I have been coming to Xpress Auto Repair for the past 14yrs. I used to work just up the street, and brought my car in for an oil change during lunch one day. I met Loay for the first time. He was friendly and professional. A few months later I had to get some major work on one of my vehicles. The dealer quote as well as another mechanic that was recommended to me were astronomical in price. So I can to Xpress Auto Repair to get a third opinion. Not only was the cost more affordable, some of the recommendations the dealer and the other mechanic gave were not necessary. From that point on even though I don't work close by anymore, but still drive nearly an hour to bring my vehicles to Xpress Auto Repair for both routine and major maintenance. Loay is not only my mechanic. He has become a trusted friend over the past 14yrs. You can't find auto repair businesses like Xpress Care very often anymore.

I ve been to several shops in Mesa and am so happy I was referred to Xpress Care. They are by far the best in service and the owner Loay truly cares about his customers. Thank you again for taking care of my truck. My family will only use Xpress Care moving forward. Honest company and more then fair prices.

Brought my 2011 chevy impala to get my right passenger side wheel fix n he ordered the product n got it fixed as soon as possible....thank you I'll be coming more next time for all my fixes n he did my oil change

My previous mechanic moved away and I was nervous, but not about just finding a new one, but finding another I could trust completely.I live in the Mesa area and asked Mizz Google lady for reviews for mechanics around me. Xpress Care popped up with rave reviews for not only the shop, but for the owner. I decided to give them a shot and was beyond impressed with Louie's problem solving and immediate trustful demeanor. He figured out my vehicle's problem quickly and pointed me to some good junkyards in the area to source the part that I needed that is no longer made. When I came back with the part, Louie got me going again in no time. Louie, had great customer service and was very professional. He guaranteed same day service and executed; for my 2006 honda accord ac compressor to be installed. Both, price and work was great! Been going to Louie for years; 5 plus years. Louie is one of the most honest man I've ever met. The other post about him using cheap materials is false because he gives you different options on auto parts & oils to choose from. Louie is very informative, kind & very, very honest. It's very difficult to find a great mechanic like Louie. I have never had any problems with his & would recommend him to any of my family or friends.

I can t say enough good things about my visit to xpress auto repair. I wish this business had been recommended to me when I first moved to Arizona. Loay is honest, trustworthy and does quality work. My service was handled quickly and I felt very comfortable with his explanation of everything he d checked on my vehicle. His recommendations made sense and he even asked if I had any questions afterwards to make sure I was confident before leaving the shop. This is a fantastic shop! You know how finding a mechanic you can trust is as nerve-racking as finding a good dentist after you move? This Shop is the cure for that anxiety, for me and my family. The owner is awesome, honest thoughtful, smart and he offers amazing prices. I've been going to Luay's(Owner) shop for over 5 years now.

The man who runs this shop is a saint. I had an overheating car and pulled in and he explained and helped me out without trying to break the bank. It s been perfect ever since. He made a customer out of me then! I went back for an oil change and rather than coming up with thousands of dollars in things I didn t understand he showed me exactly what was out of place and how it could work better. He takes great care of you and really knows his stuff.

I am a regular at this place. The reason is the owner L. is the most genuine guy you will ever meet. He will NEVER repair something that doesn't need repair (even if you insist on it)!Still come here (for 4 years now) for all my car maintenance needs, even with new cars, better service and prices than the dealerships (Honda and Subaru)!

The owner was very polite & helpful he was pretty busy so there was a bit of a wait but nothing too drastic. He immediately knew what was wrong with my car just by listening too it so all in all it was a good experience...not so much when he told me what was wrong with my car & how the price too fix it but overall I'd recommend this place!

Just got my brakes done there. Owner was very nice and showed me exactly what needed to be done on my car. I was really happy with the price, service, and overall experience. Would recommend and I will now do my car services here.

I came to Google to find a new mechanic and saw that this place had over 4 stars! I usually go to my dealership but they were booked.I came in to get my brakes done and they did a fabulous job! The owner did a visual check and told me the problem, then gave me an estimate.I'm very pleased with their service and will come back again. Thank you!!

Loay is one of the best auto tech around he is precise and takes pride and values his customers. I will continue to go back to his shop for any repairs or oil change services I need! He is a perfectionist and it shows. I 110% recommend his shop!!

I've been going here since 2011, and the owner Louie knows his stuff. He makes sure my truck gets the service it needs, no matter of its just standard maintenance or engine repair, you get the work done right every time!I highly recommend his shop!

I bring both of my Cars here my Mercedes Benz and my Chevy and Louie and his partner do a phenomenal job. They never let me waste my time or money and they make sure my car gets everything it needs. I will continue to only go here. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a personable and honest mechanic. Thank you guys!
