I called Action Auto on Sunday (new years eve day) and figured I was not going to reach anybody. I was so happy to hear them pick up. They had a truck out to me in under 20 minutes. Quick service and great techniciansThey were even willing to make a second trip to drop keys as they didn't see a dropbox at the dealership. I called serveral places and action towing had the best prices. The driver was so courteous and helpful and even went into the service center with me at the Kia dealership where we dropped off the vehicle in Gilbert. Five star service for sure. I hope to never need a tow company in globe again but if I do I will know where to go.

I was stuck needing a tow on my Mercedes Benz. They are not easy to tow and require an expert to get it done. Roland was sent with the right truck and he had a lot of patience to get it on and off at the repair shop with no issues. Thank you John, ColoradoService: Car towingService: Car towing

I want to commend your tow truck driver, Gauge. Most polite, empathetic and caring young man. He is an asset to your company.He was attentive and asked questions before attempting any actions. This was his first experience with towing in an [EV,] all Electric Vehicle.He did an excellent job! We need more good people like him in society.

Was heading home from Four Corners to Tucson when our alternator decided it didn't want to go no more. Call the insurance company for roadside they said it would take over 2 hours. Called another towing company in Globe and they said 3 hours. Call the beautiful lady that Action Towing and she said sure we can have a driver there in 30 minutes or less. Driver was there in 20 minutes very professional apologize for taking so long even though he didn't. Wish I knew his name but he was excellent I totally recommend Action Towing in Globe Arizona. After loosing traction on Pinal Peak our truck and trailer slid down the path and halfway off the ledge. Not only was Trey there is 30 minutes but after we decided the truck wasn t going to come out that night he drove us back to town and picked us up from our motel the next morning. With the help of the whole team Trey, Shawn, and Johhny the next morning we managed to get back on the road with no damage at all to our vehicle or trailer. After our emergency roadside service told us we were unreachable it was a blessing that the guys at Action towing not only were able to get to us but help us out.

I don't even know how to express our gratitude for Ron at Action Automotive & Towing. Thank you simply isn't enough! We were on vacation from Illinois when our newer Jeep Grand Cherokee decide it was done traveling. We were in Tonto with no cell service, exhausted from hiking, pre-teen and teen with us, and scared. Mr. Ron did everything to locate us knowing we were out there with children and in the heat. A ranger sent him the opposite way of us , but he wasn't going to give up on finding us. When he found us, he made sure he had room for a family of 4, took us to a dealer, then up to a enterprise. He made us feel safe and wanted to make sure we were safe, especially being from out of state. Mr. Ron's compassion and empathy is top notch! Mr. Ron Thank you for everything and you were 100% our angel yesterday. If we are ever in the area again with car problems you will be the first ones we look up!Service: Car towing

While vacationing we needed to tow our truck and pop-up-camper from our campsite to a town we knew nothing about. Colleen, who took our call at Action Auto, immediately put our minds at ease and setup the tow . Ron showed up with a smile and expertise. He not only hauled our truck to the auto repair shop he took us to a hotel that was three miles away. We could not have asked for a better experience in a bad situation. Ron made sure my wife, two babies and myself were comfortable. Understood that we may have not been in the best mood given the circumstances and reassured us on any question we might have thought of before asking. Ron got us from 20 miles south of Globe back up to Show Low safely and professionally. If the need ever arises, Action will be our first call. We had a blowout 10 miles north of Globe, after dark, and the truck fell off the jack. We called Action Towing, and they dispatched Ron, who arrived quickly. Ron was extremely professional and got us back on the road quickly. I highly recommend! Thanks again Ron!

My vehicle broke down just North of Globe. I called Action Towing. The dispatcher was pleasant and was quick in getting me in touch with a driver. Ron arrived promptly and was very kind and respectful right from the start. Dealing with someone who was helpful and understanding took a lot of stress off of me. Ron made sure we were doing okay on our drive home by offering to stop for restroom and water breaks. I am very thankful for Action Towing, especially Ron, for getting us home safely.

Where do we start ! On our way back from camping this past Sunday our car overheated. So we had a towing truck pick us up. We are so grateful to Action Towing! Specially to Mr. Ron for his Amazing customer service! He drove us from Timberland to Phoenix and he made us feel secure and relax the whole trip! We can t thank you enough! 100% recommended!!!

