Despite multiple failed attempts by another service provider (Horne Hyundai), Zemp tackled the problem with precision and skill, leaving me thoroughly impressed. Not only did they rectify the sunroof issue, but they also addressed an electrical concern that initially seemed major. The owner personally reached out to inform me that the fault in the fuse box was defective component plugged into the fuse box, sparing me from an extremely expensive replacement. First time ever going to this shop. You can tell they are good because they have so many cars there, either waiting to be serviced, or currently being serviced. Tech's going in and out of the shop, communication flying back and forth, phones ringing off the hook, and yet, they all act like one big happy family, joking back and forth, and greeting customers as they come through the door. I went in for an oil change and they also came back with a free diagnosis. I was so happy with their service that I took my other car in for an oil change about 2 weeks later.All the negative comments I read on here are because they want to be catered to. Brian and his crew have no time for that! VERY happy with my service there.

Never got an update about my car the only update I got was that my car was there from being towed. I had to text or call to get information about my car. I was advise that my car's part would take 3-5 days to be there and it took about a week and I had to call and text about my car. I also applied for a financial assistant and was approved and for some reason it was canceled and was not advise from my advisor until I picked up my car from them. First and last time I will use them.

Every now and then you get a good honest local shop. This isn t it. Every time I have taken my vehicle there, it comes out with more problems than it went in with. I could go into details, but let s just say you will need multiple return trips and every time they will tell you it isn t their fault. So, this last time, after hearing he wants $2,900 to fix what they now believe to be the problem, I voiced my concern and the owner cut me off and told me I had been a very difficult customer to deal with. That won t be a problem for him anymore. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere but there!Well, if Brian wants to call me a liar, as well as a difficult customer, I suppose I ought to additionally clarify that he replaced the water pump along with multiple other items in response to the truck getting hot when sitting idling. It never resolved the issue, so clearly the shop doesn t know how to find the problem. I personally diagnosed the problem myself and determined the real issue was the condenser fan motor. Decided to give them another shot. Also had a small evap leak code that I asked to have troubleshot. Determination was I needed a new gas cap, needed a new water pump (again), and of course radiator hoses. Funny how Brian mentioned he didn t charge me for the water pump, when they didn t even remember doing it and that the water pump had a parts warranty. Short story, the check engine light came back, the hose connection to the water pump developed a leak, took the truck back each time, each time a new excuse. Now I have a radiator leak at the hose connection which is probably the result of them over torquing the radiator hose clamp when I brought it in because of the first leak. Then they magically found the evap leak, but determined it was a connection port on the gas tank. So they performed some repair to it and of course, now I again have the check engine light with the gas cap light on, their response is that I need a new gas tank and a new radiator, funny how everything they touch gets worse.And don t even get me started on the filth of their shop, or the complete lack of ability for the shop to communicate. But sure Brian I am being untrue in the fact that your shop is a completely mismanaged, over priced, and completely inept facility. Can t wait to take it to someone else and hear their feedback on the quality of your work.

I am reluctantly giving a 5 star review. Zemp Auto does not deserve 5 stars, they earned 492 stars from me. I brought them a project that another person had walked away from after making lots of mistakes and creating a disaster. To be honest, I was not expecting them to take the project. I gave them pieces and parts and was given a brand new car in return. Every human that works with Zemp has honesty, integrity, humility, humor, and are absolutely magical in their mechanical abilities. I am in love. Their passion for quality is unmatched. You have my business for as long as I am here! I thank you for the excellent work and am grateful you were recommended.

I've been using them for years. My father first, then me, now my son. They'll do good work, direct and honest responses, and fair prices. Just be patient, due to their value and good work, they are busy often, but peace of mind is worth it.

