thrilled with that idea, nor leaving us on the side of the road with spotty service. But nonetheless we would have to.45 minutes passed and nothing.Luckily we had packed all our food with a large cooler full of ice / water / gatorade etc. Kid were fine and entertained . still waiting.I called the tow company, just happened to catch their name in service that was going in and out when I was talking to AAA.The young woman that answered the phone was our angel, (So sorry I don t remember your name). She immediately sent her guy and truck to us and said we will figure out the logistics later (YES, thank you)!They arrived about 20 minutes later, filled us up enough to get us to the gas station and said he would follow us just in case (again, more common sense - THANK YOU)!In what could have been a very scary situation, A Toe Company, was speedy, efficient, kind and got the job done!From my family, we sincerely thank you!!AAA was zero help, she eventually found our order from them, if I remember correctly she had to contact them.If you are anywhere near that area (especially in Summer) call them directly!THANK YOU, THANK YOU !

Not honest people. Overpriced. Watch out they start charging from the time you call not from the time they start working on your truck (we didn't call mobile service we went to their yard where they are located).We discussed of paying $400 per hour tor using forklift at their yard of 2 min hours . So we paid $800, after an hour and a half they called for more money, saying their time started when I called. And they never mention about it. We had to pay them more money because they hostaged our truck.STAY AWAY from that place. HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND! Dishonest people

Lost a tire coming back from Quartzite. made it to Stone Cabin, a long ways from Yuma. Young Man showed up did the tire change for me, we talked riding destinations we both might be interested in. Sent him on his way with the only cash I still had after shopping rocks all day. He was polite, respectful and very good at his work. Job well done!!!Service: Tire change

I broke down towing my 5th wheel today. I called AAA and the set up a tow with this company. No one ever showed up. I finally got a mobile repair to fix my truck. Then I called them direct and it just plays music. Would not recommend.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

The tow came to my location within 10 minutes after I got off the phone with AAA. The driver was very professional and really knew his stuff, he had my vehicle up on the flatbed and my jetski trailer hooked up unbelievably quick, got me to the repair shop and unloaded in a safe and timely manner. The whole experience was so quick and unstressful, breaking down in the hot desert 250 miles from home is a guaranteed nightmare! I'm glad I have AAA and very happy they sent me this tow company and great driver! Thank you!!!

Car broke down on Saturday afternoon June 25th west of Needles and it was hot out there. So sorry I do not remember the name of the toe truck driver but he deserves hugh kudos for a job well done. We had a vehicle that should not have been out on the desert road it got stuck on, and stuck really well ... the car is a combustion/electric and the battery was completely dead ... Sal came out and with his ingenuity and patience, he got us unstuck and towed to our home around 4 miles from the site, all on desert dirt roads ... Ross did an amazing job on our 5th wheel with a broken axel! Bound it all up in no time allowing us to continue towing with our truck. Such a nice man, very helpful, a true professional. Thank you Ross!

The staff David was super disrespectful showed absolutely no manners and was super inconsiderate. We had to wait an hour and a half Bundt to be able to clean out our car. They even tried telling us that our car wasn t ours. They definitely need to be retrained on how to work with customers.

My college daughter and I were driving home from California two nights ago. At 11pm we had a flat and called AAA. They set us up with A Toe Truck. We quickly received a call that Patrick would be coming out to help us, and he arrived within 30 minutes. The well-lit parking lot we were in shut off its lights just before Patrick arrived, but his truck had so much light that the darkness was not an issue. Our SUV was full of everything we had to moved out of my daughter's college dorm room, so the spare tire was covered. Patrick helped us move everything to access the spare, and he cheerfully changed our tire in the pouring rain. Thank you Patrick and A Toe Truck for taking care of us and making us feel safe!

My husband, myself and three young kids were stranded with a flat tire a 100 plus miles away from home. The tow truck showed up quickly and our van was delivered safely. Thank you for your quick service and kindness.

Sal was very professional and kind. He got us to Blythe, 70 miles from where we broke down, a few minutes before the auto parts store closed. We were able to get the part and fix our truck because he got us there in time.

I broke down while camping and was pretty much in the middle of nowhere. These guys secured my location and where out to tow my truck within an hour. The driver Tommy was courteous, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. You don t ever want a tow, but if you ever do, you are in good hands with A Tow Truck .

Was told an hour, then after an hour I got a text saying it would be two more hours. Had grocery in the car. Decided to change it myself. I am 65 years old and it was 105 degrees out. I was not happy. Rethinking whether I need AAA since this is the second time this has happened to me.