Trey came to our rescue. After a friend of his was trying to help jump start my van and it was just not catching. My son and I had been traveling 14+ hours when a simple gas fill up turned into a dead battery. Roadside assistance was unavailable still after 3 hours through our insurance. I will recommend Action towing to all friends and family when I know they are traveling near Globe, AZ. I now feel confidant that if something happens we have a company we can actually count on. Thank you again, I can not even begin to tell you how grateful my family and I are for you help

On Labor Day August 2, 2019 my son s diesel pickup truck began to act up. With plans for vacation coming-up soon we needed to deliver the vehicle to the dealership down in the valley from Globe. The following day we put-in a call for towing. We experienced a very professional response from the dispatcher followed-up by a quick and professional response from a very likable individual by the name of Ron when he was available. Long story short, we couldn t have asked for a more pleasurable experience than dealing with these professionals.

We recently needed a tow into Globe. Ron was driving our tow truck and did an awesome job. Super friendly, super helpful. Made a stressful situation much better by getting us exactly where we needed to go. Also gave us great advice on where we could stop for dinner afterwards. No complaints at all.

My family and I were on our way to the valley and our vw broke down outside of superior. Very stressful situation to be in with 2 little ones. Ron arrived in good time and was so helpful!!!! Definitely goes above and beyond making sure my kids were ok and asking if we needed to stop for water and bathroom breaks. We seriously appreciate everything he did for us and getting us home as well.Thank you so much RON!!!!100% recommend!!

I wanted you to know we had great service from Your company and Ron on Friday. We were stranded with a peeled tire on the Rez east of Globe. From the time we called until it was done was less than an hour. Ron was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help us on our way.

Life savers! Action towing sent out Ron and Chris to a remote part of Highway 88, near Apache Lake. The guys even picked us from our safe location several miles away from the vehicle which was somehow hanging off the edge of a cliff, just short of tumbling down 100 feet. Action towing was great, getting the car back on the road, careful not to cause undue damage, and even followed us back to a populated area to ensure the car was safe. Can't thank them enough.

Definitely would recommend them. My transfer case blew up while driving back to Phoenix from Safford. My Durango was stuck on the side of the highway only a couple feet from the shoulder. The other side was a cliff with a drop off. Waited a little while for them to come because I was out in the middle of nowhere on the reservation but they found me. The driver I think his name was Louis, cant remember his name was awesome. It took him 7 minutes to load my truck up and get us out of a dangerous spot. Drove me and my vehicle safely home I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy.

My car decided to shut down on me today. I had 2 different men, Williams and Ron from Action Towing show up to make sure my car and myself made it home safely. Thank you William for the quick and hands down great service . I truly appreciate it.

Tre was very helpful! My wife had a flat on her suburban just north of superior outside the tunnel. and she had our three kids. He showed up in a timely manner located the jack and tooling and swapped out the tire and then put the tooling and jack back in it s original place. Very friendly and and thankful for him handling it so well.

Ron got me and my family safely out of the heat after transmission failure near roosavelt. He took my boat to the hotel with my 3 dogs and wife then my truck on to the shop. Thank you Ron for your extremely quick response. Byron and Family

I was in a car accident in Dec 2018 that ended up sending myself and my daughters to the hospital and totaling my vehicle. Action Automotive towed my vehicle from the crash scene and when I went to recover my belongings from my car, they made it an easy process. The office lady was kind and organized and gave us easy directions to the tow yard. The gentleman, Kevin, that met me at the tow yard was so great. I had to take my daughters with to recover our belongings and they were still freaked out from our accident so Kevin talked to them about the other cars in the yard and was just really kind to them. He even retrieved my 10 year olds wallet, (which was very important to her because it had a baby picture of her cousin in it), from the inside pocket of a crushed door that I couldn't get to and gave my girls each a dollar to help replace the snacks they lost when we were hit. I couldn't reccomend this company more!

I ran my vehicle off the road, which necessitated a tow truck. I called the Action Towing dispatch and was advised that the morning would be better than at night. So I went out to go grab the vehicle with the driver, super nice guy. We got to the area where I left the vehicle, and it was gone. Come to find the police called a competing tow service to get it. Took a drive back to the shop, and the shop owner charged me $200. Sure, that was some gas, and 2 hours of drive time, but still, that's excessive for a tow attempt.

Called Action Automotive on a Friday evening when we were stranded in Globe on our way to Pinetop. Ron came out and was such a big help! He would not leave until he knew we were good to go and on the road. We would absolutely recommend this company.