My first and only experience with Zemp Auto was absolutely fantastic. I originally came in for a second opinion after being quoted by the dealership (obviously I wasn't going to have the dealership do the repairs they said it needed) and they confirmed the diagnosis but were able to do it for a fraction of the cost, saving me so much money and stress.Paul was a rock star and the other guys in the shop were extremely knowledgeable, and as a younger female I felt I could trust their suggestions right off the bat. When this place says they give you an honest experience, its true. There is absolutely no sense of slimy sales, pressure, up-charging, price gouging or offering unnecessary repairs. Some shops like to try and claim they give honest repair advice but this is the only shop where I've felt they were 100% genuine in their claims. Oh and Ruby, the shop cat really put the cherry on top!Go see them, they might be backed up but they are worth the wait!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brian and company are as good as they get. We ve been doing business with Zemp Auto Services for over 10 years and I would not go anywhere else. They are honest and efficient with everything that they do. Brian knows his stuff and is great at clearly explaining the situation and giving options to fix the problem. I recently heard about Zemp Auto and tried them for the 1st time. They were knowledgeable and professional. Someone there answered the phone each time I called and was able to provide me with an update. They had quickly identified and repaired the issue. Several times I've taken my vehicles to Brian and Paul and the rest of the crew at Zemp. Never did they say, "Sorry, we can't fix it". They explain in plain English, what needs to be done. I can't thank the people at Zemp enough. Dealerships could learn a lot about customer service from places like Zemp, instead of the sterile, chain of command service writers that dealership repair offers. Let me ask you this... Have you ever actually talked with a mechanic at a dealership? Or, just a service writer who couldn't repair a windshield wiper? Zemp auto's one on one attention and communication is second to none.

Had to have my thermostat replaced, this shop was amazing at getting me in a quickly, completing the work correctly, in a timely manner, and they were extremely fairly priced. They are honest, fair, and transparent. Highly recommend Zemp Auto and their staff is incredible to work with. Paul made the experience easy, and was a joy to work with.

I got an oil change there. Very satisfied. The place has car parts all over the place. If you don't mind a messy shop, and don't mind waiting a week to get your car back, it's an OK place.

For the most part, these guys do great work. They are quick and responsive and know their stuff. But their base price for some simple items are too high. So if it is something smaller, DIY or go somewhere else. For major work, highly recommend.

After a rough day for the guys, a few mechanics downs, a newborn, a ton of stress with "OEM" parts that do not fit, these guys went way above and beyond to put in my old part so I can drive and order the correct part from Honda. They did not charge me extra for the extra labor as they knew it wasn't my fault. Paul did an exceptional job and the owner is great! They gave me a fair price to fix my clutch master cylinder, plus they have a rad shop cat who is super friendly. If you are looking for honest, fair, who goes above and beyond to help their customers, this shop is for you. I really appreciate you Zemp. You have earned my business and trust. I honestly love the gentlemen that work this establishment. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years. Brian, the owner, is fair and extremely knowledgeable! Paul, Wyatt, Mr. Sam and Jon are fanfreakingtastic at everything they do! These gentlemen are all golden and WILL take care of your vehicle needs, communicate and you know what, they're pretty cooling too

I have been taking my car to Zemp Auto now for the past year or so. I have an older car with quite a few miles on it so those parts are starting to get old and needing to be replaced. It's hard to find a good honest repairman theses days . The service and advice that I've gotten there has been a game changer for me and it can for you as well. So if your looking for a good and honest person to fix your car I highly recommend taking it to Zemp Auto . A place that will treat you like your part of the family and will work hard to get you the best price for your parts to keep you from having to rob the bank. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I always have great service at a reasonable price. I never worry about them trying to rip me off, they are always fair and have gotten my car in and fixed on the same day. Twice I have had to just drop in on them to get something done, once was a water pump and the other was a grinding brake. Both times I had my car the next day. They worked really hard to get me back on the road! I would highly recommend!

Great service, extremely friendly, and hands down the most trustworthy mechanics I've ever been to. The only downside is the wait time to get a vehicle seen due to their popularity, but in my humble opinion, it is definitely worth it! Plus, Ryan is a fellow Jeep guy, so I know my rig is always in good hands!

This review is late in coming. Zemp Auto rates a 5 star with me. The gave a fair estimate, did a great job and did it all in a timely manner. They replaced the motor mounts on my son's car and I feel so much better about his safety when he is driving now. Thanks -Great Job!!!
